What a magical store! I hidden Crystal Fantasy!!!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the energy is wonderful, and I really couldnt help but buy stuff because they have beautiful crystals, jewelry, candles, and more. Really special place. Once youre inside, you forget that youre in North Hollywood.

Shop local if you’re in the Palm Springs area! I ordered online to prevent going out because of covid and something went wrong with shipping. I reached out & they replied very fast and my order came in no time. They also gave me a amethyst root for no charge because of the mix up! I love my crystals they are so beautiful

This is a lovely store. I go there when I want to buy a really special gift for someone. A friend and I, who have birthdays 1 day apart, went there one time to buy gifts for each other. This is one of my favorite places to go in the Coachella Valley! They have a lot of great items like tarot and oracle cards, crystals, incense, candles, books, jewelry, and decorative items. Their readers are incredible, and I highly recommend Ronda. I’ve taken my family and friends to get her numerology readings because they are that good. I appreciate having a place like this in the desert that offers classes and support in all types of the healing and spiritual arts. Whenever I visit Palm Springs, I make sure to drop by this store.

This is a wonderful place to spend some time in when visiting downtown Palm Springs. (I love walking in to the smell of incense and candles and friendly greetings) Employees are kind and helpful and this business supports the community. I appreciate their willingness to follow CDC guidelines and require something as simple as a mask in an effort to provide safety for their customers and staff.

One of our favorite shops in Palm Springs! You start healing when you walk in the door. A must visit when in the Coachella Valley. A great place to shop!!! I’ve been shopping off and on with this store since High School in the late 80’s...the store has always been a welcoming place to goto and now a days the staff go out of their way to make sure all of us are safe in the store by following the state mandated mask wearing requirements for not only customers but, staff as well...I always look forward to finding stuff to buy there and never leave empty handed...5-stars to not only the selection BUT 5-stars to the friendly helpful staff!!!

I have always enjoyed the Crystal Fantasy, it can be enchanting & the incense always draws me in.I would love to see an update to this mystic place however.Unfortunately everything remains the same . . . I would love to see some of the items replenished more often and more thought to what they are putting on display for sale: crystals, polished rocks, etc.

Love this place there essential oils are handmade and their 100% theyre not diluted with water.

As for a spiritual store, the energy was definitely off. Staff was not friendly, limited knowledge, and items were very expensive. Was going to buy a few things but, decided to spend it else where.

I stopped in for some Palo Santo. They had a great choices- oils, incense and the wood sticks!. The staff was friendly and helpful, pointing out my options. The store is large and well stocked.

Walked in to browse and most likely make a purchase. The door was open lights on and workers up front. When I walked in I was immediately told they were closed unless had something specific and quick. Ill never go back.

Owner opened another store in Hermosa Beach in 2018 where only 1 employee who was in a rush when I was browsing small store. I bought some incense and candles, but online everything the same was 30-40% chipper with free shipping.

I absolutely love this store. Today I had my tarot cards read by Lady Divine, with a totally different outcome from what I expected. But it did help put whats important in my life into perspective. I also asked her opinion on a crystal that would benefit me, I purchased the polished form in a pendant and the raw crystalized form. Everyone was very helpful and I nice.

A must stop, every time Im in town. Such nice and original jewelry and art. It has a New Age type slant, with stones, crystals and oils. But also books, posters, incense and much more....a nice friendly place to shop.

Employees are ignorant at best and dismissive and rude at worst. Theres several other shops along the same road that are better experiences
