Really neat little place that does a great job of explaining the history of the area. The staff are very knowledgeable on the local history and are very friendly. Wish my pics hadnt been so awful.
Small little Depot stuffed with some really cool history of Paradise. Granted youll be in and out in a short time because there isnt a lot but if you want to know more about Paradise then you really should stop in and take a look around. Not being from here I found it made me feel even more like its my home giving me a small connection to its past.
It’s nice to be able to see and touch a real piece of Paradise history!
Great service water leak checked it out fixed it out of there 20 minutes great prices
Visit the Paradise Depot Museum! Also temporary home of the Gold Nugget Museum. Help support the recovery efforts so they can get funding to rebuild after the Camp Fire.
Considering the devastating losses at the Gold Nugget Museum due to the Camp Fire, this small, temporary space is wonderful. The location is basically untouched and is in the Paradise Community Park. Visit and Support. #ParadiseStrong .
A beautiful and well kept park. Now with music every Wednesday night through August 31, 2019
A little slice of Paradise history. The volunteers are nice.
Love the museum! Please support it if you can!
One of the only places that did not burn down
A great park to go to, but they were closed? The sign on the door is different than what we found online. The kids enjoyed the playground just up the walkway, it was a great day.
Neato beneato
Such a fun and nice place for the history in the area
Youre kind of a dick if you give a negative review for a free museum run by elder volunteers and donations because someone, most likely not a tech savvy volunteer, put in the wrong times. This place deserves 5 stars, it was incredibly informative, gave me a new experience for topics of conversation, and I enjoyed the park and walking the nearby trail and photo ops.
Days of living History was wonderful! The museum is full of local treasures and history!
The park is nice. The playground is great for smaller kids. For the 6th time, the museum was not open when it said it would be. Clean, accessible restrooms.
Not a bad little park. A little noisy from traffic. Well maintained, no homeless sleeping or drugging....
I enjoy museums and this one is free/accepts donations. The museum is small but informative about the importance of the railroad in this area.
Clean and safe public place really good to take your dog for a walk...biking or jogging.
Very nice place, even after Fire
Tried to visit the museum Depot today per website only to discover it wasnt open even though the overview page said it was open on Wednesdays. Sign on door said Saturday and Sunday noon to 4. We are from Colorado visiting our grandson and are extremely disappointed that the website is inaccurate.
In the summer great concerts and open market wine and beer sold too
Theyre currently closed due to a fire, but their food is amazing.
It was one of the few things that made it in the camp fire.
A nice stroll threw the park
Great historical information about Paradise
Filled with interesting historical railroad artifacts, not always open due to the lack of volunteers
RIP. I hope you will be back!
Great place
Awesome
Really nice to visit
Coming back!!!!!!
Beautiful building!
