I had a birthday party for my 5 yr old and it was great. Service was great and the kids had a blast. The pizza was delish and the host kept the water and the sodas flowing. I will say the place has a particular smell that can definitely be improved upon. Also some of the bounce houses are run down and they closed one during the party. Overall a great experience! For the price it was perfect.

It was fun, my daughter really had fun with her dad but the smell of feet. Lol, I mean I understand but we went during the week and there was maybe one other family. The bathrooms could be a little more clean. The bounce houses should be clean too. But overall, I like the place for just a quick hour or so

It is a nice place, but it is a lot smaller then the other Monkey Joes off of Oakland Park Blvd and Hiatus yet big enough. I feel it is geared more towards younger children but is still a fun place to be.

We always take my kids too indoor parks, and I wanted to try this one because the location works for me. Never again. Extremely dirty. All the bounce houses are super sticky, not for something that just happened but because is obvious that they never clean this place. Is really nasty. They are also deflated. And the carpet stinks horrible.

The smell of sweat n dirty feet just cant be ignored! My son who is three said it smells dirty in here as soon as we walked in! It was a horrible smell. To the point we left n didnt stay. I asked the attendant does it always smell like this she said yes we use air fresheners. I really wanted to say maybe fabuloso, clorox wipes, open the doors would definitely help! Needs to be addressed ASAP! I wouldnt be surprised if your kid gets sick while playing in there! Go @ your own risk. Not for my family.

Fun for kids, not too big which is great for smaller ones!

Had a 6th birthday party event for my niece. The staff was nice but they seemed short of staff. The biggest issue I had was the pungent odor in main the play areas. Overall the party went well.

Very dingy, unsanitary and rundown place. The carpet is dirty and smelly. Smells like dirty stinky socks when you first walk in. The bounce houses are ripped in many places. The arcade machines barely work or don’t work at all. This place needs to shut down or have a major renovation. Very disappointed.

Very affordable and enjoyable place to spend at least 2.5 hours or more with a child. However, the toddler zone was limited with activities. You just have to be on watch as the older kids visit the toddler area.

These people have no class they place food delivery orders and dont even leave a single dollar tip, classless and greedy. Dont support people like this.

Years ago, Froggys Playhouse was across the street. They were $4 per kid and great. Them this place opened up. This place was twice the price, and today they are three times! They also are more money for the food and there arent clean! Im really unhappy with this place. Further, today I was giving them one more chance, and the ac is broken! They didnt warn is before we paid and they arent offering refunds, but we have to leave after an hour and $45 because the kids look like tomatoes!!! Never again!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is fun! Its a bit smaller than the other locations so maybe check them out If you have a chance. The service was good! I would say if your child is 4 or less its good fit.

The front of the place had trash everywhere. I told the girl at the front and she blamed it on the wind, and I advised her that its really bad and somebody should sweep it up (I wouldve asked for a broom myself for my kids sake but I pay to go somewhere so that I dont have to clean). The sink in the girls handicap stall never stops wasting water. The bounce house in the far right corner is deflated and all the handles to climb the slide are torn off. Staff seems unconcerned for the most part. Ive read a lot of books on business and I dont think any owner/manager would find this acceptable. I recommend the book E-Myth Revisted by Michael Gerber for a guide on how to fix this business. Good luck. You wont get my money again.

This is place was horrible, took 30 mins to get hot dogs and a pretzel. They charge for refills and was told by two different employees two different prices for refills. This place is a rip off. Also most of the games don’t work. There management is terrible.

Today we had a birthday for the girl. Was really fun! The staff was excellent and helped us with everything we needed! All the children enjoyed themselves and it was wonderful. Thank you!

The Kingdom Kids of Full of Faith had a field trip to Monkey Joes today. Jahmari and Mariam were amazing. They were very patient and helpful every step of the way. All of the children had a blast!The facility however, is in desperate need of a really deep cleaning.

I took my little cousin and nephew and they both enjoyed themselves... great place for the little ones to bounce around until they are tired.

Amazing you can bring kids their to make new friends but 5he bathroom needs some improvement

Very good indoor place for kids,we went for birthday party and it was very nice.

The food is nasty and they cost to much for some socks and the bounce houses are stank because my son told me.

Our daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday here. After reading the reviews I was hesitant but, she wanted to have her party there so we booked it. I do not regret it one bit! Everybody was so attentive and helpful! No issues whatsoever! If I had a question I would call and I would get an answer right away. Great customer service! Keep it up guys! My kid had an AWESOME birthday party!!! Thank you! :)

Its a good place however this place needs better air conditioning when it got packed it also got very hot... But all the kids had fun I wouldnt mind coming back... Ps start selling wings and beer

A joyful place for kids. A lot of bouncers.

Kinda small inside and not a lot of variety for $11... I mean sure, kids will make the most out of it and jump and run about and maybe even tire themselves out a little, but it will take a long time of doing the same things! The one in Davie (I think its Jump Zone) is cheaper and better, you get more choices for your money... meaning there are more things for the kids to do, the only pitfall (which is not a huge deal, just dont forget) is that the parents have to wear socks as well while inside (no shoes)!

Its is very old and dirty. Just a few bounce houses placed indoors. Nothing to do for toddlers. Hard to find a place to sit on a Saturday. Food options seemed very limited. Staff was nice but the place did not feel very secure. My 3yo had fun but there are a lot of older kids so I was worried. The bounce houses are not see through, there is a small opening that you try to see inside, thats also where all the kids are going in and out. The arcade style games were all broken. They have you the wrong amount of balls, points, or just didnt work at all. I dont recommend this pace.

It sucks! The menu ho!!! What menu thats is bad when you spend money not cheap! and time waiting for the kids, there should be more options its cutting my time! Im OUT! No thanks to many other places to go that have food, and drinks! will not waste my time or the kids garbage games too!

I been a customer of this place for a minute now .i had issues on the past but i didt write a review because of my son ask me not too .but this time the had crossed the line .first of all i told the person at the front desk that i was gonna order the pizza wich i payd for as a conbo cus he ask me too later and they brought itto the table right away wich is wron .then i order a protein shake from jamaba juice wich was delivered to me and they didnt let me drink it inside .RIDICULES RULE .I DONT EAT PZZA I EAT HEALTHY FOOD SO I HAVE TO TROW IT AWAY AND WAIST MY MONE TO BE ABLE TO KEEP SUPERVISING MY SON AND NOT BE OUTSIDE DRINKING MY PROTEINVERY DISAPPOINTED

I went for my daughters friends birthday party and had a great time. The bounce houses are perfect for toddlers and young kids and its all an area you can see the kids. Haven, one of the staff was amazing, excellent customer service, kudos to Monkey Joes for having her on the team!

Need some adults to be on the floor that able to make decisions with common sense! I brought my kids to spend some time while my wife was at doctor couple miles away, they have some fun for few minutes ( also older kids around didnt use any safety rules and Ive seen couple really dangerous situations (but who cares, you signed the waiver ), i purchased two gaming tickets, but my wife called me to pick her up from the doctor office, so I told my kids - lets go pick up mom and come back so you play your games and jump a little more, told the guy on the floor that we gonna be back in few min,(he didnt really care), and when we come back in about 20 min the girl at the entrance ( Amanda if Im not mistaken) refused to let us back because the RULE said that we cant be out for longer than 5 min and come back! For real?? I mean REALLY?? Paid $20+ to enter for 10 min, $20 for tickets that didnt use, go out for 20 min and cant come in?? I was just shocked, she was really proud of herself for making my kids sitting in the car and cry.. Dont get me wrong, I understand there is rules everywhere... but you need to use common sense!! If you really about the rule thing - stay by the bouncing houses and make sure the safety rules are followed up! It is much more important! Please train your stuff ! Instead of making another family happy, make us spend some more money, come back next visit and may be tell friends about fun place to go with kids you make kids cry, got another negative review and lost those money we could spend there coming back... good job

Wish I could give 0 stars. Place was awful. Bathrooms were horrible. My shoes were sticking to the bathroom floor and it smelled horrible. Under staffed, I feel like I need a penicillin shot after being there.

Tight space for this type entertainment place. Theres usually no place to sit and most of the tables are occupied with birthday party guest! There is limited supervision for the kids using the bounce house. You got kids stepping on each other and falling in tight places. My children said they do not want to go back. Said its dirty inside the bounce houses. Food is terrible and if you dont keep up on your order they will never bring it to you. Chuckee Cheeses is across the street. They may not have a bounce house but the games are much better and food is too!

This is a good place for kids 10 or under because most kids over 10 wont enjoy the bounce houses and inflatables as much. If you are thinking about taking to your kids under 10 to a indoor playground this is a great place. It also has multiple arcade games.

Kool place to bring the kids to run around and enjoy themselves. My kids usually have a good time there. Not much of a big selection when it comes to choosing food or drinks. The place does smell a bit and its probably the carpet. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Went here for my nephews birthday party. Its a nice location for a kids party, but they need too add some more games. I went there expecting arcade games and was pretty disappointed.

Absolutely the worst place to visit with a toddler. Not enough staff to maintain the safety and well being of children being trampled by the savage like older children . The staff that is there are either on their phone or staring off into space. My 4 year old child winded up with a busted lip because a 10 year blocking the slide shoved her while she tried to climb it. Never will I waste money on this place and I will make sure to let all toddler moms know to avoid this location!

Nice little play bounce house

Monkey Joes staff did a great job with my sons 4 year-old birthday party. They do not have kosher food and originally wanted to charge an extra $50 for me to bring my own pizza instead of using the non-kosher pizza that is included in the birthday package, but finally agreed to let me bring my own pizza as long as I dont bring any food other than pizza and cakes. The party hostess was very nice and served the food, which was a great help. The kids enjoyed playing at Monkey Joes, a good place for this age.

Place is ok!! Kid likes it although I feel bad for the employees who are just standing there, by the bounce houses. At least get them a chair or something. I would quite the first day. Oooh yeah the place smells needs a good cleaning. Not much to do in there. Need some TVs and sell alcohol to get the parents from getting bored and start spending some money on here. A bored parent is an impatient parent that wants to leave right away and not spend money

Crowded and they dont keep track of what kid is leaving with what adult. The little kids area is in the middle of where all of the kids run around, unlike the location in Sunrise that has the little kids area blocked off and doesnt allow bigger kids in. Regardless, my kids have a bunch of fun there.. I just prefer the other location.

Visited this Monkey Joe’s for the first time and the first thing that hits you is the smell. It needs to be cleaned considering kids are playing there. One of the bounce houses had air escaping, which is unsafe. Everything looked old and worn and there was red tape wrapped around a rail that obviously needed to be replaced. Really a rotten experience. Will not take my kid back there.

Horrible staff and neglectful towards kids as one of the staff members who appeared to be an ex-convict cut my Sons arm with the safety scissors! Becareful taking your kids to that horrible establishment.

No food ready..takes to long. One person running the front and entry form and payment. And working refreshments. While everyone is hiding in the back..

Not only were one of the employees jumped leaving almost no employees working after for a long time, but almost all of the games kept taking money from the card then not working.. then some games were just not working at all.. and to top it off, barely anyone was watching their kids so a lot of the kids were hurting each other and you dont know who to tell.. there needs to not only be more workers watching the kids but also more updated machines..

At a birthday party and am impressed. Staff keeps everything clean and there is plenty of hand sanitizer unlike other places. Food is good and the kids are burning a lot of energy on some neat inflatables. All good. Thank you

Thank-you to the best service and management team ever! We came early and had an amazing time. We celebrated a no more chemotherapy ever and first birthday party off chemotherapy. This place was spotless and not crowded. They treated my child like she was a rock star! The catering was yummy :-) We are forever grateful for making this day even more special than we could ever imagine.

I dont think well go there again, The staff is very young and unattentive, And a lot of the video games dont work. The music was way too loud and it smells bad.

My 4 yr old son had fun but my biggest problem is that you can not bring food (catering?) with you and the pizza they have is horrible. A girl who served me a soft drink dropped my drink then overfilled another one and another one got spilled. 3rd time is the charm I guess, but how do you manage to have hard time serving soft drinks?-I came back again. We are not eating or drinking but my son is having a blast!

Good for smaller kids, over 12 may not enjoy as much. Prizes are not too special but again this is for smaller kids. Staff was friendly, food is overpriced which is typical for these types of places.

Very dirty, bounce houses look worn and broken. They have dirt and crumbs inside. $19 for 2 kids, I wasnt impressed at all. Food was decent and ok prices but this place needs a good cleaning!

Dirty, my child got sick after visiting the place. Theres lots of tapes and sheap patches all over the place, and, bad staff response. One girl got furt in front of me and I asked to an employee to call help and 911 and he studded in a limbo like in la-la-land. I had to call myself at the end and take care of the situation.

Stay away! Stay away! My first and last time. When you walk in, the foul moldy odor slaps you in the FACE! Noone is there to properly greet you. When I ask Where do I pay?, she points and walks away. The toddler section is a joke. It looks like its barely used or put together. The facility in general is beyond FILTHY!. It looks to be ran by teenagers. No clean up crew, nor manager. Unsupervised Children, wait until my baby swipes her game card and try and take her balls. And also there no one at any registers. Why we just didnt go to Chuck E Cheese, beats me. Lesson Learned. Money Wasted.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. It is horrible. Worst $10.00 I ever spent. The kids are out of control and the attendance do not pay attention. My 3 year old was playing in the toddler zone and a group of big kids came over and started throwing all blocks, jumping in face like wild animals. Thank God Im a mom who always looks after her child. I had to tell them to take it easy. No attendance in site because they were all in a group talking. Dont waste your time here.

I like monkey Joes but if you have younger kids they barely have anything in the toddler area.
