Trailer park kind of quite safe feeling park has gone under major constructions over the years. Looking good

Love this place, the manager and maintenance people couldnt be nicer. They are informative and helpful. During the recent hurricane scare they were supportive and helpful. Lawns are maintained better than some pricey developments. I see a lot of people fixing up their homes, and taking pride in ownership recently. Love the nighttime security also. Glad I moved here.

The inside of my friends trailer is well kept. But i think this place is truly watchu make of it. Its kinda hard to find, which may be a plus to some. The back gate is the best entrance. As long as you keep to yourself, you wont have any issues. Its only when you become aware of your neighbors debilitating crack addiction, and become worried about their business, that it affects you

I have a couple of friends that are residents. The park has been improving over the last year.

Was in the process of selling my home and we had a cash buyer, the management then proceeded to chime in and tell the buyers that she has a home for sale at 8,000 and more or less stole our buyers.Also issues with the park itself, massive pothole on Apache trail that they never fix, careful running your washer and dryers since they almost broke mine completely due to a emergency water break called to figure out why my washer sounded like it was breaking and find out management cant email, call or go to the houses to inform everyone.Also their rules dont apply to everyone, the pet weight limit there is a dog there that is a pit mastiff mic and is well over the weight but managemnent said since he was there for so long rules basically dont apply to him.Find a different park!!!This one is literally one of the worst!!!!

Since new management came in this place is nice and clean. They are very nice people we have been here 2 years and its turning into a nice park thank to them

I dont who the guy is that said management is awful....BUT I know he has never lived here or been in this park. The management works with all residents and is working all the time to make the park a better place to live. I have been through a lot of different managers and these b far are the best. They care about the park and all the residents. Most of my neighbors are upgrading and remodeling their homes and the management company is putting out plant at the entrances and it is looking good. We have issues like any place but it is a great place to live. Wouldnt live any place else unless it is on the beach. Honeymoon Island is just 5 minutes away. WOW so close. Kids lot of kids in the park I would guess about 60 kids, not a 55+ park. Older small park with lots of great neighbors.

New management is awesome. They are cleaning up the messes around here and making other abide by the rules not just certain people but ALL.

This park gets nicer with everyday. It took new management to make it a better living environment. Mobilehomes being complety renovated making the park beautiful in appearance. A much safer quite as well.

What a great community to live in!

They cleaned it up allot and got all the druggies and bad people out of there its so niceto see kids playing and not having to worry as much that someone will run a child over cause they are driving 30mph with no cares about anyone around them!! So yeah...doing a great job

If i can give NO stars, I would! The staff is very rude. Park property supervisor targets literally looks to antagonize and harass young couples. They target people of a young age and threaten to make this a 55+ community. When we were looking to move in, I am 25 years of age, the maintenence man in front of the office had a strong scent of Marijuana coming from his tobacco pipe. We are concerned this, family friendly mobile home Park isnt so family like, and I certainly wouldnt want my children around a maintenance man that is fixing things while high off Marijuana. It is disgusting to see people act the way they do.

Ive been here for eight years this place has never been so enjoyable to live.the present managers have been doing there job to the best of there abilitys. If you dont have anything nice to say dont write a review just move.

Manager is crazy and peeps in windows. She is a stalker and approaches you daily during her walk throughs. She keeps keys of all the homes and enters them in your absence. Calls you constantly, blows up your phone, treats all the tenants as if they are criminals. Shes a complete whack job!

Lived in the park with my dad about 12yrs. ago. The moble home was liveable. But the park flooded really bad in a real nasty thunder storm. They tried to fix the sewer system, but it didnt help much. Plus there were a lot cats running around the park after midnight, some making a lot of noise waking me up late at night. Complained to the park managers and the owner, but they didnt seem to care much.
