This is a great little Museum in Pasco Washington. Carnegie, the teenage, prehistoric camel model and his tale is impressive. The history of Franklin County is somewhat surprising. The featured artists downstairs were lovely. Stop in on your way to where youre going, and take a stroll through this little charmer. Very low entrance fee, and a friendly host to point out all the displays. Farming, industry, military, aviation, prehistory and Native American history, as well as contemporary artists are all on display.
Small museum. Not many artifacts or history here. They do have some unique historical items though.
Small town museum with a lot of great pictures, historical items pertaining FDR, Russell the artist. There are Native American items. The nice thing is they change the things on display ever quarter.
Interesting and a lot of detail of the last several hinder years.
Great Museum. This building was once the Pasco Carnegie Library, built in 1911 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
They have a small but well thought out set of displays and even a display about the tricities involvement on ww2 anz a cammel
Gave us a quick run through of the upstairs. She was very smart kind and friendly, admission is cheap, gift shop is neat, and of course theres alot to learn from inside. The downstairs had two rooms with exhibits and the rest was unfinished and closets and such.
Not worth the time and the effort
I really enjoy going into the City Hall for various reasons and seeing the Historical window displays.
Small but well designed local historical museum in a lovely old Carnegie Library building, well worth a stop. The director is charming and very helpful.
