A friend visited their framing shop last weekend & Alex did a great job framing 2 18x24s. I stopped by this week & Tracy helped me choose a frame & mat for a personal photo & did a truly SPECTACULAR job w the framing into an 18x24! Was extra thrilled w the wrap & wiring, too. Thanks, Tracy, for the extra efforts making my photo look especially great! I couldnt be happier!

Prices are decent, especially if you get all their coupons. I live Michaels because I always find something I didnt know I needed. Crafts galore with a friendly staff to help you find the supplies you need to make memories!

Yesterday I had a good experience checking out, but fair experience finding what I wanted in the store. I needed patches for shirts that had holes, and I wanted to cover them decoratively. The woman in the aisles told me they had none in the store. When I told her that I found them on line, she said, “You should have called.” Direct and to the point. She kept working.I browsed the aisles, and found some items I needed, and got in line to pay. While waiting, I decided to buy face covers with my 50% off coupon - $9.99 instead of $19.99. Cashier was friendly and efficient.Today, Raven helped me get a refund for the face covers. The material was too thin and too small for Husband. Raven was polite, efficient, and I knew she was smiling behind her face mask. I was in and out in record time.The store is clean, well laid out, has great inventory, and most of the staff are a joy. All wore masks, and stickers on the floor helped check ours maintain social distancing. I will continue to patronize this location - especially for Raven!

Great sale going on for back to school. Im not sending my son this year because of Covid so I needed some supplies. It was well stocked with everything I needed to make for a nice school year.

It isnt stocked as well as I usually find this store. I love arts and crafts for adults. Didnt have the selection I have seen before this pandemic. Surprised because I thought with adults being stuck at home they would have many items. Prices are higher just like everywhere else! But u can get your normal stuff for crafting just not many puzzles or painting sets scratch pictures etc

Terrible experience. I walked in after placing my order online and asked where do I pick up. That must have set her off because she was extremely rude from that point. She then said she didnt have my order and she didnt know what to tell me. After showing her the confirmation email with my order number, and my PayPal with the order confirmation and transaction Id she continued to say theres nothing she can do and I was wrong. I then asked where the item was so I could just purchase and get out of there, she then became very sarcastic and condescending with me. Will never go back - update, my account was charged twice, despite the employee being very rude and demanding I would not be because its wasnt in her system and as she said I dont know what to tell you

True art supply stores are going out of business, leaving us with stores like Michaels. Michaels tends to be pretty overwhelming, catering to many, many interests, and then for some reason checkout almost always takes a super long time, waiting in line. The supplies for drawing and painting are not as varied as a dedicated art store could offer, but if you want aisle after aisle of packaged scrapbooking supplies, yep, you are in luck! Not my thing, but oh well. This location in Palm Harbor is by far preferable to the one at the mess that is Gulf-to-Bay in Clearwater. Better for traffic, and a roomier store.

Typical Michaels craft store - but the employees were ready for the Holiday Rush and, while I did have to wait in line, it moved quickly and employees were knowledgeable about proceedures. I also like that they moved the online order pick up area to the front of the store.

It seems like every time I go in, the bead section gets smaller. Im disappointed. I usually go to Lauras Beads in Trinity, but for quick trips this Michaels wasnt too bad. Maybe other crafts are selling better.

The store has so much that youre bound to find what your looking for or close to it. Also, they had Hanukkah items that are usually hard to find. Their coupons always help to lower your price.

Its summertime and I regularly buy size one Aunt Lydias crochet cotton size fashion 3 size one. The colors are so limited and they never carry more than 3 in quantity in these very basic colors. I crochet bathing suits and such so this is something I need in larger quantities and colors. I wish they would branch out and get more variety of finger weight yarns and threads to match the season we are in! No one is really going to be crocheting with worsted weight or bulky yarn unless youre making stuff for winter now to send to customers up north or Christmas presents.

So much stuff and no means of easily locating it. It is a craters paradise, otherwise.

I was purchasing items for an art class. I had my materials list. I was having a bit of difficulty finding some of the items, but was quickly assisted by a staff member (sorry I failed to get your name) who made the entire process painless. Further she was able to explain to me the function of some of the items I needed.

Took advantage of a good custom framing sale. The framing staff member was on point with suggestions and information. Also very friendly. Great to work with.

I have been to many Michaels but I have to say that this was the worst. and I really hate to say that because I am a frequent buyer at Michaels. Rude staff. Ill give it one star only because it was one girl in there that was pleasant, otherwise not a good experience.
