Best family vacation for my family of 4. Stayed at the town house, plenty of room, clean, had fun fishing and swimming, staff is very friendly, people there where kind and frequent visitors. Loved reading the book, made me remember my father who passed away 6 yes ago he would have Loved this place. I wish I could go back next year I hope RCI is able to keep their contract.

It was a pleasant experience, the kitchen was fully equipped and the view was nice the apartment and pool were clean and the grills were clean also the beds were comfy...

We were lucky to get in here cause it was short notice. the staff was friendly, free parking and great views from any condo, the pool or the bbq grill deck, two story with no elevator but the stairs are an easy grade, it sits on the waterway and has a small fishing pier off the back deck, we were here in dec. of 19 and the weather was warm, the pool is heated, laundry room onsite. the rooms were a little outdated but everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, new tv, the kitchen was clean and had plenty of dishes for cooking whatever. a five minute walk across the street is a beautiful beach, a small shopping mall with bars and restaurants and a casino. the resort is not real fancy but it is cozy and very relaxing. I recommend this place and will definitely try to book here again!! ( :

Stayed for a week in August 2019 and the experience was AWESOME!!! Front office staff=friendly, property=clean and well keep. The furniture and decor was dated but still worth the stay. My only complaint is that they didnt offer a kiddie sized pool. We will DEFINITELY return and recommend this property!

I cant say enough good things about this resort! My service dog, Sparky, and I had a marvelous vacation there. The staff and almost all the guests were so welcoming and kind to us.The resort is right on the beach and theres a very nice pool. Theres outside restaurant service as well as an outdoor tiki bar.If youre looking for a clean place thats perfect for singles AND families this is where you want to be. The tile floors shine 24/7 and I couldnt find sand, dust or dirt anywhere except where they were supposed to be.Theres a spa, a gift shop and eatery on site. They have activities for young and old you can join in or schedule through a reservation desk. Theres a great welcome meeting on Mondays by Carol Ann that you dont want to miss

Good place to stay by yourself or with family and the most beautiful views. . Has bikes, beach chair and umbrellas to use. Peaceful and clean. The manager is Awesome, very helpful in recommending things to do. I cant wait to come again.

Such a great place to stay. We had full run of the place and all the comforts of home. Front & back views and just being on the water was amazing. We will return to this place when ever we are in the area. Management couldnt have been nicer or more informative. Place was super clean inside and out.

We have been owners for about 10 years. The greatest improvement has been since Georgette has become manager. She gives a lot of time and sees that all the guests have everything they need. The office and the rest of the staff are great. Looking forward to many more years at Palm Beach Resort

Scenery is breath taking. Peaceful, quiet and 2 minutes to the beach across A1A.

Nice resort if your looking for a quiet place to relax. It is small and surrounded on 3 sides by water. Most of the staff is great. Rooms are clean and well furnished. I had a problem with a couple of things and they corrected them quickly. I would visit again.

Great water views all around, close to nice beach, very warm pool, well equipped suites. Bonuses usually not seen elsewhere include free loaner bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and free use of washer and dryer. Nice welcome breakfast on Mondays with no sales pitches. Quiet, beautiful area; we hope to come back.

Great relaxing location with rooms just 10 feet from the water, the entire resort is its own peninsula on the inter-coastal waterway. The staff was wonderful, they know how to take care of their guests. The condo was very clean and well equipped and had a very homely feel.

Decor is a little dated, however the entire place is spotless & the staff is very friendly

I was very surprised at how nice this was for an older unit. It is surrounded by water with a pool looking out on the ICW. They have a weekly breakfast they supply for the guests, free full size washers and dryers and full size kitchens. But the view and location cant be beat for the price.

This place is amazing and the ladies at the front desk are so nice and helpful. Pool was great and it was awesome being surrounded by water and only a few minutes to the atlantic.

Our second stay here. Wonderful place for couples. Well maintained one bedroom units with bath and full kitchen.

I have been coming for a few years now but its not much to do, in Palm beach u have to get out of Palm beach to enjoy your stay. But its a great get away for family n if u have a few friends

Truthfully, Id give this resort a five star rating except that the external design looks old even though the resort is very well kept and has a fresh coat of paint. The rooms are large, clean and have been recently updated. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the full kitchen was well equipped, with a complete set of silverware and utensils. The renovation continues with the office now being redone.Extra wide parking spaces allow for ease of entry and exit. The pool is small but the deck is good sized and has plenty of chairs.The resort is set on the inter-coastal waterway but its a short walk across A1A to a nice public beach on the ocean. There are many good places to eat nearby, some within walking distance. The off season golf prices were good and theres plenty of shopping in Delray Beach and West Palm Beach.The staff was friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We plan to return, possibly as soon as next year.

Our entire experience at Palm Besch Resort was lovely. Accommidations were clean, comfortable and pretty. Located, as it is, on an inlet that reaches into the intercoastal waterway, there was the wonderful view of water from all of the windows. It feels like a comfoftable home away from home, complete with an equipped kitchen, pool, complementary laundry facilities and even bikes and other things to add to your fun. Staff was kind and helpful. its location is convenient to many interesting historical attractions and art galleries, as well as the beautiful ocean beach, fishing pier, and restaurants less than a mile away. We recommend it highly and hope to return.

Many years of wear and tear have taken its toll on this place, but the amenities are nice and the staff is friendly.Location is great even though our first few trips around the community showed the economic strife that many places in Florida are experiencing. I was surprised to see so many dead or dying malls.The pool is refreshing and there is quite a nice area for lounging, tanning, and grilling. it also has a small pier for fishing or to tie up a small boat.WiFi is pricey, about $15/week (I think it should be free).Beach access isnt direct, but by a short walk, 5-10 minutes. The beach wasnt crowded but there was some litter. The water was warm and shallow for quite a ways out.Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Really cool water views in all the rooms, dated, its the only resort on a little inlet, family friendly pool, they need to refurbish rooms because the bathrooms are dated, I sat on the couch and got the itchiness, but very nice service and management.

Very first impression was disappointment. Driving up the extremely short, narrow driveway to encounter a peeling, water ravaged window to the office made us want to find other options. This place resembles a motel and not a resort. No real activities and a sad little pool.We arrived to find that the office was closed. Check-in starts at four, but the office closes at five. Unfortunately for us, we arrived at 5:15 pm straight from the airport. It is slightly ridiculous that the office is only open for an hour for check-in. We were able to get our keys after using a phone by the office door and calling for assistance from a woman who sounded like she didnt want to be bothered.On the very surface, the accommodations look clean. After a closer scrutiny, one notices the lack of cleaning up after previous guests. That includes not vacuuming under furniture and sofa beds. Crumbs and spilled snacks were still evident. Dirt and debris underneath dining tables legs that were not moved for sweeping and mopping. The cabinets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks had leaks in addition to a musty smell in the case of the bathroom cabinet as well as a pile of something that was a powdery, white substance. It was smeared on the bottom of the cabinet as well as being in a pile towards the back of the cabinet. The silverware in the kitchen had dried food from the previous guests. The shower curtain had mold.If staying on the first floor, be aware of guests from the second floor dropping food from their balcony to feed the iguanas and geckos. We ended up with a family of iguanas camping out on our patio waiting to get feed bread and potato chips from our second floor neighbors. Granted both sets of neighbors stopped dropping food when we asked them to stop and explained the reason why.We spend a pretty penny on maintenance fees and exchange fees. This was definitely not worth the cost and did not meet the expectations of other resorts. These accommodations were one of the worst in the over twenty years that we have utilized timeshares.On a positive note, as soon as the office opened up in the morning we expressed our concerns. The woman in the office apologized and sent someone to clean the unit. Although, underneath the bathroom sink and all the dirty silverware/ cooking utensils were not addressed. The moving tables to sweep and mop was also not done. The view from the room is spectacular. The distance to the beach is less than five minutes walking. It is convenient to Downtown West Palm Beach as well as Delray Beach and Boca Raton.We would never consider staying here again.
