Toll built our Escena home for us 18 months ago. We are thrilled with our home and the entire construction process went flawlessly. Honestly, we have had no issues (and any minor, few ones, Toll rectified immediately). We loved every minute of the sales process including working with the delightful Michele. Eric and Mauro are also incredible and we are grateful to each of them. What a team! They built a house for us that exceeds every want and desire we could have hoped for. The sales manager Eric was very helpful and explained many details about the home buying process. He took the extra time to check out the models, walk the lots, and make recommendations. We especially like the Mid Century Brizo model. It is a fantastic floor plan from a very high quality builder-Toll Brothers.
