Staff is friendly, but definitely would like to see more hand sanitation stations since so many of these games are hands on.

Took my kids there Thursday. Nobody was sanitizing/wiping down the gaming equipment as it is being advertised on their website! I literally went to my car started spraying everything down with my own can of Lysol!!! Thank God it was not crowded!

Perfect for kids. They were so excited to try everything. The price was reasonable and the environment was safe. The food took a while to come and it wasnt that great. But overall the experience was good.

Good place for kids to have lots of fun and run around. I prefer to get the time elapse of the card instead of points if you have very young kids so they wont run down the points swiping that card everywhere. O yeah and if you go on the weekends, make sure you go early because it can really get crowded in there but other than that my little ones love it.

All I can say is my daughter and granddaughter loves this place!

Chuck E Cheese used to be my favorite place as a kid. Now, I feel sad bringing my kids here. The employees do not smile, they look miserable. Everyone from the greeter with the orange hair to the manager behind the counter. It also smells very strongly of feet throughout the building. Its overwhelming. Finally, I wont complain about the over priced pizza and sodas. But seriously can I at least have a decent pizza made for me. A medium costs almost $13 and some of my slices are only covered half way with cheese.... I hope the owners can look into new management. This can all be corrected with a motivated experienced manager.

This place brings back a lot of memories from my childhood that Im never going to forget. Its a shame to see so many negative reviews from other customers. I had a pretty great time here and bringing my nephews definitely brought back a lot of nostalgic memories. I hope they never close down!

Enjoyed the atmosphere but very overcrowded during the pandemic. They need to lower the amount of people at the facility until this virus passes.

Is this place 28 times smaller than when you were a child!? Yes. Is it still fun? Absolutely. Took my 1 year old baby girl and she had a blast. Big changing tables are a plus. A family bathroom would be welcomed.

Havent been to Chuck E Cheese for some time, but wanted to take my 5 year old Grand daughter to experience the fun. I was delighted with the tasty, all you could eat pizza, salad, and dessert pizza buffet! Even though the mechanical characters were up and running, she wanted to stay in the kids section and climb in the tubes.

What pushed me to write a review was the service. I went to this establishment yesterday (01/12/2020) around 7pm. There are teenagers behind the counter that are extremely rude and disrespectful. They have no customer service experience and made my family and I feel terrible. The girl even rolled her eyes when I asked her a question and did not even acknowledge another guest when they presented their concerns to her. This place is not what is not how I remember it. Dirty counter tops and even left-over food on the ground. It was so disgusting that I did not even let my children use the restrooms. The food area was disturbing. The salad bar appeared to contain food that was near expiration. I could not believe that this is how my beloved Chuck E. Cheese’s is being managed.

First time in this place as we just moved to FL. So let’s go over the coupons first:2 cards play 30 min each for $22.00 - if you print the coupon for this same offer, it will say $21.99, therefore you’re expending more printing it at home because the ink, and the paper.This same situation happens in all the offers, the most you “save” is $0.03 cents but really you’re not saving because the ink, papel, etc.There were tables “reserved” used already that no one else could use them because they were not cleaned, even though the people using them left the place already, still we were told we couldn’t use it.Love the fact the place was protected by police officers. That’s why I give 3 stars.

My great niece celebrated her first birthday at this establishment. It was a fun time had by all. The young ladies who worked the party room were pleasant & professional.

Great place for kids. 4 of the machines stopped producing tickets or straight up malfunctioned; I had to call for help each time, and someone came only twice. Regardless, my 3 year old had so much fun here for his friends birthday party. Everything was just a little cleaner than I expected it to be for a place that caters to kids.

Manager she was very helpful and proactive with my childs birthday.

No one to help look for my child when she walked away. No one to cash in ticket for prizes. Stood there for 10 mins.. Ignored.. Should t there be someone like a manager who is out from the back at all times to make sure the kids are safe..

I go here very often. My son is seven years old. Its not my favorite place but my son loves it. Staff is not too corteous they seem to be stressed. I dont blame them a lot going on.

The Chuckster is a great place for families and little people running around enjoying themselves. However, in this Pembroke Pines location you cant help but smell the stench of the dirty carpet upon entering. It is a loud, musty smell. Needless to say my visit here was short, very short. If the carpet smells this bad, Im terrified of thinking how clean the rest of the place is. The rides, the games, please sanitize and disinfect. Please clean or replace carpet. Ewwww!!!

Its still a great place for kids, but very expensive. I took my 3 grand daughters there for a large pizza, 4 drinks and 1 hour of games... Ended up spending over $100 ! Oh join the Rewards program.

Its summer time. Chuck E. Cheese time. A great place to take the kids for some arcade style fun and games. This particular location is spacious and clean. Beat the summer camps by going early morning or later in the afternoon.

I like this chuck e. Cheese for a night out with my kids but I think it could be better. We went on a slow night and many games were out of tickets and I had to wait for someone to come replenish them. Some of the games need to be fixed and the toddler tubes need to be cleaned. The pizza is good, but the chicken wings are over-priced (the one that says it serves 2 people comes with 7 little chicken wings?) The employees look unhappy to be there.

The parking lots are extremely dark and they constantly have break in. Whats the point of family if they have a dangerous parking lot. I would say find another Chuck E.Cheeze that is extremely safe for your family. Pembroke pines police department states it happens all the time. Thats insane.

Great for kids

I was nervous after reading the comments because I booked my sons 4th birthday party here. Well I have to say it was totally worth it to me. I am 8 months pregnant and did not have to do a thing besides show up at watch my son and his friends have a blast, and all 9 kids said it was the best party they have ever been to. Cheaper than any party I hosted myself. I will definitely book again. We had ours on a Saturday at 10am. Alex was our host and she was amazing! $325 for 9 kids, 13 adults, pizza, beverages, cake, ice cream, unlimited play for every child, balloons, goodie bags, souvenir cups, and most importantly a smile on every child’s face. No set up, no clean up. Totally worth it to me!

Brought my niece and nephew. They had a great time. Went on a weekday so it wasnt too crowded, but weekends normally have a lot more kids running around and having fun. Overall it was a great experience, although food is a bit pricey but thats to be expected.

OMG! I had my daughters 5th birthday party here and I must say Chuck E. Cheese did a fantastic job of making my princess feel like a superstar! Kudos to this Pines location for continuing to make children happy as I too have had great memories at this same location.

Great time for 3-8 year olds .. This location is a good size and it had a variety of games for those ages. The food was good, and came fairly quickly as well. Manager Rhoda was awesome! Very pleasant to talk to and helpful.. they offer snacks like Cotton candy & Dippin Dots.. Super Yummy.. Good Ol Chuck makes many appearances and the kiddos love it.. especially the ticket toss up ..

The games were great for my little cousins. I had some fun too. The pizza was amazing but the only downside was the grease on it. I felt emotionally and physically bad after eating it but it tasted like childhood.

Ive been to other locations pre-kids and Ive always hated it. So I refused to go back regardless of the celebrations taking place there. Now I have 2 kids, I decided to brave the place for a bday party. Turns out the trick to this place is to show up early. Party at noon. Or before. Not as crowded. Not as miserable. Employees dont seem so harried. Kids are playing nice. By 3pm though, it turned into a zoo. Kids hopped up on sugar (including my own to be fair), screaming, bawling, hitting. And so I gathered up my brood and quickly skedaddled. Well, as quickly as one can get a 2 and 4 year old out of a place of games and fun. Took me damn near 25 mins smh.

Awesome environment for a kid. We had our sons birthday here and he and the other kids had a blast. The unlimited play pass is a great deal and covers the kids for two straight hours. It was a bit expensive, but worth it for the convenience and not needing to tend to anything during the party. It was also nice to not have to worry about the kids leaving, as the door attendant made sure to check the numbers stamped on the arms matched the parents.

Love the idea of kids being stamped so they cannot leave without us, or someone trying to take them unexpectedly. That is key to parents safe feeling. And why we had a great time. I love it here and will bring kids back again and again! Love Chuck E Cheese!

Its really good, but the bathrooms and floors are really dirty,also the faucet is way to close to the sink.

Too crowded and one can barely find a table to sit at for a casual visit. Too many private birthday parties taking up all the seating for people who are just there to let their children play and have fun.

I mean why would ever arrange a birthday party for your kid at a place like this ever. Unless of course you dont care about your kids but want to pretend and show others that you do.

From the cleanliness of the entire place including the bathrooms, to the customer service and food it was such an amazing experience! First and foremost Children Love. Service is good Food is OK. Its worth taking the kids there.

No longer uses tokens ... you now pay for unlimited play time cards, HOWEVER MACHINES ARE NOW OVERWORKED AND MALFUNCTION REGULARLY...requiring a HUMAN ATTENDANT. . which means your CLOCK IS COUNTING DOWN WHILE YOU WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO FIX YOUR MACHINE... Kind of like a football game with no timeouts...and since TIME IS MONEY...you are losing money by the minute :( On a side note the workers are nice and will come to you but they are doing so many things it takes some time to get you. Also cotton candy plastic bags and trash everywhere and I dont know if these plastic bags get recycled ... Youre talking hundreds everyday :/

Kids loved it even though party service is lacking, many machines are broken, and lines are long for food and ticket counting. You can pay for time increments or individual games. Despite these nice options, I still prefer to avoid Chuck E. Cheese and patronize other local play places that are more spacious and encouraging of active play.

Service was great! Stephanie the cashier was outstanding. I was also greeted with a warm welcome form the young lady at the entrance . Wow!!!

This Chuck E. Cheese is great. We had a birthday party here and the staff was super great. In 2 hours we were able to wrack up more than 5000 tickets which is about $50.00 in chucky merch and who doesnt need that? Most of the games worked and all the kids had a good time. Will go here again.
