We took our daughter and her friends for her 15th birthday here. They had such a great time. The staff was very friendly and made sure the kids were enjoying themselves. They made them feel at home and made the party very personalized. I highly recommend this Place. Although we are in a time right now of covid, they really made you feel safe. Luis, the owner, went above and beyond to make this day a special one. My daughter and her friends definitely said they will be returning. Thank you Rocket World.

I come to this place every year for my son birthday, he loves space and love the decorations of this place. Today 09/11/2020 I came here for the same purpose, and purchased the package pick 3, for two kids, I paid 55 dollars, for my surprise 8 machines were completely off and some of them every time we passed the cards were asking for the card again. I spoke 3 times with the guy in the front and he came and try to make it work, I got upset after paying 55 dollars and asked for the cancelation of the package I purchased, surprisingly they turned on the switch and the rest of the machines were on!!!! I felt Scamed, they shut down half of the machines, probably to save energy and charged us the hall package!! Will never return to this place again.

The place is still good. They added arcade games where you can earn points to redeem for prices at the front desk.Overall, great place for the kids to run, jump and have fun.

We had my daughters birthday here today and I cant say enough great things about this place. The kids had the time of there lives, the food was amazing and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I love the fact that the birthday package included laser tag and arcade games for every kid. We have had parties at Little Javas and have been to parties at Monkey Joes, but Rocket World is definitely my # 1 pick and also considerably less expensive then the competition. Cant wait to visit again.

Firendly employees and very clean. My just turned 3 year old was probably a little small for the playground but too big for the toddler room. Once she saw some bigger kids do it she was more into the playground. In another year or so i could see her really enjoying it here. Cool outer space theme. Was surprised it was pretty empty for a dreary saturday afternoon. Will definitely be back when shes a little bigger.

What a wonderful place. I want to begin by stating that it is CLEAN. Mommas, the bathrooms are impeccable. The play area is well kept, the employees are nice. Shout out to Oscar and Britney who made our sons birthday so special. There is an indoor playground, bounce houses, and laser tag. They work with you on the different packages. Their food is excellent. Recommend the chicken tenders and ziti. Come and visit, you will not be disappointed.

Nice staff & good place.But Laser tag time was very short, also Equipment wasn’t working properly, we ended up changing it in between, so we lost time too.

Best place for a field trip the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming we came with our camp of 70 children and we had the best time ever the manager goes over the top to make sure that everything is OK truly one of the best field trip experiences I’ve ever had thank you for hiring such great staff. The arcades are updated the indoor playground is great and laser tag is sure to be a blast. Looking forward to our next trip

Horrible! Would never return. The laser tag was ok for Groupon price of $6 but then they charge $12/child to climb on the gym area. The nachos were stale so we sent them back and they brought back stale nachos again. The jalapeño were soggy. The panini was not a panini. There are only a few video games and were not good ones. Would never return with all the other similar facilities around with better pricing, food and options for all ages.

I took my kids over there for the first time last Saturday and we all had a blast. Just threw my sons birthday party here and it was awesome. Rocket Kids is extremely clean and attractive. The kids had a lot of fun and were constantly busy playing. The service for the party room was great and the kids loved the food. I ordered 4 appetizers and pizza. Soda was refilled quickly and everything came out very nice and presentable. I would recommend this place.

Just had them host my daughters birthday. The prices were reasonable and the staff was very on top of everything. The food was good and they were very quick about refilling the drinks. Overall it was a very nice experience and Id probably recommend them to others and use them again for future events.

I love the atmosphere of Rocket Kids!! The theme is so cool it really brings the imagination of a child to real life! Ive been to rocket kids many times and i will continue to go back!! The staff is friendly and always helpful. My son loves playing there. Washing hands in the facility is a funny and completely new experience :) My personal favorite is their pizza and coffee. Management was very nice and friendly, they made my daughter feel super special when she colored a picture for the front staff. Great customer service skills!!! The facility is clean with state of the art hand washing system. The play area and bounce houses kept clean with no funny smell. I would highly recommend this location!!!!

I had my sons timmys birthday party here and I must say we had the greatest experience! We didnt know where to begin with their amazing games that include lazed tag, bounce houses, and indoor playground!!! Also the food was AMAZING!!! From their pretzels to their pizza just absolutely delicious! Lastly, the party could not have been great without our life of the party Adriana, she kept our kids energetic and engaged in every activity, she was the real MVP! If I could Id give this place more stars. 6/5

I liked it there because when you didnt want to play laser tag you could go to the playground area and bounce house and play. And the laser tag is fun but people think the gun doesnt work but it does work they just use it wrong and the strap on the gun should not be there it is to much in the way and when I used it I took off the strap a little bit. But overall rocket kids was very fun and and I recommend that you go there for a birthday party.

We found Rocket Kids when my sons friend celebrated his birthday early this year.After that I brought my kids there to play couple of times. This year ( last weekend ) my son asked to celebrate his birthday there. I called to book it and they were really helpful and attentive. Ive got the flyer with prices and info of packages and I called to book it.Everything was just fine until we asked for the check to pay the party ( we had made $100 deposit to secure the room ).There was a $79.79 service fee which WASNT printed in their flyers or EVER MENTIONED to me when they did asked for the deposit ( which was made over the phone while I was driving ).Me and my wife tried to talk to someManager at the time of the party but he wasnt available.The girl that was helping with my sons party said part of this fee is going to her. So later on we found out that this fee is her TIP. We always do parties for both of our kids, we always tipped the hostess and NEVER GOT THIS Fees before. I asked to bo contacted by the manager or Owner but nobody called us.The girl said Oscar was suppose to call us and still nothing.So thats why I decided to write this review.Place is awesom, kids loved it, but Parents be aware of these unexpected charge.

The place is extremely clean, the employees are polite, helpful, and friendly. Their attitude displays an environment of camaraderie . In addition, the manager goes above and beyond to help with customers requests. Most importantly, there is always a staff member walking around, and checking that the kids are safe.AWESOME PLACE for our little ones to spend a fun afternoon!

We have been in Rocket Kids before and kids loved it. This time we celebrated my son’s birthday and by accident one of my guest got a head injury when hitting a pole in the playground. The pole is a strong structure and must be proper cushioned to prevent injuries to kids running and playing. Second when the staff came promptly to assist us they did NOT HAVE First aid kit. That was really shocking and sad,very sad. We are not coming back and not recommend it to anyone until this company invests seriously in Children Safety.

The facility is incredible, great job with the decoration of the entire place. Staff was super curtious and friendly, the pizza, tequeños, empanadas were delicious and the French fries which in my opinion were gourmet fries, were unique and out of this world good. Went for a birthday party, I highly recommend this place for bday parties or just for taking the kids for a great time. Arcade, lazer tag room, playground area are top of the line. The owners and staff were there serving us and they went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely be back with my son, although it was a 40 min drive from North Miami, it was worth it.

Rocket Kids has definitely become my second home. Between the amazing management, staff, playground, laser tag & food, its definitely a place you have to check out. My little brother has had his birthday party here 2 times. The staff is so attentive during the birthday parties and makes sure you are 100% satisfied and have everything that you need. This is the cleanest childrens place Ive ever been to as well!

Today was our first time visiting Rocket Kids and I t was a great experience! My boys really enjoyed the playground and my baby girl loved the toddler area! Oscar and his crew were so pleasant and caring! We were only going to stay for an hour and ended up staying for four hours! I didnt even notice the time went by so quickly. We even had lunch there! The food was incredible and the service even more! The playground was so clean, it didnt smell like sweat like most places with bounce houses. The restrooms were really nice too!! We really enjoyed our time there and are really looking forward to the next time, especially since our 6th time is free! Today they counted two so we need four more! I recommend this place for anyone looking for some good fun and they even have laser tag, my kids are too young for that part still, but I saw some kids and they were really having a great time! Rocket kids has the friendliest, cleanest, and homiest environment that you could bring your child to. I have nothing but good reviews about them. I took my little sister here and she absolutely loved it. Oscar and Erica really care about there customers. The staff is also incredibly nice. Highly recommend.

We just had our sons birthday here. The staff was courteous, helpful, and helped make it a pleasant experience. All the children and parents were very impressed, and the kids had a great time. We will continue to bring our kids here since they had such a great time.

Very clean and great for a really hot or rainy day. The owners are very accommodating and are looking to earn your business and loyalty. We had a parents laser tag game one night - and we not only got a mean work out but we had a lot of fun! After school it is usually a great place to have the kids let off some steam and it is not so crazy. They have stations for kids to wash their hands. It is automated and so much fun that the kids WANT to wash their hands. It is especially great when they have some of the younger employees working on the floor of the playground. There is one young lady that plays with the kids and makes sure they are safe. That is a god send! Kids get a great work out and my son is always excited when I say lets go to Rocket kids. I am happy that is so close ....Decent food. Could be better - the owners are always asking for suggestions. Nice area for parents to be able to watch the kids yet sit and eat, have coffee ...even do a little work. Not sure if they have wifi...Great little escape- something different to do. Great work, Rocket kids.

The place is clean and nice for kids. Usually very fond of this place. Unfortunately, as we open a tab and started consuming food and drinks we were denied cups of water or cups for water cause we are cutting cost as we were told by the staff. We had got a pitcher of fruit punch and a pitcher of sprite which were unusually sweet.

No supervision at all.. I Understand you have to supervise your kid but how come you see 8 year old kids jumping on the toddler section. Nobody is there to tell them anything..I recommend the staff to go to Little Javas to see and learn how a it should be.

Rocket Kids is a wonderful place, it is always fun for my kids when they go. They spend hours going through the playground maze and down the slides. They also enjoy the two bounce houses in the play area and when we have a large enough group we have a blast in the laser tag. The staff is nothing less than professional and more than willing to help, I have never seen them yell at a child on anyone else for that matter. Management/Owner is always there to ensure things are going smooth interacts with all his customers and their children. After going a couple of times the staff knows the kids by name and welcome them with a hug and a smile. The place is also spotless, from the front entrance to their bathrooms. The kitchen is also super clean and their food is quite good and aimed at young kids and teens. If you want something yummy for adults have and espresso or cappuccino.AS FOR THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS:Mr Torres is correct, all these negative reviews are coming from the angry teens next door. They dont realize that their childish actions can actually hurt what is a great place for families to go spend quality time out here in West Broward.

Fun Fun Fun: It was our first time to play lazer tag and being the time of day and week and during the holidays...it was just our family in there to shoot it up. We had a blast during a session that lasted about 20 minutes. I was a lot more worn out than I thought I would be. We didnt enjoy the rest of the facility, our son is probably too old for the rest of it. Parents with children in the 4-10 range should find a fair amount of things to keep them occupied and theres a snack bar there as well. Great experience!
