I moved in here in here a couple years ago and I felt like I had finally found a place where I could be for awhile. Im 64 yrs old and just trying to survive. Fixed income and it was great. Even having to put electric in my name still worth it.THEN something changed and now I pay water and rents gone up. Its close to being more than I can handle. Im gonna ride til my wheels fall off lol but yes park has changed as far as cost. Never really had any problems with neighbors

This place is Under New Management and they suck just try to throw you out for no reason

I recently lost my mother who lived on the property for many years. During that time I had been to the property many times to visit my mother, she was always excited to go see the manager in the office. When she needed more assistance I came to stay with her, my mother made it a point to make sure I met her. As an owner of 3 properties in Idaho I would love to be able to find a manager with her professionalism and attitude. If she ever leaves their loss will be my gain...

Owner is a slumlord. He doesnt follow Landlord Tenant laws, doesnt do necessary maintenance, is more about making money than doing what is right. If you move in here, make sure you have a good attorney!

Lived here many years now, I like the people I talk to so far, they are friendly and keep up there homes that they have pride in owning...they Beautify there yards and do not clutter the landscapes, pipes that are as old as the park are breaking, and being taken care of as soon as it comes about....Melanie is great about listening to Ideas and suggested things that would maybe Improve things here ....good manager....yet with Improvements Unfortunately comes rises in bills, both for them and use the tenants.....I do feel for all of us on S.S.I who have so little Income, the fear of Losing are homes for lack of Income and being all you have, at a older age Especially the very old ! all in all I like where I live and I like the people and Management...

My parents live here and I love going to visit them, especially in the summer when the pool is open!

I moved in here with my Dad back in April 2015 until Oct. 2017 when I moved out on my own and over the last few months I have notice a complete transformation in the way this neighborhood looks and feels. The manager Holly has put in so much effort & time in the last few months to make the changes this neighborhood has needed for years.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK HOLLY!

Discrimination and unfair treatment by the manager. And she gossips and takes hearsay as fact, without finding out the truth and she spreads the hatred. Its sad.

They hold your rent so it makes it look like your late... They find anything and everything to complain about so you either have to sell your home or lose it... My neighbors are pretty cool and friendly but theyre making me move out after being here taking care of my dad for 5 years. I wouldnt recommend living here

New owner is strict. I have visited family here in several occasions and every time the trailer park is dirty. Good thing they moved out to flamingos!

I moved in given a Welcoming, Cheery, & Riviera residents and management are friendly, will respect your privacy, etc type of sales pitch. However, I have been miserable from the 1st month or so. I DO NOT HAVE PRIVACY! I DO NOT FEEL SAFE NOR COMFORTABLE! I dont even spend any good time out in my yard, I keep my curtains drawn RIVIERA TRAILER VILLAGE has a HORRIBLE and EIRIE atmosphere all around. Neighborhood Watch here is not practiced honestly. If the self appointed gossip queen does not like you, your life becomes hell! She lies and makes up a reputation for those who she dislikes. And then spreads her dishonest gossip and lies to EVERYONE. Its like a 70 r 80 year old with a 15 year olds personality. If youre even slightly thin-skinned or tender, You will HATE IT HERE. This is not a good place for ANYONE.

I have lived in this neighborhood since 2012 and it has been neglected for far too many years with a complacent management staff. All that changed late in 2017 when Golden Bell LLC purchased the property and brought in Holly to make changes we have desperately needed far too long. I know there are neighbors that have negative things to say about the progress being made and I say to them Be part of the solution and not the problem and youll find more satisfaction. If that does not work then perhaps you should look to find a new neighborhood that supports your lifestyle.

Its acceptable especially for non-permanent residency. THAT WAS A PREMATURE ASSESSMENT of this 1990s-2000s WANNABE VERSION OF SOMETHING LIKE PEYTON PLACE BUT WORSE.I suppose as long as a person has AT LEAST 2-3 FACES theyd fit right in........Most of the time!However, IF YOURE NOT INTERESTED IN BEING A BACK STABBING RIVIERA TRAILER VIGILLANTEE GANG MEMBER, then I would reccommend choosing a more peaceful place. Maybe even one where all things beginning with the letter F and in your own home, CAN be heard & WILL be talked of, redisgussed, altered AND exaggerated by said GANG!Just sayin it the way IT IS!!!

It is a quiet place. 55 and older parks have their value.
