Cleanliness of the park very excellent. As far as nosy neighbors like any place you have a few.

Great place to retire. My parents have a place here and 2 Aunts and Uncles have places as well. We love to come visit. Lots of great people here from all over.

Nice place to live! Three of my family live there. Own your lot not paying lot rent. Lots of activities the pools are heated and great.

This is a very active 55+ community. WW1 WW2 each have their own clubhouse, with different activities offered. I actually LOVE that my parents live there!There is a rental office. Dan, the property manager, is also a Realtor. He can show you the units that are up for rent as well as the ones that are for sale.

What a lovely place to live! A real sense of community with plenty to do.

Very beautiful I hate the word Mobile Home Park. They are Coaches. Ground kept neat 2 club house pools a lot of seasonalpeople live here. Waiting list

Id give it a -5 if possible. What kind of park/people could this be by not allowing pets of any size or kind.Not my kind of people.
