Wonderful Auditorium. No bad seats, very comfy, great sight lines. And very good sound system. Have only attended film, not performing arts.

I didnt know about this place, attended a Soroptomist Palm Springs Luna Fest event. What a wonderful place!

Palm Springs High School has the most impressive auditorium/performing arts centers Ive ever seen. Its spacious with good sight lines from any seat and has great acoustics.

Not like the auditorium at any of the schools I ever attended. Very nice seats, a small, but pretty lobby, and an enormous stage. Very clean and plush in general. Small parking lot in front off Ramon, with a vast parking area behind the school off Baristo. Im used to dual-purpose facilities, like a, cafe-torium, or a gymnasium with bleachers and folding chairs. This place is like a real big-city theater or something at a (nice) university.

Best place to watch a performance. Clean friendly and great staple here in Palm Springs.

It is a nice theater. It is exactly what one would expect it to be. The inside is beautiful, and I especially like the design of the ceiling. It only loses as star for having too little restroom capacity for a full crowd.

This place its beautiful, but i do not understand the design. the seats are quite uncomfortable for anything longer than 1 hour. also the seating isnt a stadium design so, if you have someone taller than you seating in front of you, its going to be painful to watch the show.

Very fine venue for a movie premier. Not too posh, not too faceless

This auditorium was formerly callled the Palm Springs High School Auditorium. It recently underwent significant earthquake retrofitting and renovations. It seats 873 in a modified stadium seating style. Its acoustics are outstanding having been designed by Disney sound engineers. It has state-of-the-art audio, video and lighting controlled by technicians located in two sound-proof booths at the rear of the auditorium. It is fully ADA compliant, wheelchair accessible and its restrooms are also ADA compliant. For performers it has excellent backstage facilities with several television monitors located in strategic places including the main lobby. All performances are broadcast live to these monitors so performers, stage-hands and guests in the lobby can see what is happening on stage. It is a First-Class facility head-and-shoulders above anything you imagine for a high school auditorium.

The Dance Program in Cathedral City performs their Big Show in June at the Richards Center. The place is always clean, the seats are comfortable. There is easy access to the parking lots and they are well lit at night. Also they have handicap parking.The stage is well taken care of. A nice place to watch a performance.

It is a very nice and big area, good lighting and comfortable seats. Also, nice to have screens outside the theater area, for whatever reason you cannot make it inside or you want to stay back and watch from the TV screen outside.

Love this place. Brings back memories from back in HS days.

As part of the Palm Springs Film Festival, saw Amazing Grace movie about Aretha Franklin in the 70s. Venue is reasonably comfortable, sound was fine.

Awesome Theater and recently remodeled. Everything is new inside, very well maintained.

For a high school venue showing films at the Palm Springs Film Festival it was better than to be expected.

Pretty much a basic auditorium, but very accessible from multiple directions & plenty of parking.

A wonderful venue with up close views of stage and screen.

It is an awesome stage with very comfortable seats.

Lovely dancing show. From little children to older . background was frantic, costumes unbelable. The children were unblevable. My grand daughter danced, also teaches the 4 to 12 year olds.
