Loved everything about this store except they werent always open during the hours posted. Second chances are always encouraged as you never know what might have happened to the owner or employee however a back up plan or employee and explanation on the door could help. I bought my girl friend a pair of shoes from Love Stuff for Christmas along with a few other items. I bought the wrong size. I didnt think exchanging them for the correct size would be a problem because I had the original receipt and they had not been worn. I was shocked when I took them back for an exchange. The clerk said, no refunds no exchanges, sorry I cant help you. She then said we dont even have those in stock, they are on back order. By the time the shipment comes in it will be over a month from my purchase date, so again your out of luck. She said she could call the manager but they wouldnt do it either. I understand if a company doesnt want to do refunds, but come on I just wanted an even exchange. It is the Christmas season and a mistake in size should be able to be exchanged. The clerk told me It wasnt her faultthat I bought the wrong size. How rude!. Anyway make sure you have the correct items here because there is no sympathy is you make a mistake.Dont expect to get any kind of customer service here.

Brittney was super awesome and every other worker I have met in this is shop have been friendly as well. Brittney was so helpful!

My wife and I stopped in and bought some fun things. When we walked in the casier Brittany had her head in her cell phone. When we were checking out Brittany seemed annoyed and bothered maybe her phone was more pressing. She then told my wife, and I quote. If you would just be patient . We were the only patrons in the store. Needless to say we will never be back. My wife is not one to frequently enjoy a store such as this. Now this experience has made her even more shy. Thanks
