I have recently been to the key west executive center to advantage of the executive membership. They have really turned thi gas around. They are improving everything big and small. Their prices are great for the area and the staff is just amazing. So friendly and helpful...it was a very pleasant experience.

I have been in the Key West Center for six months and I absolutely love it. I looked at A LOT of locations for my firm, but I definitely made the right choice. The physical upgrades to the interior are top-of-the-line, there is a great rapport amongst all the tenants, and Niki and Jill go above and beyond to help with anything and everything. I highly recommend it to all.

My dentist, Dr Kristen Healey has an office here. Great staff and very pleasant decor. Hard to enjoy the dentist but they make my appointments less stressed.

Our company has been a long time tenant of Key West Executive Center and have experienced many changes. Most recently a change in ownership. The building is actively managed. There have been recent building improvement projects with minor inconveniences but overall there have been positive improvements. Pricing for lease space is competitive for the area. There are additional services including conference rooms, bundled phone services, and furniture rentals. The facilities are quiet and accessible 24 hours for tenants and is suitable for visiting customers and clients Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

The Key West Center is a wonderful place to have an office. We chose The Key West Center for our new Florida division location because of its great location, wonderful staff and unique style. Nikki does a wonderful job managing the space and is always eager for continued improvement. As a bonus the friendly environment helps create opportunities to interact and network with other tenants.

Confusing suite numbers, its like a bee hive. Hard to find an office for the first time located in there. Convenient though, and if you need office space that doesnt get a lot of food traffic its nice.

If you are looking to rent space for a start up, I highly recommend. Good ownership, responsive management and reasonable rents.

Shady management, illegal non permitted upgrades. If you want your office to fall apart and burn down take your chances.

I went to a bar are there called Rum Runners. It was nothing special. I thought the beers were kind of expensive although very cold. And it was a much older drinking crowd when I was there.
