So happy about the addition of the poolside bar. Ronnie and Javier are the sweetest bartenders Ive ever met. This experience has been such a lifesaver, especially during this time of covid19. Being able to get drinks and pizza by the pool allowed us to stay from sun up to sun down! Thank you!

Excellent!!! Nice spacious rooms Pool, spa and tennis courts well maintained. Clay and hard tennis courts. I think i counted 15 total courts, 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis. Very nice facilities.

Our family was very impressed with shadow mountain. Its quiet, well kept and private. We love it here, we even stayed an extra day.. we will be back.

Seems nice, staff was on the ball. However the property was a challenge to find a way in to, and once inside the place is a rat maze of randomly numbered buildings. The signage is harder to find than the room numbers. its nice considering its age.

Our stay was great! The only reason Im not giving it an excellent across the board is because the pool had a lot of bugs in it, our children got stung by bees that were floating in the pool. And the landscapers came right up to our door with a leaf Blower at 6am

Beautiful setting. Very relaxing. Things didnt go perfect. Things happen. Its how issues/problems are handled is what matters most to me. They did a great job. It made the overall stay terrific.

When I looked at the photos during my booking online it looked like a beautiful piece of property. In reality it is old, dated, & just ok.

This is a very nice resort with very caring people running it.Our room was a very spacious three-bedroom well-decorated . The air conditioner worked great, big showers, and adult pool closed by. Everything was nice and the people working there are considerate and on call if you need them. This place does need food a restaurant some place to grab a quick snack. The bar only has very small drinks. The pool is probably the biggest pool in Palm Springs. Bring something to float on cuz you cannot touch the bottom.... and bring food or sandwiches because theres nothing available. Definitely a good time.

The property, location, room, and amenities were everything we expected and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff was helpful and professional. Our room had an amazing view. Plus, we played golf several days in a row and there were many excellent courses to choose from. Plus, the location of this resort is within blocks of the trendy, upbeat downtown area. Two nights we decided to eat in; the grill at the property was clean and afforded us a chance to enjoy dinner without the hassle of going out. We definitely plan to return to this resort in the future. Great experience. Wonderful relaxation. Perfect decision to stay at Shadow Mountain Resort.

Room was wonderful. We had a nice figure 8 pool view. Lots of Lounges and chairs at the pool. We had a wonderful lunch at the restaurant. Just an all and all great place to stay.

This resort was everything and more! We felt taken care of as they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. My only regret is that we didnt stay longer! My husband and my in-laws booked two rooms last minute, so we were unsure what to expect. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a jolly and genuine staff member in a MCM lobby. The black and white photos from years past at the property paired with the MCM fireplace was not only welcoming but a home away from home. Do yourself a favor and book a stay here!

Gated condo community, with well manicured grounds. Rooms with kitchenette were nice but dated. We had a ground floor room with a nice patio area with a creek running by. Housekeeping services are an extra cost, fresh towels can be received at the front desk in exchange for used ones. The resort is close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping on El Paseo Dr.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms we have stayed in varied from a studio to a 1 bedroom, both with kitchens. Played tennis and enjoyed the pool. The breakfast they serve at the little restaurant that over looks the pool is very good. Every time we go, staff is always helpful and friendly. I know they are updating and improving the facility.

I loved how quiet it was and how responsive the staff was but the room had some minor, cosmetic damage that could be easily fixed. There was a few vertical blinds that were missing and the shower was very difficult to turn on. These will not keep me from returning, but I wanted to share.

1. Shower door handle was ready to fall off and the shower nozzle was loose from the wall. Doorjam to the bathroom was torn up and painted over. If you sat at the end of the bed the entire mattress went up.

My vacation at this resort was outstanding. Property was well manicured and the amenities where Superior. Our unit was gorgeous ️ and fully stocked with all the necessities for a care free Vacation.

Great location close to shopping and dining area. The hotel it self was nice. Few issues we had, they use a double single bed and try to make a king/queen not a great idea! Hurts your back in the mornings. 2nd issue if you are staying on the lower/first floor you really dont have privacy. The type of shades they use people can easily see inside your room. Now the room it self are really nice. I like to have privacy and sleep good so I cant recommend this place. Try it for yourself and see what you think.

Very conveniently located in town. It is so close to all of the shops and amenities, but it is also very quiet. A perfect retreat away from the rat race of everyday life.The Figure 8 pool is gorgeous at the center of the complex. You never have to worry about that pool getting too busy because there are two other pools with spas around the complex too.The grounds are well manicured and the people are friendly.

Lovely setting with an enormous pool. The condos are spacious and well decorated and appointed. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Nice place pool its big has a little restaurant for breakfast and lunch closes at 230 daily, the room we stayed at needs some upgrading. A good little get a way. keep in mind all big attractions are two hours away from this place.

We booked this place for $281 for two nights in a studio and had construction going on next door with people replacing the floor 730 am banging on floors! we had ants in the sink also no one ever offered to change our room they came and they sprayed inside the sink and aunts were still back so they came and they sprayed again I also have A5 year old with me and we were here just to relax and it ruined our whole vacation. I book this place because of all the good reviews that I read and boy was it a mistake. I do not recommend this place even though staff tries to make it seem like they are nice if they were really nice and they would have at least refunded half of my money gotten me another room that I can stay so I can sleep since Im here on vacation but nothing was done no one has contacted me. our vacation was ruined.

Just went on a nice little getaway with my mom for the weekend and we stayed here in a studio room. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean! They have a cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. It is very reasonably priced. It was extremely quiet and we were able to sleep with our balcony door open without any noise disruptions!

This is a very unique stay in the desert. Its extremely relaxed and has all the amenities needed for a few days out here. Huge clean pool. My room was outfitted with a stove top, microwave, fridge and a freezer. This is a very clean a great stay.

Great pool area... Huge pool and resort supplies some pool toys for kids plenty of seating. Great family fun and relaxing. they have a cafe at the pool which is nice but only down fall is it closes at 1 or 2.

What a great find. Cant say enough good things about this place. Location is awesome. The main pool will blow you away. 150ft long 360,000 gallons of water 394 people capacity. They also have many smalker pools. Many different sizes of rooms. Great prices. Top notch tennis facilities and very nice golf course. Sorry it took me so long find this place

Acceptably comfortable. The pool here is great with a large shallow and deep end. Good place to stay for one night, but also commonly used by golfers as home base for their golf retreats.

Played tennis and paid for a clinic and was told I could not play there anymore because they wanted me to join there club. I told them I was a member of two other clubs that only required short term, seasonal memberships or daily memberships and I did not appreciate their high pressure tactics to join their club. The pro was nice and said the person who told me that I had to join was out of line and I was welcome back. Later I played as a guest of a member and again they were rude. Pros of this place is a great location and nice tennis professional. Negitive is rude treatment, courts are in need of of repair. They try to make it seem like it is a big resort but it is a private tennis club next to a separate homeowners association. They assist in renting out private condos belonging to private owners but it is not a hotel in the traditional sense of the word. They sadly lack facilities for handicap. There are many options where else to play tennis including free public courts just blocks away and clubs who allow you to play on a daily basis and arrange games for you.

Customer service at the front desk turned this 4 star into a 5 Star. Ive stayed at many places in this area and many are nice but the Court Side Villa overlooking the genuine Clay Court tennis area is very clean quiet and well appointed for great value. Adriana and CHRIS at the front are the difference between a 3.5 and a 5 in my opinion.

Beautiful place, very clean, nicely, friendly, relaxing, the room clean and the bed is comfortable, the customer service is very good and helpful, they have big and clean pool, good for family. Its good for kids.

The resort is a little older but well maintained. There are several types and sizes of housing to accommodate a variety of size groups. This is our 6th year back for our annual girls trip and we love it!

We booked reservations for two nights last min but the front desk was super helpful in getting us checked in, came to escape and relax during the heatwave, they have 5 pools open till 10 at night, next morning we spend half the day lounging and drinking by the main pool, the studio I booked had a full kitchen even a blender, the shower had great pressure and was large enough for 3 people to stand in. They have a restuarant onsite where we had breakfast which was delicious, this is right by the living desert which is great for kids, also plenty of night life and shops within walking distance.

Paradise for the tennis player. Management is very good at arranging matches for the members and hotel guests. Fun instruction and clinics. Wonderful little café for breakfast and lunch. Easy walking to El Paseo Drive.

Rooms are condos owned individually. Not a traditional hotel/resort. Friendly. Clean. Manicured landscaping. Modern furnishings. Close to restaurants and shopping. Big pool. Quiet. Nice.

Shadow mountain is a great tennis resort with both hard court and clay tennis courts. The condos are nice, but small and some are not aging very well. Make sure you know which unit you are getting.
