Great place, but plan ahead and reserve with the city so they can turn the power on.

The people that are at this park everyday are very respectful to anyone that comes here and those who think that leaving trash all over or trys to make it look bad the regulars make sure they are informed to clean their act up or dont come back

This is the worst city I have ever been in, you cant fall asleep in a park during the day reading a book with out a cop rudly waking you up and giving you a ticket for illegal lodging and a fine of what ever the judge decides to give you, and then the police start to harrass you all day long every day.

A charming little park with a nice path to the Umatilla River.

Theres a bunch of homeless people that sit around that park

The police had to clear out homeless and people using drugs before our event. there was easily 15 or more almost making a camp there.

Well kept park with clean bathrooms.

Not a bad place to spend time, lots of homeless people, and the bathrooms are reAlly outdated. Has tenis court and a playground. Close to the river walk.

Cowboy breakfast in the park put on by the VFW was so worth the 35 degree start to the morning.
