Place used to be a good place to live, the owners seem to have really bad luck hiring people to run this place, they over price the small trailers sell only to illegal immigrants so they can call immigration on them just to resell the Unit, it is a shame how the place has fallen apart.

Asthetically, it has improved but people still drive like crazies. My aunt has lost many an animal to drivers.

Its the perfect place to raise your children. Everyone here are like family towards one another ;)

Its great because if your ever feeling bored you can just go to the river and relax by looking at the river . the most fun place to be at is here
