Great service. Good prices. The selection of floral items was a little lacking, but overall a good visit.

Its a thrill of a store to shop. Mid grade and nice things. Customer service cashier could be more friendlier, other staff were helpful.

I have not been to this store in a good while!! The store had a whole new vibe which was nice!! The store was pretty crowded which was a good thing to see after all the covid crud keeping us to the house. Everything waa nice and neat and staff was welcoming.

This is one of the worst Michaels stores I have been to. Low inventory along with being smaller than most locations which meant less product on shelves. It isnt organized very good either. Even the customer service was poor. Very disappointed.

They always have the things I need. I was looking for another bullet journal. Every where else they were either expensive or the paper was really thin. So happy with my purchase. Also the staff at Michaels is great too.

Im not a big crafts person but if I were, this would be my mothership! I needed some yarn for a friends project and found it easily enough. The staff was super friendly and quick to move the line down. I greatly appreciate them working in such a troubling time!

I dont have a craft store near me so I love going to Michaels. I can spend hours in this store. I wish the employees could still scan the sales flyer to give the discount. Everyone, including me, took extra time at the register trying to find the barcode at checkout.

For the most part I do like Michaels. Theyre limited on certain soaping supplies Im used to purchasing. It may be because of covid19. I went specifically for body safe glitter. They either no longer carry it or it was in a different section in the store. One thing I was happy about was that they continue to carry a certain fragrance that I used to purchase when I started soaping years ago. Michaels used to allow competitors coupons. Not any longer. Boo! And as if recent I can only obtain a 20% coupon. I will continue to go to this store. Maybe after covid19 they will accept the competitions coupons again.

The parking lot outside Michaels is a parking hazard!!! Whoever is in charge of the parking lot should check the concrete barriers around the trees because they extend so far out that when you turn your front tire into the parking lane, it and the rear wheel jumps the concrete curb that extend about 3 feet too far out into the area where your front wheel has to turn. I backed out of the flower bed and was unsure of damage to my tire. You have to swing very wide to the left to turn far out around the concrete in order to not injure your tires or vehicle.About 3 feet need to be cut off the concrete flower beds.The prices in Michaels are on a 50% discount for a lot of items.

One of my favorite stores. Great seasonal decorating options and high quality art/craft supplies. The cashiers are always friendly.

Michaels is a great store to find things for the holidays, weddings, birthdays or any special occasions. They have arts and crafts, frames and photos. The customer service is A1.

Always have what I need, but hard for me find stuff.

This location is too small for everything they have in the store. Its too hectic. The employees are great but I can only imagine how hard it is for them to get around when I could barely move with one of the tiny shopping carts.

Im an artist and i live coming to michaels. Theyve got judt avout everything you need.

They need more sales people, took too long to find what I was looking for, only have 20 minutes sometimes ti get in & out, & its always over $100. Fast money just need some directions.

They dont have the selection that the Pensacola location has, and their staff is never on the floor, if you have questions.

The manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. I stopped by during the evening to purchase canvases and ended up leaving with an awesome whiteboard organizer as well. The whole time I did not know the woman that helped me was the manager because she was very down to earth and friendly. Id recommend anyone I know to shop here if they value great customer service and great deals.

This place is awesome. Theyre well organized, stay pretty clean most of the time, and often offer a lot of sale opportunities (especially a coupon between 25% to 40% on the receipt that can be used on one regular priced item the following week of your purchase).

No fabric here, but a good selection of miniature tools and pieces. Small felting area. Large framing section, some floral. A little pricey if you dont have a coupon.

Great products. I got organization items for my colored pencils . i was able to get all my pencils organized with the pencil holders. Michaels sells. They have great deals and you can use another craft store coupon but Michaels has lots of coupons too. So be prepared to fill your cart. They have great items.

Wide variety of supplies. I found everything I needed to create my sons school habitat project. The prices were great and they offer teacher discounts!

Not sure if it was the time of year, because I normally go to the Destin Michaels, but this store was EXTREMELY crowded. The isles were stuffed with boxes, very random items, and actual stuff for recycling (compressed boxes and such). I couldnt get my normal sized stroller down some isles and finally gave up and just sat in the isle with the stroller while my sister did her wedding supply shopping alone. The isles I did go down were not tidy with items where they belonged. Many items were in the wrong place, sharing space, etc. It wasnt a very pleasant experience, sadly. I love Michaels!

Its surprising what you can find at Michaels! Quite often I find things I didnt know I was looking for. They have great deals on art supplies and I watch for sales and stock up when beads are on sale. Now that they have the rewards program, the bonus coupons are a great little savings too.

Lots of great craft supplies for decent prices. Like many craft stores, the place can sometimes be a bit of a mess to walk through. Also, the aisles are extremely narrow. But the staff is nice and there are a lot of unique items.

I love going here because they have busy about anything you need when it has to do with arts and crafts.

They double the price then give you a 40% off coupon. Ex: Gal of Elmers glue $ 34.95 here, whlie Walmart sells it for $19.95. Misleading, underhanded.

The only Michaels around. Its probably got everything youre looking for. Its pricey because its Michaels but it had the flowers and flags we needed to complete the Mothers Day basket for my wife.

Quite a bit of things in the store from crafts to frames. Id say my only issue or issues would be they have so much stuff that it can get a bit overwhelming trying to find what you want and that the large inventory also limits your options for multiple brands, etc. These are certainly not deal breakers and the staff is typically very friendly and helpful. Remember to check their website for deals and coupons too!

Usual Michaels store with craft products. Clean and well lit. However there were other benches for older folks to sit.walking on the hard floors puts stress on our feet and legs and it would nice to have place to sit for a few minutes to rest . Thank you

So easy! I ordered online yesterday to be sure it would be there. Thr cashier up front was cheerful, happy to do her job. Very courteous and helpful gentleman in framing. Cant say a bad word about it!

Nicely lit, well organized and lots of inventory. They have great sales, look in Sundays paper. Finally, the framing department does a beautiful job, offering expert advice. Im never disappointed.

Depending on the type of craft work a person does Michaels has an excellent selection of items, canvases and paints in abundant selection, interior design and decor, etc. However, hand crafts such as knitting, crocheting and embroidery are better suppled in other stores. It is, though, an excellent chain with a large web presence.

Didnt go in. I parked and the wife went in. She came out later with a cart full of stuff and sang the praises of how much money she saved. She was happy so I was happy.

This store is very organized and clean store. When the season is steady the stuff are organized and are in placed. But when its between holidays back to back the store can be a mess when they are trying to prepare for in season to sell and what goes on sale. The discount can go a long way thats given to you on your phone or email what percentage of discount they are offering. The service can be a hit or miss I guess. But we are all human and they too have bad days. Working retail can be fun and stressful. Just be mindful and put yourself in their shoes. We go here to find good deals and when things goes on sale but hurry fast they go fast!
