I love the Michael Roberts review...’I shop in this store every time I’m in Palm Springs.’ Then he goes on to bash the store, the quality of products, price and the customer service. Is it me or does anyone else see a huge problem with his review? LOL

The owners are local, friendly and know their stuff. Ive shopped their store since its opening and would recommend them highly.

My boyfriend were in town visiting for New Years and stoppped In. Great variety, amazing customer service!! Plus sexy guy that helped us out! Grr! Definitely recommend stopping in! Great selection!

Great selection and extremely helpful and friendly staff! My boyfriend and I had no idea what we were doing, but the guys immediately helped us out and made us feel comfortable.

O.k. store but Rough Trade on Arenas has much better selections, prices and staff.

I shop in this store everytime Im in Palm Springs... its owned by Mr S. Leather so just like Mr S, most of there products are ridiculously expensive ... they use very average at best leather hides from Pakistan and take advantage of an import loophole that allows them to import the average garment not completely finished.... example: they buy a leather shirt from Pakistan for approx. $45-$65, import it and sew the label in it here, claiming it is MADE IN THE UNTED STATES, and sell it for $450... they do have some items that are priced fairly and hope you dont require knowledgeable assistance because you will not get it in this shop... the staff is absolutely useless .

Great variety of everything from lube to toys, leather and gear, underwear and jocks in cotton neoprene and leather. Equipment for bondage and electro play. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

It has the best selection and customer service in town.
