Improving greatly, ...The Meadows is taking steps to eradicate flaws. Ive seen all sorts of reviews here, the state of a lot is important to maintain a desired look of the community as a whole. Most residents appreciate the work that management is doing to make this place worthy of Palm Beach Gardens. Geographically, its Perfect... Great place, for great pricing depending how you look at it. Best proximity to Palm Beaches, the best for shopping of any kind! Yolanda, is a smart educated woman who is the office manager of the community. She has a lot to contend with constantly, in all areas, & she doesnt give in to mediocrity, this Lady tries to strive to make this place the best mobile/manufactured home community in all of South Florida. The lot rent does increase more than wed like, however a bit is included, lot rent includes water, garbage pick up, lawn maintenance only, (shrubbery and landscaping youll have to do on your own) basic cable, and all amenities use...clubhouse (Full kitchen, Flat Screen Television, Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, Poker Table,) Pool, Jacuzzi, basketball court, & a newly installed playground, (benches~coming & pool resurfacing, w/new furniture) The downside of the Meadows is this, there isnt enough parking for residents. Youre allowed 2 vehicles per unit, which is not realistic for most families. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you must play musical cars on a daily basis. The front parking lot isnt a 24 hour option, and the hours set for parking arent realistic. If you have company? guest passes, arent available after 5 p.m. unless you do everything prior, so spontaneity isnt an option. The office closes for lunch, which isnt a plus. There is a 24 hour emergency line, when the office is closed, during the weekends, Holidays, etc. 1 hour parking on the street, not on the grass is allowed, but thereafter youll be towed. All residents are under the same stipulations, parking is a community flaw. The gym/amenities hours is debatable, since we pay but dont have access for/at our convenience. The hours for the gym are terrible. Especially for residents who work out before work/starting their day. Long-time residents, should have access 24/7 when there are cameras everywhere. Unruly residents with unruly children/guests have ruined a lot of conveniences/amenities for good residents. Hopefully, Management will remedy these issues, and there are options, which are sensible & would work. Some residents dont participate in improving their lots, & litter. While others are continuously working on their places. Lot respect/boundaries can be an issue. Some residents do not pick up after their pets, & dont respect residents who ask them to curb their pets from their own. Management really tries to alleviate any issues, youll have this anywhere, but they do address it here. There is a decent size boatyard for your recreational vehicles as well as use for extra parking space, for $50.00 a month extra, but space is limited and there should be another parking lot for residents free of worry. The Meadows isnt your typical, trailer park, anyone who has driven through here can see that. From someone who swore theyd never live in one? In this area? You cant do better! Honda Classic less than 3 miles away? Morning or evening walks bring life to the little streets here, where people wave, say hello, from all walks of life. American Flags on front porches brings a smile, its not perfect, nothing is, but Yolanda works damn hard to make it a more beautiful community each & everyday. Make parking priority 1 after pool resurface?= 5 stars

The Meadows is a beautiful place to live. So thankful for the community manager Yolanda who keeps the communitys safe and wellkept. She has also added so many amenities since she has been manager I have lived here for 10 years and love it.

I have lived in The Meadows for 8 years. Its beautiful in here. Yolanda and staff work very hard to keep The Meadows a safe and enjoyable place to live. The Meadows is in a convenient location with restaurants,shopping community college and mall all within walking distance. Bus service at entrance.

Omari has given us the run around just to have our application for the park approved. Excuse after excuse because he said “he doesn’t know how to work the application system” and needs his supervisors to help him. Poor management. We will take our money somewhere else.

The staff at The Meadows give excellent customer service. From day one moving in two months ago; my neighbors have all welcomed me. All the people I keep meeting here at the Meadows have been very nice. The complex is very clean. Love that security rides around at night. The staff at night are very helpful and courteous. Great place to call home.

We LOVE The Meadows. We lived in The Meadows for a 1.5 yrs but moved north last year. Yolanda and Lisbeth were always very helpful. We are now moving back to Palm Beach Gardens and, of course, The Meadows was the first place we looked. Once again, Yolanda and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Can’t wait to move in.

Quiet, mostly! Pet friendly, but some residents do not clean up after their pets even though the park provides bags! Staff is very friendly, work hard to keep the grounds and storage units clean! Only draw back is not enough visitor or resident parking space. Otherwise, would recommend to live there!

Living in a rental can sometimes be challenging and everyone will have a different experience, but I can’t imagine anyone having too many complaints about The Meadows in Palm Beach Gardens. I have found the staff (both office and maintenance) to be incredibly helpful, responsive and professional. Imagine losing the AC on a Friday afternoon hours before weekend guests are due to arrive. The fix was not to be an easy one and parts had to be ordered. From the AC repair personnel (hired by the management) to all the staff that worked overtime to purchase and install window units so I could enjoy the weekend with my guests was above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect.Giving a 5 star review is the easiest thing I’ve done in a while. I don’t think you can find a more dedicated group of people who work (let’s face it this is a very difficult job) to maintain a community and the relationships with all owners/renters as well as they do here at The Meadows. I highly recommend this community.

Best community I have ever lived in. Reading this negative reviews I am astounded. The truth is if you have something negative to say about Yolanda or her team is because you are either always late with your rent or you want to keep your lot looking like a pig sty. Yolanda was so helpful to us in a very hard time in our lives we now consider her a friend. Wish we would have never had to leave.

The Meadows is a relaxed community with many retirees and snowbirds. Its quiet with friendly neighbors. Location is fabulous. Everything you need is within walking distance.Management works very hard. The grounds are well kept. During the clubhouse renovation they created a game room, beautiful sitting area, full kitchen and a workout room with brand new equipment.There are no other manufactured home communities in Palm Beach County that are this nice. Rent is very fair considering the location.All in all we are very satisfied with our experience here.

The homes are beautiful and the neighborhood is well-kept. The entire property always looks its best. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are very approachable with issues you may have. The amenities are fantastic - a pool, gym, pool tables, etc. Management constantly has events for the residents such as Cooks Night Off where they bring in catered food for the residents every Wednesday. I love living here!

The Meadows is a truly wonderful place to live. I have been a resident for many years, it just keeps getting better. The ownership is seriously committed to continued improvements in the community, investing capital constantly to improve our amenities, security and the overall facilities. The management and staff are very responsive, proactive and they care. Any issue I have had has been taken care of quickly and professionally. I find the neighborhood extremely friendly and welcoming. The rules are in place to continue to protect and improve the overall security and quality of life for all. I applaud the management for being strong and fair.

I have never seen such chaos within an Association. They have total disregard for State and Federal Laws as they create their own laws to suit their personal needs. I am livid but as I collect more evidence I will absolutely take legal action. What a disgrace. Shame on you people.

I LOVE it here, 15 yrs now. Great neighbors do make it happen! Location.location.location! The only downfall is we RENT our lot, monthly...no option to own.

Beautiful place and very convenient to mall, shopping and main roads. Unfortunately the management is very unfair and unreasonable towards the residents. The manager is on a power trip and feels she can bully the residents. Screams and yells at residents and is very unprofessional.We all pay good money to rent. Equity Life Styles should be ashamed. They are using her as a pawn. She is buying into the power they have given her as manager. She makes up rules as she goes along. Too bad we are not given an voting poll. With all the complaints the residents have about her. She surely would be replaced with someone with more of a professional demeanor.

A fantastic location, however it is very difficult to communicate with management and though we love our home, we cant seem to get honest answers from the decision makers on why certain projects arent priority. For example, improve the landscaping, (too much dead grass) a fence around the park, a security guard and the horrible drainage and out-dated sprinkler systems. For the amount of lot rent we pay, it doesnt seem like the funds are allocated in the areas that are most important to the homeowners. There have been more people, like ourselves, who take pride in their homes and do our best to keep the park neat, safe and desirable.

The Meadows is a wonderful community and a great place to raise children. Located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens and close to everything (mall, grocery stores, salons, restaurants, etc), this development has lots of great amenities including a pool, clubhouse, gym, laundry facilities, a game room for the kids and lots more. I would also like to add how terrific the staff is. The grounds are nicely maintained, they respond quickly to maintenance calls and they are extremely friendly and helpful. They truly care about the community and the people and they treat you like family! Yolanda and Omari are very professional and caring and are always quick to respond to any concern or issue you may have. We love it here! :)

The location couldnt be better! Minutes to the beaches, the Mall, restaurants, other trendy shops and eateries. Easy access to 1-95 and Fl Turnpike, Juno Beach, and Palm Beach.Improvements made constantly to make The Meadows a safe, peaceful, lovely place to reside. If someone is complaining its probable because they dont want to follow the simple rules or keep their property looking decent.The Meadows = Best kept secret in Palm Beach County.

We enjoy and love living. Me and my family would love to have our own house one day. But, for now we are happy here. We have everything we need around here. everything is always nice and clean. We have friendly neighbors that are great. Our management team are always doing a great job around here on making everything look great. They are very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I have lived at The Meadows for almost 2 years. We are close to any number of shops, entertainment venues and the ocean. If you wish to travel to other parts of the county or state or to the airport, they easy to access via I-95 or the FL Turnpike.I have not had any problems with management. If I have a question, they always get back to me in a reasonable amount of time, if they have not given me an answer in my initial contact.I have had no issues with any of the other people here. That may be due to my live and let live approach to life. Nor have I seen any problems among the other people in our area.All in all, I am happy we found The Meadows and I am glad to be living here.

Our family has lived in The Meadows for 2 years. We havent had any problems with the staff and have always gotten along. There are rules and regulations in place for a purpose, the good of all of us. We have great neighbors around us and take the time to get to know them and help each other out if needed. Thats what a community is!! We also love the convenience to shops, beach and I95. Thank you to the staff for trying to make it even better.

Rent goes up every year. Been here nine years now and we hate how they keep the front entry way and grounds around the clubhouse and office so beautiful but do nothing they say there going to do in the park. Selling our place and getting the hell out of here.

The management doesnt care for owners or renters. They only care for their own staff members. Renters have complained to me that theyre paying $1500 a month and they dont fix what they promise. Additionally, when issues are brought to management, they dont care and they get rude and nasty. The lot rent goes up each year but they dont do anything the home owners asked them to do. Id be careful making this as your place to live. The sales team will make it sound this is the best place to live but when youre here, youre doomed!

Truly a horrible experience. Thought it looked good and would be nice.... But management does nothing but harass residents, lie about breaking rules and evict people to raise lot rents and make room for more undocumented workers who are the managers people. Lot rents are twice the average and you get nothing for it but harassed. Notice how many are trying to get out of that wretched place. Dont fall for anything and look elsewhere to save yourself money, stress and aggravation. The owners of this and many parks (equity lifestyles) are lawyers I think and will use every trick to make money from you and force you out when they want. Look elsewhere!

I highly recommend the Meadows. Rent is pretty decent for Pga. New homes for sale. Management staff are professional. They hold functions for the kids from time to time. I wouldnt go by all the negative hype. Background check was necessary but its a pretty quick process. People are pretty friendly. I never had a problem with the office or a resident. Reviews sound more like personal problems from residents than real community based issues. People of all ages and race live here with their families. I dont post feedbacks but we cant get positive changes for the residents who are here long term if we attack management with stupidity. I got into the community and have been here for a while.

I have lived here for 5 years. I love the improvements management has implemented. Our park looks very inviting. Starting with the clubhouse and new patio furniture. Yolanda has maintenance always keeping up the grounds. My little cul-de-sac has the nicest people, we look out for each other. I love living here.

Dont expect your security deposit back. Yolanda will make sure to make something up so you dont get it! She is so shady and underhanded! They like to give you surprise charges tacked onto your rent too. When I told her it was included in my tent she said it wasnt and whited out her mistake after I already signed the lease! Great business ethics!! Management is so greedy!!

I purchased a unit in this neighborhood and I found the entire experience to be quite pleasant and easy. The homes are affordably priced, and from buying the home, all the way to filling it with tenants, the staff was incredibly helpful.

Ive lived in the meadows for 4 years and i am proud to call it home. Not only is it safe, it is also a convenient spot to live. Close to everything you need. Since ive moved here the manangment have added more recreational things for the tenents. A clubhouse and a gameroom. If we ever have an issue, yolonda, the property manager, has one of their matinence crew out fast. I recommend anyone with kids or just looking for a new scene to come an check out the meadows. Affordable an easy going.

I would love to thank the staff at the Meadows for the great job they are doing with this community. It definitely shows. I have been here for 4 years and this place has improved dramatically. When I first moved here the neighbors were so nasty, the roads were terrible, the homes look abandoned. Residents parked where ever they felt like it, with no consideration to their neighbors, lets not even address the pool. Yolanda was new to the community when I first moved into the Meadows so it was obvious she had a lot of cleaning up to do. I remembered as she gave me a tour of the community, i just wanted to run out but when we got back to the office and started talking, she was not trying to hustle me into renting, we actually spoke about her vision for this community and in the past four years she has nailed it!!! I can respect people opinions, but, lets be real. Not everybody is good with CHANGES. People tend to get aggressive and petty about the issues that are out of managements control. Did you not read your lease when you signed it? I recall it had more information than just what your rent amount would be. The staff at the Meadows are constantly sending out information and updates on rules and regulations of the community in order to ensure safety for our neighbors and pets. Neighbors, we should all learn how to pick and choose our battles. If you have a problem with your neighbor call 911 or address it like an ADULT would. Speak to your neighbor and say, hey neighbor i see we are having some issues, lets talk about it or hey neighbor do you pay my rent? mind your business. I dont think thats so hard. Whatever floats your boat. Last time i checked Yolanda was the property manager. Not a babysitter to a bunch of grown ass adults. Why bring her your personal problems and then blame her for picking sides. Handle your own business. My calls have never been ignored, I have left messages and they have been answered. The turn around time to address an issue with my home has been 3 days max, if it was a flooding issue, i called the emergency line and had someone here within the hour. We have a substantial amount of homes rented at the meadows and two maintenance men. So when you clicked your heels or snapped your fingers for your work order to be completed and it took a little too long,. Remember two men for one community. Obviously, that is what her BUDGET for equity lifestyles allows. How is that the staffs fault? Call Equity and let them know the staff needs help. We all agree to disagree, I have not agreed to all the changes done at the meadows, I still would love to see more, a park for these kids maybe? Yolanda and her staff dont pay for these changes out of their checks. She can only do as much as she is allowed to do. She is here to enforce rules and regulations. Any community you go to has them. Maybe, if you have issues with Rules, a community may not be suitable for you. I keep seeing the word park in some complaints. This community is not a trailer park. Its a community in the middle of palm beach gardens. we are not living in trailer homes people. If you address it that way and look at it that way, then the staff is not the issue, It you. Lets respect our neighbors and their nationality. You all sound like Donald Trump right now. But anyway, Thank you Thank you Thank you to both Yolanda and Yolanda (assistant), Omari and Lizbeth for a job well done. Keep up the great team work. I hope that management gets to read this and notices how dedicated you are and how much bullshit you have to endure. I have made a lot of great friends in this community old and young and they will agree as well that Change is not always a bad thing but definetly necessary.

Super crowded, nosy neighborhood, breaks the federal fair housing act. My wife and I were not given a reason for denial and it wasnt even their home, it was my friends. The lot rent is plain extortion. They dont even bother with lawn upkeep. You have to be insane to live there (my opinion).
