The place is only getting better all the time

Have been a member for over 3 years. It is a private country club. The golf course is situated along the intercoastal in a quiet upscale gated community. It is less than a mile from the ocean and let me tell you there is absolutely nothing better than playing a beautiful course while listening to the ocean in the background when the surf is up. Also doesnt hurt the course was designed by the greatest golfer to walk the planet none other than the Golden Bear himself. Jack did a beautiful job making this track a fair but yet challenging test for all handicappers. The course features a beautiful two sided driving range along with multiple practice putting greens. The course is always in tip top shape year around. The staff is incredible and always go out of their way to take care of my guests. The bartenders know how to pour a drink and the food is always amazing. Definitely one of Palm Coast best kept secrets.

Great golf course...I own a vacation home in the community and all I hear are former members bash the golf course...and a few current ones! They have no clue what a gem they have in their own back yard!!! Have been in Grand Haven since a previous ownership had it in the early 2000’s and it has come a long way since that time! I have played golf all over the country...I love the few times that I get to play Grand Haven!

Some of the best chicken Ive had in awhile nice people

Golf course is horribly manicured. The tees, fairways and greens are very long. Greens look like they were cut with a variety of different lawn mowers, and no well adjusted ones. Disgraceful!!!This course was one of the best maintained golf course in this part of Florida. Not any more. Too Bad

Beautiful yet challenging layout!!! Love the course

Have played this course and visited the club multiple times. The course is rarely in good shape, especially the sand traps. The areas near water are unkempt and dangerous - be very careful where you step. The dining room is overpriced and inconsistent. It seems every time I visit there is a new menu and a new head cook - I don’t think they employ a chef. I have yet to see management in the building or on the course. The membership has apparently dwindled to almost nothing. I’ve had better experiences at condo-community courses.

Great layout but needs better maintenance

Very nice golf course, but it seems odd that I would pay less as a walk in off the street as opposed to a guest of a member.

Great golf course. Staying at a family members house who lives on the course. I have been walking the course every morning.

Very well maintained enjoyable course. Would love to play it again

Very nice track that is well maintained and that has plenty of character. Seems very forgiving but can be subtly tough...trapping and run off angles. Very nice folks run the golf operation. The course, however, needs some marshalling...too many singles jump on out of turn and slow down play. Club also sells time to non members on selected occasions and sells playing privileges to other private golf clubs in the area...e.g. Hammock Beach. Perhaps economics require this but it partially defeats the value and benefit of being a paid member. But alas many golf clubs are struggling to make ends meet and guess Grand Haven is no exception..

The course was in amazing shape. The greens were wells sloped and contoured. I played after 4 days of heavy rain.I have been told they generally run hard and fast.

Good food and service and very cost effective for group affairs.

Private club. I got to play it with the NEFSGA. Public can book tee tine on Monday only. Discount if you play with a member.
