I have been staying at Beach Colony for almost 10 years now and it has always been amazing. The people, security, and atmosphere is hard to beach. It is 10 times more family friendly than Panama City, Miami, and Destin. Amazing place ran by amazing people!!

This has been such a beautiful place to stay! Our condo was very homey and decorated perfectly! The views are amazing and everything is easily accessible. The one and only complaint I have is that the condo we stayed in had no online pictures, so we werent sure what it would looks like. Upon arrival, we were happy with our choice however it would have been nice to see before hand. We will definitely be staying here again and again!

How many codes do you have to have to get to a room! They even have a code for the elevator! Hope you get it in b4 someone request it on a different floor if not sorry your going to that floorTo many codes, to far of a walk from parking lot, cant really say about the accommodations, had to leave after checking in because of hurricane SallyDont even think about the insurance its only refunded if they are told to evacuateMite want to read the fine print

Condo was nice and spacious. Pools were clean along with property. Easy access to the beach. Way too many codes to remember. Code for the elevator, key for the room, code for the fitness room, code for the main gate. Not to mention security guards are always walking around making sure you always have your key tag on and refuse to let you on the beach if you dont have it and sometimes very rude to you. No drinking by the pool or any kind of fun or they will warn you once and revoke your pool rights while you are just trying to have a little fun on your vacation. 2nd time visiting this place and now I remember why I didnt like staying there the first time.

We stayed at Beach Colony Resort during the week of May 12th. The weather, beaches, accommodations and service were all absolutely wonderful. Specifically, we rented condo 15b in building 13601 at Beach Colony West at Perdido Key, and the place does not disappoint. I would highly recommend that if you love having fun in the sun, you come check this place out.

Awesome views and condos! Beach area is great, but the pool was over chlorinated and our hair and swimsuits are tinted green.

Beautifully laid out floor plans. Luxury, comfort, and a laid back experience! Our condo included covered private parking and the experience was exquisite! We will be staying here every year!

Beautiful get away close to home. White sand beaches. Clear blue green water. Pool area inside and outside very clean and kept up. Extremely relaxing.

Very well laid out; great bathrooms; biggest balcony of any beach condos I have seen; and nice location.

Beach was nice but(only reason for 2 stars) room had many issues and had to have maintenance to the room 3 of the 6 days we stayed. This required us to take time away from the vacation to stay in room for them to fix all issues. Nobody on site so had to always call a number and hope someone answered to have issues fixed. Had cockroaches in the living room. Dishes were dirty even after “deep cleaning”. So many codes to get around facility and even to get up elevator, not ideal during a pandemic. Was offered a 5% discount which was a slap in the face for the money we paid to stay and all the time away from actually being on vacation. There are nicer and better managed rentals in area for far less money.

Hurricane drove us out after one night. No rain check offered. Wasted money .

Nice place but:- Too many codes and rules to keep up with. So a code is needed to get into the parking lot but vehicles have to have a parking permit as well (Example of too many rules). A different code is needed for everything.. gate, elevator, pool, boardwalk, get keys.. AND you have to wear property brackets when walking around on the property.- This place is “family friendly” which means don’t try to have fun.. too many old ladies on the hunt for keeping folks from having fun - complaining to security about talking too loud, music, smoking, cussing, laughing. I prefer adults only place after this experience. We were threaten to be thrown out for just talking.Overall a very nice place that is next to the beach and nicely decorated - but the resort attitude is too strict with too many codes and rules with old lady enforcers ensuring no one has a good time.

We have enjoyed staying at Beach Colony for several years. Beautiful beaches and not as crowded as Gulf Shores or Orange Beach .

I had a great condo for spring break. Good Publix across the bridge. Nice pool. Nice artificial grass tennis courts. Highly recommend for the area.

Our unit was very nice, 2bed 2 bath but very spacious decorated professionally and wonderful views, easy access to the beach and pool, would definitely recommend if you are going to perdido key

The room was beyond expectations and the view is the best Ive seen so far.

Very clean, everyone on site was nice and helpful. The beaches were fabulous. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Would recommend.

Beautiful place with great views. 2 pools and easy access to the beach. We rent on the 14th floor which had a gorgeous view of the beach.

Decent place, but: Unless you can get to the beach by 5am with chairs in hand, or rent at a ridiculous price Chair(s) from the beach rental folks, it is next to impossible to get a front row by the water - this is not an exageration. The old wooden heavy chairs set back 15 yards from the water are gone. The new chairs are portable and they are reset every morning at the waters edge about 530AM - literally. A few other Condo places have the new portable rental chairs still set back about 15 yards, Beach Colony does not. We considered purchasing a unit, but wont now. Probably wont return as a renter due to the beach frontage rental chair issue. PS - they are also now apparently allowing tents down by the water - obstructing everyones view that is now behind the rental chairs, taking up monstrous space, and raising concerns about blowing over more frequently since the wind gusts can be stronger at waters edge versus where the tents were previously allowed ( behind the rental chairs about 15 yards back in years past ). Really disheartening situation. You better find out the details and get it in writing before committing. Just saying....

Very inconsiderate, disrespectful and rude security!!!The dining room had a hole at the top of wall, the bottom of the wall wasnt painted and the master bathroom had touch-up work and wasnt painted and there wasnt any towel rods/holders for towels. The furniture was broken and ripped. The flooring is terrible because they didnt do it right. There was only 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for six people, 2 women, 1 young lady, 2 men and a 3 year old.We will Not be coming back or would recommend staying here.

Spacious 3 bedroom condo, beautiful view and nice location. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.There were people staying in the condo above the one we rented and we heard just about every move they made.Loud banging sounds, furniture being dragged across the floor etc.... Apparently there is little to zero insulation between floors.

Beautiful and spacious condos!! Right on the beach and the pool is great for kiddos and big kiddos too!!

We have stayed there for many years and this year we were very disappointed. The condo we stayed in was not clean. In the kitchen there was food spattered on the kitchen light, molded coffee grinds in the coffee maker, cracked refrigerator drawers and the light fixture over the table looked like the shades had caught on fire. In the master bath we found hair stuck to the pictures and plants. The artificial flowers threw out the condo have not been cleaned in at least two years that I know personally. The pillows on the master bed might have been an inch thick. We had to buy pillows the first night. The furniture in the living room was stained and our carpet was wet the first night. We arrived early the first day, so we could enjoy the beach. We went to the bathrooms at the pool and there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the men’s restroom. I spoke with a female employee and ask her if she could get us some and she told me that was not her job, but she would tell someone. She advised me to use the female restroom. I checked back several times that day and it was never filled. It was out most of the week. On Wednesday night I went to get in my truck and the landscaping crew had mowed the grass and covered my NEW WHITE truck with mudd and grass clippings. By the time I saw it it had dried completely and I had to wash it three times to get it to come off. The elevator on the east side of the west building worked about half the time. We heard several residents complain all week. Most of the gates are not secure any more. We never had to use a code to get in or out of the beach. Which really concerned me for the safety of children. We love to stay here but what has happened to your service and why are you not replacing broke or old equipment? Here are some of the pictures.

Beautiful view. It was so nice to have an ocean view for every meal and to walk to the backyard to swim at the beach. Our location was great. We were near several food locations. Not far from the Florida/Alabama line and Orange Beach. Lots of activities to do nearby like Adventure Island.

Love this place... Been going every July for 5 years and other than the lack of carts for guests to transport luggage... This place rocks!

2nd visit. Its a nice facility. Im into sun sets so Id recommend a c or d unit on west side of building. A and b units get sunrise views.

Rented 1B in June 2019 and layouts are nice and spacious for the price. The water was green and fairly clear. Pools were a bit on the small side considering its three condos sharing two outdoor pools and one small indoor. It never really got crowded until just after lunch time. Beach access was easy with a foot washing station but not much square footage considering the Max capacity.

Girls week at the beach! Beautiful condo, super quiet end of the beach. Amazing views very nice pools. Security was nice being a gated community, and a code to get up the elevator! We will be going back!

Great view. Building could use some upgrades and the elevator does not work a lot of the time. You push the code and it says restricted Floor.

This place is AWESOME! The condo I stayed in was very spacious! Other than the sound of the waves, I could hear the elevator going up and down while in one of the three bedrooms. I was able to relax while here, which was much needed! I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

Nice place, nice location right by the beach. Need a pass code for each floor, which is kinda nice. We plan to stay there again.

Nice place. I reallly like the location, away from all the big traffic of Gulf Shores and Orange beach.

Everything was wonderful. We have been coming to Perdido Key for years. We are a group of 6. Normally we had stayed at a condo next door and this year we chose Beach colony resort. We had so much more room. The pools are great. Clean and great vices of the ocean. The codes for the gates and elevator are a little tricky but once you get the hang of it, its all good. Already booking next treats stay.

Beautiful place to stay

On the East End of beautiful Perdido Key this place its fabulous. Miss the largest complex on the key and well Well Ron Clean safe just beautiful!

Nice and easy place to stay.

The condo my friends and I rented was gorgeous spacious, fully equipped even with a crock pot. It had the best beds I have ever slept upon. The outdoor pools were small and didnt get deeper than 5 feet. Indoor pool even smaller with very small hot tub. The poolside chairs were shabby and falling apart.

Beautiful view, very nice condo, quick response to a couple of problems such as very slow drain in one bathroom & pantry door off track. Love to go again.

Beach Colony Resort was wonderful! Our unit was very clean, super comfortable and we had great views throughout the condo. Nice easy walk down to the beach.

Nice rooms, clean area and pools. The elevators in the east building are VERY finicky with entering the elevator codes and not very well informed on how to actually do it, if youve never used a system like this. Had to have another resident use their code the first time because the code wasnt working. Condos only have a single air return so if you dont want stuffy rooms sleep with the doors cracked or open

I had a lovely time with my family at Beach Colony Resort. We stayed for 4 days, and our place was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and clean. We had an exquisite view of the Gulf. We will come back.

We have been coming here for years. A great place to call your home away from home. Beautiful beaches and great restaurants in the area. A peaceful break from a busy world.

Awesome place for a beach vacation! My family and I have stayed here 5 times over the years and will keep coming back. The two outdoor pools, indoor pool, and indoor hot tub on premise are super nice. Perdido Key is a great family friendly quiet beach and this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful room

This condo has signs keeping the general public off the beach to the water line, its wrong people are vacationing here and are being met by ugly signs that say private property everywhere on the beach. Customary use needs to go into effect on this beach, SHARE the beach its whats right.

Loved the space in our condo and the fact its a gated community.Pools are good size and short walk to the beach.Elevators where close to each room as well.Only word of caution or complaint: the front landing steps are very slick when it rains.Saw a young lady fall and hurt herself on them.While we where there.

Was all well maintained. Great for getting away from it all. Lacked nightlife if your after that. Will intale s0 10 mile drive either direction.

The facilities were overall good. But the elevator codes drove us crazy until we finally figured them out. Beach access was good. Cleanliness was okay but not great.

Our family owns a condo here and it is just the best view, nice large layouts, great pools and good workout facility

I stayed here for 5 days for my graduation vacation. Everything is clean and easy to get comfortable staying here even with 6 people in one unit.

So relaxing and convent area.

Slightly disappointed that the sofa was not converted into bed since it was stated so also the shower in one bathroom was not operable and lastly there were items (junk) lying around the room from previous tenets. Reasonably priced and everything is digital such as codes to access entrance and amenities. You get what you pay for I guess.

Very nice condo, great views from balcony

Overall this is a very nice property. The buildings are set back from the main road which is nice. The buildings and pool area could be updated. The pool furniture has seen better days. The gates to the beach were broken so anyone could walk in at any time. Lots of young kids left in the pool unattended. Lots of dueling speakers blarring music at the pool and beach too.
