Nice park next to Harper College. There is a large lake to fish at and a couple small piers to watch. Next to the lake is a dog park and play area for the kids. You can reserve the picnic Pavillion for larger events. In addition there is a nice grass and paved walking path.

A lovely bit of wilderness with a mown trail around the reservoir for walking. Dogs are welcome; my dog loved exploring the sights and smells as we strolled along the trail. Fishing is allowed, mainly catch and release (see sign). There are benches and garbage bins for those who want to bring food, perhaps bag lunch, and escape the rat race for a while. There is a nice shelter house and a playground as well.

Nice place for either picnic or play area for kids. There is small shelter for rent with portable toilet and electric outlet. The pier is good place to take some pictures with play area for the kids.

Easy stop for some fishing therapy. Weeds are a challenge, but there are some decent bass to be caught.

Man made body of water without tree cover. Not very pretty but convenient. Easy parking and dry circumference. Chatterbait with a trailing worm did the trick for a few bass with a little more than an hour to work the water.

We rented this from Palatine Park District facility rental, even though the weather was not so good, still everyone enjoyed this place. Especially kids loved it. There is a park with new equipments, scenic location right by the reservoir with greenery and trees all around. Best for birthday parties for kids.

I usually go here to walk. It is very long trail over seven miles I think. Ive yet to be able to complete it between my two jobs. Scenic and shadey its an excellent place to walk no matter what the weather.

Awesome place with beautiful scenery, I go there for a family reunion every year and it is perfect for our activities.
