Fun for all ages!! Great place to let the kids burn off energy, and let parents get in a little excercise as well. Activities include a general trampoline area, laser tag, and dodge ball, to name a few. In the outer arena, there are arcade games, complete with a prize booth, and concession counter. Our hostess, Taylor was very friendly and hospitable.

A fun, family oriented place to take the kids. Laser tag is also a blast. Warning: You will be EXTREMELY exhausted when you leave!

My grandkids had an AWESOME time here.Not to mention, I enjoyed myself a lot as well. They had so much to do. This is a really nice safe place to come and just let them run around. This was a great experience and I look forward to bringing them back again and again. The prices are very reasonable. I had a blast playing the arcades with them. Believe me you will not have a boring moment at this place and neither will the children.

The birthday party for my tw grandchildren was awesome. The young lady that was in charge of their party was great at her job. The whole staff was also very good at their job. The place was clean, the workers had on mask,the counters were wiped down often and used hand sanitizer. The pizza was really good, so was the popcorn and ice cream. It was a wonderful experience after being at home for so long. Good job!!!!!

This place is AMAZING! I take the Kiddos in from time to time and love it here its way better than the other trampoline parks in the area and its cheaper too. The staff here is great every time we come here we feel welcomed from when we walk in the door till we leave. The manager that was on duty at the time was also amazing if I had any questions for him he was able to answer them and when my food took a little longer than expected he got it right out for me. All in all this place is great and we will for sure be back!

My family and I had a blast. My 2 year olds birthday party was there and Tye was an amazing host. She made the party run smoothly and she provided things that I forget to get. I will definitely be back. Also the other staff members we great and provided wonderful customer service.

Place is horrible. All I wanted was to go there and have a little fun. Place is dirty, hole in the inflatable, trampolines have no bounce. Overall, place is not something I would want to go to again.

It was good, not great. Fun trampoline set up for the kiddos. Food a little overpriced but not horrid. Service about average. All in all we had a good time.

My son and I visited this location to enjoy a Saturday, unfortunately, the enjoyable experience did not happen. First off, this place has potential, but has been neglected. The pictures are not accurate, must be of a different time. The Pearl, MS location is faded and not nearly as vibrant. The music could only barely be heard in one spot of the building, the trampolines did not have enough “bounce” even for a slim 5 year old. The fee was reasonable, in my opinion, only if it was properly cared for and maintained, which it has not been.The arcade area is in the middle of the floor?? Yes, it is. In the wide open, middle of the floor. The games and cost was good. The placement of the games was awkward and made me feel in the way by being in the middle.It was sad, drab, with a depressing vibe. I have mixed reviews on the staff. The female clerk upon entrance was the only employee deserving a title as “CSR”. The employees for laser tag, adjoined at the concession, plum rude!! Walked by me several times as I was needing assistance and did not even acknowledge my presence at the counter. Actually the clerk from the ticket counter came over to assist bc the other females didn’t ask to help me.I do not recommend this place, much needed repairs from someone qualified in the fun department and not the money making department should be making decisions about moving to a larger area, due to parking; then, rearranging, repainting and for the love of all things good, play the MUSIC!!Also, my son and I purchased tickets that included laser tag, however, we did not play, due to it looked like a party room.Overall, We did not feel welcome, I didn’t actually know where to go to participate with anything, there’s a ramp to enter the jump area, and was shoved around and walked all over on the trampolines and the floor area.

It was okay for the kids jumping wise, but the service was terrible. None of the food was stocked and they were out. I ordered food, 40 minutes went by and they havent even fixed it. I definitely got my money back. They were trying to serve kids refrozen expired ice cream for my nieces birthday. I definitely not planning to even spend my money nowhere in that place again

Great place to celebrate!

I’ve visited this location multiple times with no issues but this will be my last visit. Staff closely monitored only certain groups of kids, continuously blowing their whistles at offenses that other kids were allowed to slide with. The kids could not enjoy themselves. I will not waste my money here again!

I absolutely love this place. The staff are beyond hospitable and the prices are great. Every time I have brought my kids we have had a blast and been treated with so much kindness. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Pretty fun place. My 2 year old absolutely loves it. These is a decent amount of jumping space. There is also an arcade area, but not many games. One downside to this place is that you have to use a debit/credit card for all purchases you make, including the arcade games and even the drink machine.

Was not impressed when I arrived, I came there after 12:00pm and there was no refreshments prepared or being prepared at the concession stand.

My family and I had such a great time at Launch. I’m not sure if the kids had more fun or me! Our host was Gloria, she did an outstanding job!

We had a blast here for kids and adults to n you use up so much energy when my kids got home they were sleep before I knew it

AWESOME PLACE but the employees did not act like they cared to do there jobs. Food service was delayed to the point that we canceled our order after 30 minutes of waiting for some chicken strips.

Our kids had fun but it is extremely small not much seating for those watching their kids. And there wasnt much of a variety for the kids to do.

I usually go on Friday mornings due to toddler time. Its never crowded then & My toddler & I have fun. The staff is very attentive. The temperature is good, never too hot or cold. I do wish they had other days beside Friday for toddler time.

Nice place and different especially for Mississippi. My only down side for this place was it took forever to get checked in. I dont know if it was just for today or a everyday thing. Its a good size for kids. My son liked it so its cool. Oh and another reason why I gave it just 3 stars was because they dont tell you until its time to pay that you gotta buy socks. They were only 2 dollars but they could have said that over the phone. But other than that its great for kids.

This is an ok place. Their staff doesnt always watch out for your children, and other children while on the obstacle courses. One of the staff members was too worried about her nails, and a child didnt wait his turn and hit my daughter in the back of the neck causing her to fall. She wasnt hurt too badly, but we had to leave early, because she had a headache.I will say this. I talked with the manager about the issue, and he gave us 4 free passes for our next visit. I never saw that employee any time we went back.

Had an awesome time with my family on Saturday evening. Ashley was incredibly helpful and charismatic, and all of the staff was amazingly cheerful and energetic!!!! Look forward to coming back again

If I could give them zero stars I definitely would.Their customer service is garbage. Their staff is never trained, do not have a birthday party here it is a waste of money. You will overpay and probably have the same issue we did. Show up about 30 min before and nothing is ready, they look at you like “oh you’re booked here for a party?” After you’ve paid half down and spoken with a “planner” there several times. Just don’t go. Go to high heaven. You will be more comfortable and have lower blood pressure.

Had an anniversary special today and my son loved the laser tag. The trampoline park is great to, but we didnt do that today.

Got all the way there today with my 4 1/2 year old son and my 9 year old niece. They were closed for a private party the whole day!!! Now I have to take the poor dissapointed kids to another park to which now I have to buy socks for because I’m not going to drive all the way home to get more socks for another facility YOU SUCK LAUNCH!!! never going back there.

I’m am in pure shock by the negative comments being given directed to this establishment. My kids convinced me to bring them to Launch Trampoline Park Saturday and they inform me they had a fantastic time especially while the proceeded to play dodgeball. I personally enjoyed the staff welcoming personality even the cashier try to grow connections with you. When entering you will meet the full of personality cashier i meet name DJ or JD who had me laughing as if I known him for a while. I even watch one of the female court monitors play with my son I was unable to view her name fully. I personally recommend this place for any kid event.

I visited this location on Saturday with my little girl. The facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful and entergetic, especially Caleb.. he has a great personality and was very nice to my daughter!!

The checking in process was a bit confusing. We had signed waivers online, but somehow they didnt have them. The jumping was fine for the most part, but 2 of the kids I brought were playing dodgeball and got nailed by the guy that was supposed to be monitoring it. One was nailed in the face. After a while, the guy seemed to get bored and quit paying attention to the game at all. He instead chose to talk with other staff members. Its not a bad place if youre going to watch your own kids or dont mind them not being watched, but if youre wanting attentive staff, it would be best to look elsewhere.

I wish I could leave a zero!!! We took our kids that are 10 and it wasnt busy at all, but there were several teenagers and they were kind of bullying. Then in dodge ball my son hit one of the teens with the ball and he didnt get out, but instead threw the ball hard at my son and told him he was out. The staff guy that was in there playing and throwing balls hard and saying he had infinite lives didnt say anything when this happened. The staff is there to make sure stuff like this doesnt happen. His job was to protect the younger kids from being taken advantage of or ganged up on, but he was too busy playing himself. When it was complained about to Morgan she called the staff member out and we actually thought she was dealing with it, then we saw them laughing and he kept laughing as he went back in there. It was dead and makes me wonder if the staff is why. It was Friday night and hardly nobody there and yet still out 10 year old was allowed to be mistreated and then it was laughed about when a complaint was made!! I recommend going to the one in Hattiesburg or even the other on in Jackson was better and busier. This one will not get another dime of my money!!!

This trampoline park has the best layout in our area well as an amazing obsticle course, crash pad, games and concessions. Also has best seating for parents. My child gave it 5 stars.

We went today Wednesday got there at 12 only about 8 kids then about 25 more came in but only two staff members on the floor so kids werent allowed to play dodgeball which is a big draw for the kids-Hattiesburg is much nicer more variety and plenty of staff on hand.

While on spring break I popped in to give my grandchildren and foster children an additional fun time event before going back to school. They loved it!

Great place for kids and big kids..

My grandkids love it! My youngest has stayed the week with me and wanted to come every day. Weve come some days twice. He loves the dodge ball the best, and they have two courts (one for younger and one for older). The staff are nice and helpful with the little kids. Everything is nice and clean, and reasonable priced. However, I think I need ask about a season pass. A great place for my kids to get lots of excercise and I can beat the heat!!!

Nice layout! But music was extremely loud! My request was denied even when I asked the manager to turn the volume down since it was only about 12 kids on a Saturday evening (6pm). I cant hear the person next to me.
