The personnel was so good and kind! They had the cheapest price I have ever seen and the goods werent the sleazy marks either. I prefer here than Michaels or Blicks!!

The lowest prices compared to Michaels or Joann’s craft store. The price point and item selections are great. However, the store is very disorganized and unkempt. Otherwise, it’s a great place to shop for all your crafting needs.

Great selection. Staff is extremely helpful. If you have no success finding what youre looking for ask several employees..some know what others dont!

Pricing is cheap, but discounts can get confusing based on whats on sale and what discounts can be used. Also, the layout is a bit haphazard, but staff is great about actually walking you over to whatever you want and answering questions about product. Overall good place

Great inventory for artists. Every kind of paper, brush, paint, etc. But the pricing is high and capricious. They have sales but much of what Ive come for is ineligible for the discount. You get a coupon when you check out to bring you back within a certain time period. Not very helpful.

Great place, staff wasnt as friendly/on talk as they could have been. It was night time though, so theres a good chance they were just done with the day and counting down until closing time.

Well stocked with everything you need even if you didnt know you needed it. Aisles are a little tight so the shopping experience is sub optimal and its not always easy to find help. Parking is a little wonky also. Not enough spots for volume of the shopping center

The staff in this AC Moore is very helpful, in particular one young guy who will always stop whatever he is doing to help a customer.

Nice and fully packed store. The associates were helpful and we ended up using two coupons for our purchase. Their prices were fair and had a bunch of additional stuff we didnt realize we would need. They signed us up for a discount card and got an additional 15% off our purchase. Overall a good spot. Better than the Michaels in paramus.

Terrible, terrible terrible customer service. The supervisor who has been there for many years has always been disgusting and rude. I guess it doesn’t matter now that they’re closing.

The young lady was polite, professional and knowledgeable. In fact, even though I have visited this store on.more than a few occasions, she was the only one who knew imnediately how to handle the tax exempt form. I was in and out within minutes when it usually takes at minimum 20 minutes to use the ST-5. Please thank her for me.

It is a crafters dream store!!! The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have just about everything you would need for a crarftng project, even for beginners. I could spend all day there.

Has just about everything you need for your arts and crafts, and for decorating your home. This is my first choice when I need supplies. They also give very good cupons for taking online surveys, that take 2 minutes!

This is a great location except for the fact that its on route 4. its such a hassle to get to the traffic is almost not worth it and most times i just opt for going to michaels which is so much easier to get to.

You can get whatever you need here. The staff is not the greatest and the lines take forever.

There is never anyone on the floor available to help. I have to look to find someone and spend so much time unable to locate ONE person on the floor

Everytime A.C. Moore has something on sale that I am looking for, they never have it at this store. Also, dont try online either, they took my order, charged my card; 16 days after I call and email asking Where is my order? I get an email back telling me Sorry, we didnt contact you but your order was canceled because we were out of stock. And your money wasnt refunded, it should be in your account in 5-10 business days. Horrible store. Horrible Customer Service. Will never shop there again, and I will tell anyone that will listen.

Found everything I was looking for at a good price!

Store is good, certain staff however need to find jobs that do not require them to deal with customers.

This location always seems to have long lines and unhappy employees. Rude customer service at the desk. No sense of urgency and the quality of service is absent. They pay more attention to in-store gossip than the customers in front of them while a line is forming.

Pretty much your standard craft store

This is a large A.C Moore location and has a lot of stuff. The store is well organized and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating.My reducing to 4 stars? Despite its large size, youd think they could dedicate more to the scrapbooking and papercrafting sections. The stamping section left a lot to be desired, with a pitiful selection of stamps. Most of the pads I wanted were sold out (slots were empty,) save one. Also, considering they sold the alcohol based markers (spectrum noir, though I dont prefer those), I was hoping to purchase the special stamping paper that is made to work with alcohol inks so they dont have an issue. Nothing there either! (Ive readily purchased this item before in other AC Moore locations.) Lastly, considering Christmas was coming, I could not even find sentiment stamps to go inside Christmas cards! While I was able to purchase some items there, the bulk of my purchase ended up having to be online, as a result. Sometimes its the little details...a lot of crafters are papercrafters.
