My first time ever there & the a/c wasn’t running, we were literally sweating while watching our movie! Also smelled very stale in the theater!

Had a great date night with my honey. Staff was very helpful with carrying our popcorn and drinks to the theater while I pushed my honeys wheelchair. Saw the Photograph, poignant story that had a lesson for mothers and daughters.

Only lobby is beautiful, everything else is like everywhere: stinky rooms, broken lamps, wet carpet, hairs in shower. Stuff are friendly but don’t clean swimming pool area. And you can see plastic cups with cigarettes in it. Romantic

Should still have the ticket window open and not have to wait in the popcorn line to buy tickets. Otherwise a fine be ie with a solid selection of current films. It is our preferred venue in Palm Springs for movies.

Staff was friendly, service was great! I enjoyed the movie! Movie theater was clean! Seats are comfortable and I like that they recline!

Very pleasant cinema located across the street from Renaissance Hotel. Comfortable seating and pretty quiet when I went. Pretty good screen.

Love this theater, my husband and I come here all the time. Great location, yummy snacks they even have alchohol beverages and of course we are regal theater members. By using our card everytime we see a movie we build points that lead to free movies or snacks. Check it out.

Nice, clean, and well placed theater in Palm Springs. This Regal offers all nationally released movies and sometimes carries re releases of classic films. The theater does not have a dedicated parking lot but does share a multi level parking structure that is free of charge. The Regal chain of theatres now offer unlimited passes for 21 dollars a month and this is a participating location. Unlimited here does not include discounts for the concession stand, but that could change.

Comfortable seating, good movie selection, way over priced snack bar. Bathroom stalls are way to small...Im a trim person & its difficult getting in & out of them. How does most of America do it??

Great place to watch a movie. Very comfortable seats. Also, had beer you could purchase as well. Nice and clean theater.

I really like this theater. Great Customer service. Friendly AND helpful AND almost always fully staffed. Theaters always seem clean. Bathroom always seems clean. Big open space for all those pics you want to take of up and coming movies or whats playing. Food service fast AND on point.

I enjoy going to a movie near home. I can walk to it easily and feel confident There will be seating. Staff is helpful and the movie are great.

Excellent sound systems with huge screens and comfortable, nearly new seats. Go on Tuesdays for less expensive movie tickets.

Clean, comfortable, and they have booze?! Its a small theater but as playing all the major movies. The staff is very friendly and on top of the normal selection of foods, popcorn candy, they also have wine and beer. I went there twice in the weekend I stayed in Palm Springs and my wife and I loved it, it left us wishing there was a small movie theater like this around our home.

I work at Pacifica Senior Living and we bring our residents here a few times a month. This place always goes WAY above and beyond for our residents. From holding the door for each one of us, to turning on the lights so we can safely find our seats. The staff here are always so polite, respectful and informative. Food was priced high, but what can ya do? Its a theatre, Ive worked in one before. Staff was friendly and extremely well-mannered. I think I talked the poor boys ear off at the podium, and he sat there with a smile and answered all my questions. I think his name was Caleb, hes a good kid, really tall. Will definitely come again soon.

Decent size theater rooms. At the time that I attended, the back restrooms were out of order and I do hope it was been fixed. Unfortunately, there was also a terrible smell in the restroom along with being dirty.*Disclaimer: I havent visited this location in over 2 years, so if any updates please comment about it, thank you.

Saw a Rocket Man and it was an excellent movie! I highly recommend it and Regal Cinema. They were very friendly to me and this was my first time here. I appreciate having a movie theater like that in such a fine city is Palm Springs!

I just like it because its close and you dont have to worry about having to pick out where to sit. Its on a first come basis.

Even though with the no free refill on large popcorns, the worker still gave a box for arlyne and then a full large for me

Good seats, though unassigned, and solid acoustics made this good place to catch a show, just come early to get a good seat, which worked to our advantage with a party of ten.

Good theater, clean and well kept. The usual overpriced movie food. They do have beer and wine which is cool. Other than that pretty typical theater. One downside, the ticket counter is consistently understaffed. It will be super busy and there is one person in the ticket booth who is super slow. So get there early.

I really like Regal Cinemas, located in Palm Springs, in an attractive, classic, 1970s business/retail center. I prefer smaller theaters and this one is just right. Plenty of screens which are all easy to find. No maze of corridors.Each cinema has the larger seats, which are comfortable and roomy. The place is clean and people are nice. The confectionery counter offers traditional snacks including ice cream and beer and wine.Ive been there many times and it rarely seems busy, so you can get s good seat without worry.What I also like is the covered parking. This is a must for the desert and insures your car will remain somewhat cooler.

One of my favorite cinema in the desert. Super cool, comfortable and great friendly staff. Join the regal club and a whole lot of perks which is excellent as movies are not cheap. They have great programming of films that change quickly and totally target the Palm Springs market. Park in the back and walk through some super cool Palm Springs post modern architecture.

Been coming here for over 20 years. I think ever since they opened. Theres no crowds. Always get good seats. Food is high priced. But its worth it when i made my son in to a big star wars fan like me. Lol. The sound is loud n prefect n seats are awesome.

Nice theater and nicely managed BUT the ticket prices have now become the highest in the valley. You can go 5 miles to the Mary Pickford theater and you pay $2-$4 less for a ticket AND you get a very comfortable recliner seat. At the Pickford the popcorn is fresh and the theater is very clean. Regal needs to be more competitive.

Great theatre! Great comfortable lay back cushioned seats. Clean, friendly staff. Fresh hot dogs and popcorn. Feels sometimes like your own private theatre. Especially if you go late at night. Easy parking as well.

Discount Tuesday a real deal. Theatres are clean and seats comfortable. Sound is great and that is important to me. Concessions has nice variety and it is neat and clean.

Large multi screen theater right near downtown Palm Springs. if youre looking to see a movie on a hot day Id recommend the Regal Cinema. its an easy walk from downtown Palm Springs.

Great location, lots of parking, friendly employees. I did notice when I was getting the straw for my drink. There was a big trash can next to the condiment station, someone had thrown away lots of unused straws and made me pretty upset to see all that waste. I think the employees should give the straw with every cup, especially when you see other businesses trying to avoid that unnecessary waste.

What a great relaxing experience. Parking it convenient, ticket purchase is not complex, and concessions is right to the point. Theater is a good size and seats recline. 5stars all the way!!

My kids and I watched Captain Marvel here. Theater 9 was cozy. The seats are extra large and comfy. Clean and tidy.

I went here to see a film just about a week ago. The theater was clean, the staff was nice and overall it was a very good time. I recommend you use this Regal if you are in palm springs and wanna see a movie.

Efficient staff, good variety of movies. Love the oversized chairs, some of which recline. Beer and wine is served. Overpriced for serving size and quality. Even for a movie theater. Food dismal.

Good place

Clean place, old school theaters, but beautiful and very comfortable. This is another place where customer service is non existence. Concession s prices are quite high and the attitude of the employees (including some of the managers) its just unacceptable. Sometimes depending on the film the crowd could be a bit rough. This place its home of the Palm Springs International Film Festival. I have to admit during the two weeks of the festival the place its turned to 180 degrees switch. It almost look like if you were in a different place.

Fantastic theater. Very clean, comfortable seats, friendly and efficient staff. Concession area is clean and inviting. All facilities are well equipped and again- very clean! Sound quality is outstanding. Overall a great place to view films.

Ford vs Ferrari Excellent matinee!

This theatre needs some updates. Great location, parking is easy. There are 6 large screens and three smaller screens here. Stadium seating in the larger screens. The general look is dated but I will say the seats are comfy and in good repair. My main complaint is the screens seem dark. When I visit other cinemas the screens just seem brighter and crisper. I think more than anything they need a tech upgrade.

Love the chairs here. Staff are good sports about my quirky personality.

Watched Endgame last night in screening room 5. There was a grayish spot on the screen to the right and the movie was in 3D so it was a little annoying to have that spot in the movie the whole time. Other than that the theater is always clean and not over crowded

The parking structure here is a bit of a pain here. Street parking is almost nonexistent. The parking structure in the back is small and cramped and looks likely to be the first thing to collapse in an earthquake. The theater itself is pretty good. The concession area has a good variety food and beverage options (for a movie theater). The theaters themselves are nice. The stadium seating makes it easy to see over the row in front no matter their size. The seats dont fully recline like some of the newer theaters, but they are comfortable.

Compared to the theaters I frequent, this was not as good. Taking into consideration that this is a smaller franchise in a smaller town, it was a good experience. The service was good although they only had 2 ticket booths open so dont come last minute to buy your tickets. The theater was clean and the popcorn was good.

While the movie was great in theater 1. The hole in the screen on the right side was a huge distraction. Also no AC made for very uncomfortable sweaty movie. Time to find a theater with AC.

I have been here a few times since moving to the area 6 months ago. The first few visits were pleasant. Nothing special. Conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs. Quiet theater on the smaller side. Seems to cater to an older crowd. Street side parking is generally available to the east of the theater. But last visit I end up in one of the last screens toward the back of the theater. The screen wasnt much bigger than the largest big screen TV. And the image was pixelated. Disappointing.

Not very crowded. Was able to purchase tickets online! Used my phone to swipe our tickets! I love technology and cell phones!

Me and my family love this place. The seats are comfortable and its a semi nice place to go. The employees are as nice as they get in California. Even tho most of the time your in a theatre is watching a show the other parts matter too. Oh and a clean restroom.

Receptionist was basically rude. I handed her my phone to record points. Because it was not just on the right page & she had to press another button she told.me next,, time it has to be here. Her attitude was evident in the sound of her voice.Their so called trays for carrying something is a total complete insult to humanity. Wont hold a fly they are so thin. When I put the drink in it it broke through in front of them.

GOOD SMALL THEATER with all you need to enjoy a great movie. The entrance is a bit odd for first-timers (you have to walk around the many exit doors to get to the ticket booth and entrance on the far right), but it works just fine. Plenty of movie food and clean, big screens tucked away from the hot desert sun.

Nice little movie theater. Wasnt crowded at all maybe because it was during the week and early but thats how I like it! Being my first time there, I gave it a five die to the parking issue I had, not sure of where to park and how to get to the front of location.

I love this theater because its super close to my house. Every time we go here we always receive great customer service, the theater is always very clean and nice. The staff is very welcoming and courteous as well. And Im glad they sell wine and beer its awesome.

Good theater to watch a movie. Reasonable ticket prices to what I am used to paying in my hometown of Los Angeles. Parking was a little tricky since the parking lot that is not adjacent to the theater. It would help to have a sign that says parking in back on the theater building.
