We were first greeted by Camile Williams Front Reception, WOW I can not put in to words how She instantly connected with us and her warmth and kindness made such an excellent our stay at The Four Seasons Resort here in Palm Beach. We will be back again and again, Kudos again Camile!!!

This was my second time at this resort and it was perfect again. We stayed over a long weekend in January and will probably book again next year. The resort is beautiful, our room was palm beach chic with an incredible ocean and resort view from our balcony. The pool area is super relaxing with great service and food. Breakfast every day on the veranda was delicious, and the little perks such as a complimentary ride within 5 miles of the resort makes getting around downtown a breeze. Thanks 4SPB!!

Palm Beach, FL, is a beautiful place to visit. The Four Seasons is my preferred hotel to stay across the country. This hotel was closed for renovations, and it was worth the wait.There are so many beautiful hotels in Palm Beach. I recommend the Four Seasons over the others.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel. The Four Seasons Palm Beach staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Everyone we interacted with there made us feel welcome. The ceviche is phenomenal. Jimmy is the best server ever. I cannot wait to go back.

It was very clean, beds were super comfy, and the people were so helpful.

It stills the same layout after all this years I havent seen the rooms, and the service at the spa and hotel still exceptional .

We had our anniversary dinner here. First time visit. We will not be back. The service was very good. The restaurant is decorated nicely, but the food was not very good. Everything and I mean everything, I ordered was garnished with micro cilantro and that was all I could taste. Cilantro has a very specific flavor, and in my opinion is not something that helps a dish as delicate as octopus carpaccio. I also question why you would infuse lovely olive oil with ginger for dipping. I like ginger, but it overpowered everything. I could not taste lemon or olive oil. We replaced it with plain olive oil. I sent my eggplant back and had the cilantro removed. Even then I didnt finish the dish.

The staff is incredible and they are there year after year which speaks highly of the management and the working conditions. The fitness center is wonderful too.

Great hotel! Staff members like Sierre at the beach, Jaime at the front desk and the friendly housekeeping staff made my stay amazing! They used my name and were genuinely happy to see my family! MARK and his pool staff make it look easy to accommodate kids at the pool!

I liked the hotel along the ocean so very easy access to the beach. I walked the beach in the morning and evening everyday. I had very good communication with the staff very pleasant and attentive. It was noisy at 8:00am by construction drilling ...Hotel is clean and safe so that i feel no problem my teenagers walk around by themselves. It would be nice if they have more restaurants/cafe in the property and clean the sea weed on the beach.

Customer service was outstanding from the time we made our reservation (called and asked when we would be checking in) until we checked out. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room. Staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had use of the House Car when we ventured off property and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. All Staff was extremely friendly and personable and knew our names. Our daughter missed movie night at the pool and staff made arrangements to bring a movie with popcorn and candy to our room the next evening. They remembered our food and drink orders. One day there was an issue with the air in our room and they brought us an air purifier within minutes and unexpectedly comped us breakfast the next morning. Will definitely be going back!

One of my favorite hotels. Amazing and nice staff. Incredible bartenders, esp Michael. Breakfast rocks and is reasonable. Dinner not so much. Expensive and not that great. New adult pool and beach is beautiful. Renovation most completely done for all rooms and hallways.

Beautiful resort consistent with the Four Seasons brand. Free Valet if you only go for lunch which is nice for locals. Beach staff was great but Pool a bit dated in terms of style and design.

Everything was perfect for our local weekend getaway! The weather was sunny, and the ocean was calm. Accommodations were excellent. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and went that extra step.

My family and I loved it here! We can’t wait to come back during the “winter” (NY’s winter, lol.) The staff is friendly, and I like how you can just walk on to the beach right from the resort. Definitely worth the price!

Great location on the beach but really only one restaurant and while service at a Four Seasons is normally superb, the staff looked slow and tired--perhaps from the boat show and such the week before.

I like the service and staff.I didn’t like the fact that they are renovating rooms and you hear drilling and hammering at 8 am. Lunch food is not great. Low quality for the price. I loved the beach.

Terrible experience as I was a planner for a group meeting and the service was terrible. The communication for the room rates was not honored and the follow up was not consistent. Service in Florio’s and at the bar was terrible. Overcharged for the AV equipment and the food offerings. Our group spent over 50k in Palm Beach and they were most insistent for charging $700 plus for a room that they were charging $399 for others. Very greedy in their delivery and follow up. I have complained to my Cc company and will be disputing.

I can not put in to words how excellent our stay was at The Four Seasons Resort here in Palm Beach. First off, the staff are some of the most genuine, kind, and likable people I have ever come across in my entire life. Every single one of them who I had the pleasure to communicate with were not only professional but as real as they come. Nothing but impressed by ALL of them.Jason, one of the bartenders outside was awesome at explaining the surrounding area after telling him I was planning on moving to West Palm Beach. The other male bartender who worked the outdoor bar (his name escapes me) was also an outstanding staff member who truly cared about his customers and you can tell he is an excellent father to his children. The girls at the front desk were also very nice and went out of their way not once, but twice to enhance our stay.At Flories the hotels FINE dining restaurant the staff was all around phenomenal. Stanley, our waiter for dinner was a fantastic and professional server, (who has excellent knowledge of quality food and drink) treated us like family. Flories has truly unique and stunning dinner options with an abundance of different dishes that could please anyone with a pallet for fine foods. Another server there (she was from Romania) is another staff member we connected with and made us feel right at home. The dessert at Flories was to die for and we ended up trying three of them and all were top notch. The breakfast at Flories was also well above average when its comes to quality and selection.In addition, the pool and beach area were also great and we enjoyed chilling there when we had the time. For the size of the resort they utilize it perfectly and it feels more personable then some other larger resorts i have stayed at in the past. We loved our rooms; comfortable beds, quality televisions, fantastic modern bathrooms and a balcony with an awesome view (even in the least expensive room at the resort). I have stayed at 5 star hotels/resorts in the New York area, California, the Caribbean and Hawaii and the service and kindness of the staff HERE beats them all. Everyone, from the valet guys, to the housekeepers, to the chef who made my breakfast were beyond impressive. This hotel has officially raised the bar when it comes to quality of employees. NEVER have I seen such a gracious, respectful and just plain happy staff anywhere. I could continue complimenting the Four Seasons at Palm Beach for another three paragraphs it was that amazing. God bless all of the staff at the hotel, and whoever is responsible for hiring at the resort deserves a raise. Simply Exceptional, wish I could give it six stars. Will be returning again multiple times in the future. Truly a wonderful experience even for the price. If you are a people person youll want to be here. Simply outstanding- Thank you so much to everyone working at the hotel for making our stay so special. Theres even more i can say but this is all ready by far the longest review i have ever written. If your visiting Palm Beach or an outlying area just stay here you will not regret it.

The setting is lovely, the service not quite up to the Four Seasons brand we have come to know nd love over the years. The building is a bit tired, but still impressive. Service was friendly but lacking the polish and attention to detail, particularly at the patio restaurant. The food was perfectly prepared, thoughtful menu- five stars, down to the last detail. Servers forgot simple items, didn’t refill coffees, waters, check in after meal was served. Had to ask several times for salt, pepper, hot sauce. Never brought the promised newspaper.... just not up to Four Seasons level of excellence.

Second to none service and infinitely comfortable accommodations. This property overlooks a beautiful stretch of the Atlantic and almost all rooms get a good view. Ive stayed here twice now and its wonderful. All Four Seasons properties are great. This one is no exception.

Trip was great. Restaurants did not open until 8am no good for a family with 3 kids under age of 5. Kids club was awesome. The hotel is going under renovation pool/rooms/ restaurant all three need it to meet the standards of a four seasons quality hotel! Staff was great.

Very nice resort, right on the Ocean. Amenities are very nice. The room was extremely well maintained, but a little bit dated. My wife very much enjoyed the room service meal that she ordered. I was only here one night, for a conference - wish that I were able to stay longer.

Great Hotel. Its beautiful & elegant. Youll come for the beach and never leave because of the beach. Beds are super cozy. They definitely get the job done after a long day of sitting on the beach. Breakfast options are few, but theyre excellent. Staff is super friendly, they even sent complimentary fruit to the room.My whole stay was unexpected. Prolonged Jury Duty led me to this fine establishment. So glad I did.

Truly luxurious relaxing staythank you so much. We were impressed by the services. A resort of this level should not charge for high speed wifi but rather include with the cost of the room. We liked the wide array of onsite activities and dining options. The room was comfortable and perfect.

The staff and service was wonderful. The whole property was very clean. The massage centre turned out to be the best of the lot. The breakfast buffet has fulfilled almost all wishes. Baby feeding chair was very comfortable. Pool and beach service were wonderful. I got a great night sleep.

What an incredible hotel. The staff was very welcoming and genuine. Location was great for private Beach access but other than that nothing with walking distance. Easy drive to West Palm Beach city center. Rooms were smaller expected and upgrades only in you booking rate. For example we booked king garden view and upgraded to king limited view. So getting anything larger is not possible . The SPA is incredible and a must. The pool was not shaded and hot a trip to ocean was required to cool off in July heat. Breakfast food was the highlight and dinner ok.

Be ware - we learned at time of check in that the ocean view rooms have not been renovated only updated. We upgraded to ocean front to have a fully renovated room. They were fair on the up charge. Food prices are pricey for very average food. Overall, excellent service and professional employees. Our last night at the restaurant we waited 45 minutes for a spaghetti dish that was under cooked. The two prior dishes were lacking in flavor. Terrible really. We were seated at 6:15pm and at 7:30 pm we returned the undercooked spaghetti. We had a 3am flight so we left after complaining to Kyle, the manager I assume, that we had early flight and did not have time for redo on dish. Service was terribly slow probably understaffed that evening. He downplayed our complaint and kept saying you have been here before and had a good experience haven’t you?! Yes but due to slow service and undercooked spaghetti we don’t have time left to wait. He comped the meal. I went to hotel manager and she comped our room service. Recommendation: Try the The Breakers Palm Beach down the road. We went there one evening and it had a much better vibe and energy. It was busy like Las Vegas!

The hotel is a bit dated, but the service is impeccable. They are renovating starting late May of this year, so hopefully next year when I return it will be absolutely wonderful. Still giving 5 stars because of the amazing service.

Basically, their hotel associates are quite helpful for my stay. Hotel is at a very good location. The food in the hotel is very good. We were really impressed with our suite. My daughter did enjoy the pool. The buffet breakfast was excellent on all the mornings. Facilities in the hotel were very good.
