Large store layout but did not find everything I was looking for. Great deals, but again, not much stock on shelves. There was a HUGE line that wrapped around the store but with every register open it went fast.

Home amd craft superstore. Anything related yo arts and crafts can be purchased here. Weekly online coupons make prices even more affordable and attractive.Love the jewelry sections, my kibd of fun store

Painting project I got the other day

This place does not currently enforce any kind of capacity restrictions which allow for social distancing. Pack line for the undermanned registers- going out of the line maze down the aisle.As far as selection, I go for acrylic paint and canvases. They have not replenished those items since before the quarantine. They keep running sales, but the products are not there. Acrylic paints are about 30% full.I suggest going to Blick on Rt 4, less than a mile away and actually have artists working there who are helpful and experienced with their products.

This place has a lot of stuff. Great for picture frames. I am grateful for 15% military discount. Check out are seems to be very cramped and shopping carts are too small. My only complaints.

This Michaels is consistent with the Michaels chain. It has a wonderful supply for paper crafts, yarn, florals, paints, and childrens crafts. The seasonal items are also quite nice and are always out very early for your crafting/decorating needs. Parking is easy and there is always a cart available for shopping. The checkout line tends to be quite long on Saturdays. This store is closed Sundays.

It was my first time there and the lady help me to the art section to purchase a sketch book for my nephew and the gentleman at the cashier towards the exiting Michaels was very polite. I will come back to this Michaels again.

Terrible in store pickup. They wait until a lot of cars show up and bring it all out at once. Takes forever. The staff has to search for everyone’s cars. Don’t expect to leave within half an hour.

I used to love JoAnns, but now days Ill take Michaels over them most days. Michaels staff for the most part have been nicer, quicker, and more efficient when I have to use tax exempt for work.There are some things which are harder to find, but for general crafting needs, they work.

Lines are to long and the store looks messy and if things are on sale, there needs to be a sign posted.

You can find a large variety of crafts here. The staff is helpful and very nice. They lost a star based upon my recent experience. I was contacted about a 40% discount to get me in store, but EVERY item that I wanted was excluded from the discount.I am not trying to be cheap but it was slightly false advertising. This place is great overall but you have to periodically pop in to catch a good deal.

Huge store and they have a lot. they are very on top of changing decor for the seasons, a little too quick! lol i went to the store to get some more Halloween decor and everything was gone and all i saw was Christmas. i was so sad especially since i kept getting emails from them telling me everything was on sale.

Love it here. Their Cricut supplies are high priced but thats not their fault. Recommended for any projects or crafts. Check the website for coupons before checking out.

Manager is just a rude child who will loudly exclaim I dont have time for this when shes in the middle of helping customers and will just walk away. RUDE. And their corporate doesnt care that the staff is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.

Clean and neat, okay yarn selection. Its quiet in the aisles usually but at the same time theres almost always a long line.

I love this place. Its perfect for all your crafting needs. The prices can be a bit steep but they offer coupons to reward card holders. Rather getting a 50% off coupon that applies to your cheapest item like at most stores. Michaels applies it to the highest priced item which I love. My only complaint is that the employees can be difficult to find when in need of assistance.

A great craft store where everything is on sale or theres a coupon for regularly priced items! The prices are gray either way.Get there around opening time and you hVe the store to yourself to get what you need, get through the line quickly and get out. If you go in the middle of the day (especially on a Saturday) be prepared to wait in line even if most of the registers are open.

Michaels sales are always truly great. The prices and discounts make going a bit overboard on your necessary (and maybe unnecessary, but fun) craft and decorating purchases manageable for your pocketbook. Lines can sometimes be long, especially on Saturdays, but the cashiers are always pleasant. This is a well - stocked store.

A very well organized store that has everything youre looking for. Some of the prices are very expensive but theres always sales and coupons to take advantage of. I come here to buy crafting supplies for my conure as it is cheaper to do it yourself rather than buy an already made toy. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will be going here again.

By far one of the best Michaels I have been to. Very well organized and the customer service is great. I had a young lady, Laura, assist me and she was so patient! She did not at all make me feel like I was a bother with my questions and was extremely helpful. I rather drive to this Michaels than any closer one to me.

I just left this Michaels location in Paramus NJ. I am a customer spends hundreds of dollars at Michaels. I called the store before coming in to find out availability of Happy Planners. I had come in a couple days ago, and at that time they had probably 2 to 3 planners available. When I called I asked if they had more planners available than the couple I had seen the last time I came to the store. The guy who picked up the phone spoke to the “manager” in charge who told him to tell me that they did receive a new shipment and that they had more planners in stock. When I arrived to the store they had the same ones I had seen the last time I came. When I asked the “manager” Melissa why she had mis informed me and made me come all the way here for nothing she was very condescending and proceeded the give a shake of the head and repeated that she understood me but still offered no apology for her mistake and continued to tell me That she did have planner when I had been so specific to my request. The word Manager is in “ “ because she is not management material, she has a-lot to learn, and should try to avoid additional bad reviews for her store. What a shame, As I said before I am always buying things at michaels, to the point that my husband saying I should hold stocks.

Well laid out store, courteous staff

Michaels used to be so wonderful but they are really going down hill! Mislabeled items to trick consumers and when I pointed it out they just shrugged their shoulders. And forget about using a coupon here anymore! They started with the everyday value bs and anything with a price that ends in 00 wont be eligible for a coupon. Oh and books arent eligible either. Save yourself the disgust! I should have gone to acmoore instead.

Not much help in the different departments. And when I did find someone, they sent me to Party City. Oh well!

Great place for all crafts, picture frames, decorative wall hangs. You cant get discounts unless you sign up with your email address. They are paperless. Wait for discounts as prices, ie on picture frames are $$. You can usually find a 25% or 40% disc so wait it out. My biggest disappointment is most items made in China! Dislike!!!

Their customer service and associates were AMAZING! The reason it got 3 stars was because the selection was limited and they were put of a lot of the seasonal stuff thats still about a month away.
