Great complex. Nice tennis courts. But the pool and both dog parks are still closed due to hurricane sally

This place used to be well maintained. Lately its gone down Hill. For as much people that come here, you think they would care about the appearance.

Very nice, clean facility. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful which is comforting when enrolling my kids in the many activities and events they have throughout the year. I highly recommend them!

Ive spent 1,000 hours at this park at least between kids ball games and my own workouts over the years. Its a familiar home to me and I like it a lot. My only complaint is that the fields arent always maintained as well as they could be. Its a pretty unique location to be able to work out and watch air traffic come and go from Pensacola Airport all at the same time. If youre from out of town, you should go check it out.

If you have an older or shy dog, this is the dog park to go to. The dogs here tend to also be older and owned by older people, which makes them much more calm and a refreshingly different experience from Bayview Park. Beware though that because of this particular demographic, the dog park is usually empty after 5:30-6:00. The best times to go are between 3:00-4:30 on weekdays and mid-afternoon on weekends.This park also boasts a nice trail originally funded and created by a LEAP class. Perfect for taking the dogs before or after visiting the dog park.

This is a great place to take your family and relax and the kids can play safely lifeguards on duty price is a little higher than the one down by 9th avenue but the bathrooms need major attending the worst Ive ever seen

This is the best tennis facility within 200 miles. They have tons of clay and hard courts that are in great shape, they provide sun shades on the courts, have a well stocked pro shop and friendly staff, and even have a huge hitting wall. This facility is the ideal setting for an American tennis cultural revival.

Great space that has everything...tennis courts, athletic fields, a portion of the LEAP walking trail, community center, playground area, dog park, and swimming pool. If watching baseball or youth soccer games, it would be beneficial to have something to provide shade for self.

Wonderful complex since the rebuild after the 2014 flood. Good people staffing the facility and a nice range of scheduled activities. The space allotted for the gym area needs to be larger.

Took my Dorkie to the dog park today and three different dogs took poops and not one owner cleaned up after them... the dogs were eating each other’s poop! It was disgusting. There are poop bags available and trash bins accessible. Just lazy owners. Very disappointing because my dog loves interacting with other dogs. Not taking him to this dog park again.

This place has it all tennis a pool soccer I like to watch my nephew play there in the couple of leagues he is in.

Great sports complex with a nice park located right next to the Pensacola Airport, great so the children can watch planes coming and going.

Never actually been in the complex but the scenery is beautiful. We had our engagement photo shoot in front of the tennis courts with the beautiful trees in front.

My children (Matthew 13 & Caroline 16) have played at Roger Scott Athletic Complex for the past 7-8 years, this facility is First Class providing Recreation Football, Cheer, Soccer, Baseball, Volleyball, Swimming & Basketball. The Park is located in the Heart of Pensacola off 12th Ave. on Summit Blvd. at the Airport. The Fields are the nicest in town and maintained by the City of Pensacola employees daily who take great pride in their work. Baseball (Bill Bond) is probably the most Competitive of any of there Sports. Coaches in all Sports are Volunteers (Usually Dads or Moms of Children players) That said - in most cases very knowledgeable of that sport..... The Vickery Center was Damaged during the March Flood last year but set to re-open before School begins in August. Warmest Regards, Paul Cope
