Our family had a wonderful experience. I sincerely recommend this experience. The workers were helpful, professional, and a delight.

Wow! The children absolutely loved it here. The play time is unlimited until close if you are there not for a birthday party. You can also get a card that allows 10 jumpers. So, even if you dont have 10 jumpers you can come other times! You cant beat this deal for the fun. The only thing I would change is being able to bring your lunch as opposed to eating in the car.

Fun place for the whole family!! They have bouncers for the little kids, party rooms and for the older folks (teenagers & above), they have TWO complete 18 hole putt putt courses in the building. Wonderful employees and wonderful owners!

My son loves it. He is still pretty little. So its better than going to places like high heavens. Much more suitable for smaller kids.

3 yrs old daughter loved it. Great owner. Very clean and lots of inflatable. Fun putt putt putt also. Very good prices.

The kids had fun, but many of the featured bouncy castles were generally the same. So, variety wasnt their selling point. Also, a bit difficult to find, as the signage was too small, but it is directly in the middle of that shopping center.

A very nice place for the kids to play

I had planned my baby’s 1st birthday party today . I didn’t really need a hostess for the party but she was okay. The owner or whoever the guy was was not cool. He kept watching the kids telling them what they can’t do. ITS NOT ENOUGH time to do NOTHING. This was not worth $275. DO NOT ever plan a party here. We couldn’t decorate the rooms ourselves and can only decorate at the last minute and that’s when the party suppose to start. It’s sad. They want ever see me nor my family again.. this place needs to be shut down! Period. P.S. don’t bring your kids here for a party. Waste of time and money.

Great atmosphere

First time here. Friendly staff. Large, clean building. Loved the variety of different types of bounce houses. My girls loved it. I like that there is a separate section for the toddlers to play in with a bounce house perfect for their size. I saw there were 3 rooms for parties so I found my new favorite spot to have the kids birthday parties. Children of all ages are welcomed.

Management was good and courteous at the time that I went for one of my daughters birthday which was 2 years ago...Im quite sure things have changed since then and hopefully for the better. Just keep providing a safe and inviting atmosphere with great entertainment, courtesy and enthusiastic staff members who enjoy what they do and the good experience they provide.

Attended a birthday party here. 8 full-size bounce houses and two-18 hole miniature golf courses. Good times to be had for all ages!

Good place for kids to play, but not for birthday parties. Terrible package for kids parties. Not enough play time for the kids to enjoy and refuses to let them have more time.

This is in response to the review below from Sabrina Lee. This party was in August, 2012. The customer booked a weekend party package for a Saturday afternoon. The package clearly states that The Bounce Palace will provide ice cream and juice boxes for all the children ages 12 and under who attend the party. I personally scheduled this party, so I know what she was told. The customer insisted that no matter what the package said, and no matter what she was told, since she had less than 25 children, we should have provided ice cream and juice for all the adults who attended. When she was told that wasnt the policy, and was never the policy, she became upset and verbally abusive toward the staff. In the less than 1 year we have been open, we have had hundreds of parties. No, we are not perfect, no matter how hard we try. But the overwhelming vast majority of our customers have enjoyed their experience, and we have had several parties booked for children after their siblings party was held because of the quality party they enjoyed. The fact that the customer said she had the right to vandalize our property if she wanted says a lot.Bob Schroeder, owner
