We had a fantastic time at the drive in Scare-a-Thon. It was extremely well orchestrated and any age appropriate. We hope to see more of these forth coming. Thank you for putting this together for all of us to enjoy.
We recently were married on the gorgeous grounds of the FL Ag Museum and I can honestly say that it was absolutely perfect! Penny was my day of coordinator and she did the most amazing job keeping the timeline right on schedule and ensuring that our biggest day went off without a hitch. I wish we could do it all over again it and exactly the same way. I could not imagine a better wedding venue
Enrolled my 10 year old son in the horse Camp for beginner/intermediate level. He has never been around a horse and by the end of the week he knew so much about each horses personality and safety behavior. Ms. Cheryl is an outstanding teacher, she ran a very organized and scheduled itinerary but also was easygoing enough to make kids feel comfortable. Best of all, my son had fun learning about horses. Money well spent.
I came here 2 see the Walk Back in Time event. There were several displays setup along a trail that chronologically depicted Florida history from the Timucuan Indians through prohibition. It was quite educational and you got to see how the Indians and early settlers in Florida lived and how Florida came to be!
I went with 2 of my daughter who had never riden before and I have to say this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. Cheryl our tour guide was amazing and made the experience even better. It was like riding with a long time friend. Everything from reservations online to when we finished our ride was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for the amazing experience we will DEFINITELY be returning.
This was an amazing experience. We went on a really hot day and we were the only ones there since we went kind of late in the day. We learned a lot from the one on one tour though and my son loved seeing the animals including the cows. However take a lot of water with you. You will get dehydrated if its hot outside. This is an all outside tour. Definitely will go again.
Had a great time riding the horses and spending time with the other animals there especially Scooter the donkey. Would do again.
The tour guide was awesome. The property has been well maintained and I enjoyed my visit.
This is an amazing place to visit and educational at the same time will definitely go back.
Great time riding horses with my girls. Jack was the best trail guide. Will definitely be back for the 2 hour ride. Get ready Jack, youll be seeing my crew again. What a great day!!!
A bit of a bare to get to if you are unfamiliar with the area. However great place to go and take your kids. Also has great views for photos and weddings. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Stop by and see them!
Easy and friendly, well trained horses nice scenery, recommend for relaxed fun time
We went on the 1-hour trail horseback trail ride today and it was great. Highly recommend. Our guide was knowledgeable and kind, and the scenery was fantastic. We will be coming back -- more people need to know about this place!
Our family really enjoyed the two hour tour. Our guide shared interesting historical information about the structures, living conditions and agricultural methods of the late 1800s and early 1900s. Children would really enjoy the wagon ride and animals.
Geaux here to git in touch wit yer inner cracker, itll leave ya buzzin wit knowin that de country knowledge really is cool.
So much to see beautiful tour
Fun place to check out. See what Florida was like a hundred years ago
Pretty boring. Went there with my son on his field trip. Not a place for kids. Heard several of the staff grouching at kids get off that, dont touch that. Save your time and money and do something fun instead.
So much fun! Really learned a lot its a great way to spend some time outside
Great place to see. Took the Grandkins and had a great time. James our guide was great. Go take the tour you will love it
So much fun for kids and adults, lots of interesting information
Great tour and learning experience. Thanks Kathy!
Great experience for the whole family. Fairly inexpensive and the kids get to see what a working farm is like. Lots of live animals plus working exhibits. The museum celebrates the past, present and future of Florida agriculture. They also hold special events here like weddings and festivals and a Farmers Market.
Excellent place to visit haunted woods are great, and the tours are informative and fun....haunted trails are my favorite though....
Our tour guide was James and he did a great job. He was very informative and the museum had some really neat exhibits. We enjoyed learning more about Floridas history and plan to come back.
Its a great place for the lil ones to learn but, its not easy to get to if you dont know where your going. The website gives you the wrong address.
Liked the place and the people were wonderful. Good music and a throw back to country living on a farm. Worth a visit especially if you want to take the kids on a tractor or hay ride during the fall or Halloween.
Great outing for the family to include a little history and fun.
The Agricultural Museum tells the story Floridas forgotten agricultural past and present. As we wiss buy at 70 miles an hour on interstate highway 95 we lose perspective of what made Florida and Florida people so great. Stop, slow down and get immersed in Cracker lifestyle and animals. You wont be sorry.
Mr. James gave myself and my Seeing impaired Client a great tour! He was extremely informative and extremely compassionate to my Client. During the up and down navigation of steps and bumpy terrain, Mr. James was the consumate tour guide! The tour is extremely interesting and the Animals are extremely Lovable and Fun!
The open market is growing, and I have been part of the live music for a few weeks. Very interesting place with alot of history... farm animals roaming about, very friendly warm people that run it. Enjoy being apart of the Thursday morning event! Backintyme music group play a range of music that goes back to the 17 hundreds and beyond. You should come down and check it out!!
We had the best time today. The tour guides were so good with my special needs neice and my 8 year old child. The trail was very exciting and just the right amount of time. The horses were so cute and each had their own personalities. I really recommend the horse named Caleb. Hes the tallest but by far the most gentle. I would have taken him home if my car was a convertible. The best trail ride Ive ever been on.
I had such a good time with my kids. We went during the hot & spicy festival and we had a blast
Im 12 years old and me, my mom,my brother and my sister had a wonderful time and we learned a lot.
My daughter had her wedding and reception on the grounds. Beautiful venue.
Educational, informative, cultural, preserves history of the area. Great venue for families & gatherings.
Interesting history, nice camping.
Its like stepping back in time. I love it
It is a wonderful place to visit and see the old Cracker houses. Also a super place for parties and weddings.
An up and coming area attraction with educational and recreational activities. You can tour historic buildings, board or ride a horse, hike the backwoods with connector trails to additional parks, hold a wedding, attend summer camp, or enjoy the Thursday Market & Music. The rustic landscape and hominess merit a 5 but until the programs are fully operational the facility gets a 4.
This is a special place rich in Florida history. Must see if you want to step back a hundred or more years.
Had to wait a while, but, thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Great for kids and adults!
Great halloween event love it.
Always something to do. Set down your electronics and have fun!
Great place to visit! I took my 3 year old son and he had a blast! There is a lot of history and information
$15 per person to enter .... ($10 for kids). Questionable worth
Detailed history was shared by friendly tour guides. Carriage ride was nice but would have been nicer if it was drawn by horses.
We visited with my 8 Y/o daughter several days ago. The Women who gave the tour of the different building that made up the museum was great and the best part of our visit. We horse back ride for a while but the tour guide did very little talking and was mostly taking pictures of us.
Wonderful venue with lots to do.
People were very friendly there.Rides were available to different sites on the property.Very entertaining.
Pretty as a picture more history just a small quaint little place in Palm Coast
I love this place the people are so nice and the animals are so sweet i enjoyed my time there im going to come back it was the best experience ive had
We took a trail ride, which was so fun for me and my 8 and 11 year olds. The guide was wonderful and was able to give the kids appropriate instructions on their first solo ride. The horses appeared to be healthy and well taken care of and safety helmets were available for use. Definitely recommend!
An interesting collection of buildings fron the late 19th century through the 30s and 40s. The children will like the various animals that reside on the property.
I take horse lessons and help out with the horses there weekly. It is a great experience! If families want to do something fun, you can go on a trail ride or a hay ride throughout the week.
Love this place! Its beautiful and so peaceful here. Just makes you want to stay. Forever!
Love their Halloween having
They only do tours on Sunday, not Wed-Sunday? Its not what I was expecting. Extremely quiet place... great if you want to ride horses, maybe ok if you go on Sunday!
Was there for a wedding. Had a great time. Tractor maintenance though is lacking
Has horseses and trails. Putting in museum. Good events.
Enjoy helping with the Paws of War
Great place! Very interesting for kids and adults. Different events on weekends.
Good educationally tour
We two New Yorkers thoroughly enjoyed our two hours at the FL Agricultural Museum, learning about historical farming and animal husbandry practices and home life in Florida. The entry fee was $9 each, but well worth it. After all, this is a nonprofit, non-government-supported museum with not a lot of visitors, so the entry fee is quite understandable. Debbie, our tour guide, had an great knowledge of her subject . . . plus a bubbly personality to go with it. She even showed us how to crack a bullwhip (the source of the expression Florida Cracker.) The tractor ride was a nice bonus. Not sure young children will enjoy the tour as much as us older folks, unless on a child-oriented class trip.
This was the best field trip that my 4th grade class and I have been to this year...:) We just read the novel A Land Remembered and performed a dramatic play, depicting the life of Florida pioneers in the 1800s. Your museum allowed us to see, touch, and experience authentic, real products from the book! Only recommendation would be to add more items to your gift shop...would have loved to have bought items such as whips, more hats, and toys from the olden days. Thank you for a great day!!!
Fabulous old Florida setting. A must see if you can make time for this educational experience.
Like a slice out of history. Beautiful horses, friendly folks. The Caldwell barn was beautifully decorated for a wedding.
A wonderful place for all ages - this is the real Florida that we need to share.
Had a great time, lots of venders and food. The band Those Guys, were really good.
I love their camp
My daughter had a fantastic field trip here!!
