I do not know if the owner is still the same or what but the guy there today he was so so nice and welcoming. We ate there & I am surprised it is actually good does not taste like frozen food. My 4 year old ate all her chicken nuggets compared to other place that she does not eat past 1. Thank you for having this place open during these times when kids need to be out to have fun for a bit.

Its great pricing for food which is also homemade and not freezer food. Plus a good place for kids and adults to enjoy.

Been there since childhood always had fun although they change it know with the card now it was better before but still fun.

From classic TMNT game to ticket winning games and modern prizes including ps4. This is a great venue to host events with ample parking and concession stand offering good value meals.

Great fun it was clean they had hand sanitizer and when we were there during the morning it was empty practically had the place to ourselves

This place holds a lot of good memories from my childhood. I used to go all the time and spend a good 2 hours here if not more. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Its sad that I have to rate it 1 star, but its necessary. The prices are ridiculously high now to the point where 4 dollars only lasts 4 games instead of the 10 or more games. Its sad to say but today will be the last time I ever step foot in there. Id much rather make the trip to Dave and Busters at this point.

Pros:Affordable / The two guys that were there when I went were cool, gave me 2 free games for a machine not working which also made me want to play more . Besides the kid loved it.Con:The bouncy house & kid “area” needs a hard cleaning .Along with a good sanitize.Along with the guitars for the “guitar hero” game.5 stars once it’s cleaned .

A fun little arcade. All machines run on cards. The prices were a little expensive, about a dollar per game. If you go at a certain time of day you will have to pay for parking. However, the games that they did have were pretty cool and good condition.

Definitely not going there again! Decided to take my nephew there for his birthday (turning 10) and it was a complete mess. The person who was supposed to help was rude whenever questions were asked and even left the store at one point for a good 10-15 minutes. One thing they did have that I liked a lot were some of the old school games that I grew up playing other than that not worth the visit.

Served its purpose by entertaining the kids and the prices are reasonable. Needs more staff out on the floor to help service the customers. Overall the place is pretty decent.

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms are horrible smell even worse.GAMES ARE EXTREMELY OVER PRICED.ONE CARD $10 lucky if u get 5 games.And half the ganes are in chinese.Nothing is well taken care if here.The bonus this place has is being safe meaning right across from police station

4 and 5 star ratings are from friends and family. This place is terrible. Ok if you want to distract your kids for an hour. But highly over priced, game tickets are low and prices are high. Better going to Dave and busters in Willowbrook if you’re up for the travel.

First of all most of the games are rigged we spent 50 dollars on a dumb toy instead of here go to Dave n busters or chuckie cheese

I came for Initial D Arcade 8 Infinity and was really disappointed. The steering wheel wasnt working well and the car would just stop time to time. The other Initial D arcade wasnt working as well. Service was terrible because one of the employees looked like she didnt care at all.

A very fun place to play with your family and you earn points that you can use to win prices.

There is a lot of fun stuff for the kids. My fiancee and I went just to shoot pool. Prices were good, tables were in need of repair, but usable. It was pretty hot in there, the bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. An hour before closing, one of the employees was interrupting our game, vacuuming around our table. Then cleaning the bathroom with so much bleach that our eyes were burning. (Pool tables are right by bathroom).

Not alot of games and some (like Pac man/Galaga) werent working

While I was there the place got robbed!!! it was so terrifying, half the people didnt know what was going on. The worst part was that I was invited to a 5 year old birthday party and as parents and friends we had to scramble looking for the kids and putting them in the party area for safety. Never again!!

Theyve switched over to the points system so now every game is even more expensive then before. Its a hole in the wall type of place good for casual gaming and hangout. Has potential to be a great arcade but lacks good management and the games are outdated

First of all, wed like to thank Rack and Roll for letting us shoot our film there. Its a wonderful little arcade center that does small b-day parties for children and is just a nice place for people in that neighborhood to chill and hang out at.My only issue is that there is a huge problem with management. There is no proper communication between the staff that works there and the owners. This is not how you do management in business. If you provide a contract with me, or any kind of crew for production (even just CUSTOMERS), then what is on the contract is put into effect. If one of YOUR own staff members makes a mistake, then it is on YOU, not on us, regardless of his/her good intentions.Staff members are gone to smoke almost every 20 minutes, the store is unattended, leaving customers without staff to rely on (which is what I dont understand, perhaps this is the culture and just what is generally accepted of the community in Passaic- Im surprised Rack and Roll never got robbed in these conditions). Your staff are also around children- Im not so sure smoking at an arcade is the best, but if the owners are okay with it (as they do say business is important), then thats the way it goes I assume.Second, if we sign a contract with you, we follow the terms, WHICH we did. The owners accused us of wanting to dine and dash. They thought we were not going to pay up for renting the location privately (meaning it was closed to public) and just run for it. They threatened to open the arcade on the last day of our shoot to the public while we were filming as they didnt think we would pay up (we rented it privately and signed that on said contract, to avoid continuity issues and to avoid any robberies as the neighborhood is not the safest). However, their staff miscalculated the price that we had to pay for the previous day of shooting, so we paid less than what we were supposed to. We had not been aware of it until the owners decided to accuse us over the phone of trying to scam them.For a film production, our crew has tons of equipment that we leave in the arcade- what kind of logic makes you think that we would just drop everything and run for it to not pay for your location? The equipment in total costs more than your arcade does (which Im sure youre not aware of because you dont seem to be educated in that sense, and neither do you care because you dont even seem to mind your store being unattended 50% of the time, which to me, seems like a contradiction with your complaint).To the owner that I spoke to on the phone- this is your business. What you said about other people filming videos in your arcade and not paying you is none of my business, from what Ive heard from YOUR staff, the only videos youve had in your arcade were just random peoples short youtube videos, not ones for professional purposes- therefore they cannot be compared to ours in terms of production. Second of all, you saying that you are twice my age (if that is the case then Im appalled with your level of maturity), is not related to the issue at all. IF there was a problem financially, then you are to speak DIRECTLY with us, not through your staff members that are missing half the time, so that we can clear up any problems. It seems as though any time Ive asked for the owners contact information, I was denied and said that I would be talked to through the staff that worked there. What kind of management is happening at this arcade? You cannot run a business where there is nothing written down properly, have insufficient staff on your end, and have owners that are irresponsible. Thank you for reading, and again, the least we can say is thank you for letting us film in the arcade, but we will not be recommending it to anyone we know. To that one manager, thank you for being sweet and helping us out on the last day- to the staff member that tried to help us all 3 days, we think you should be truthful with what has gone on instead of lying, and to the owners, best of luck.

The guy whom work here its rude. I was in the bathroom, then he knock the bathrooms door, I said its busy, but he just open the door, almost come in to the bathroom and he told me in a rude way hurry up. Thats not nice, Im a customer so I deserve respect!!!

This place has changes alot since the last time I visited. Its no longer coin operated like before you now have to use a card like in Chuck-E-Cheeses. The old air hockey table needs repair, it failed on me multiple times. The pool tables need to be fixed or replaced as well.

I been there a while ago, its obviously fun for kids but its dirty and smells pretty wierd also the back part is always so dark and cripy.
