Beautiful falls right next to the road. Not much for hiking. Looks like a good swimming hole even though its forbidden. Very close to Hell Hollow. You should do both if you have time.

A smaller park that is likely more enjoyable without a crowd of people. We were fortunate to be the only ones there today and got to soak in some beautiful scenery.

I like the park. Really nice and cool views if the falls. But I dont like it that they closed the other half of the trail but Ill still give a 5 star

Beautiful falls but there are literally 63 steps down and a very short path between lookout decks. Wish there was more of a hiking path and that you could go down by the water and falls. There are barriers up that say restricted area to keep you on the path and deck area.

There isnt much to do here. Theres a small viewing area of the falls themselves but no trails to walk along and see more of the river or even walk along the river. There are shaded picnic tables near the parking area.

Please do not go down all 65 steps to find out that the rest of the trail is closed. You can get a nice view of the falls still and there are benches to rest at bottom.

Waterfall is beautiful and relaxing to listen to. Another great place to watch birds. Only real negative is you can hear the highway.

Very scenic place close to the Koa . It is worth stopping by hit I wish you could use a trail to the bottom off the falls . Looks like it would be fun to swim in .

Beautiful park overlooking the Grand river and a fairly high waterfall- not a lot of trail to hike (much is cordoned off), but worth seeing if you are near Indian Point

A quick short 5 min hike from car down some stairs. Beautiful, peaceful. Has pavilion for sitting with shade .and bathrooms. Not bad at all

It is an excellentcellent park all four seasons. A nice place after grabbing some lunch at store to sit and listen to the waterfall and the sounds of nature. A hidden gem that most of the people passing through on I-90 never realize that it is here. I have even seen deer at the bottom of the stairs walking on the trail. Low water levels over the falls is still a nice view. Normal water falling is spectacular, while high water can be breath taking. The power of a single drop of water combined with many other drops to form a raging torant. Highly recommend and its not too far out of the way.2 sets of stairs to get down to the lower level where there is a viewing platform.

Beautiful scenery with a mid-sized waterfall river runs through the park. Great place for hiking walking jogging and exercise. Free parking with handicap parking available. Restrooms a facility are handicap friendly. Good for fishing, family picnics. Fairly close to shopping, restaurants

Great place to go to appreciate the beauty of Gods magnificent creation. With the sound of the cascading waterfall one can easily spend time with God in prayer.

I grew up around here and this park has always been a favorite to relax hike smoke pot, the usual things you do as a teen. Great place though really beautiful.

Beautiful, reminded me of Gooseberry Falls in Northern MN.

Melt water covering the whole thing, chill to see. Dog didnt appreciate it due to a lack of squirrels

By 1850, surrounding forests had been felled and prosperity began to decline. With the lumber supply gone and new technological advances, water power was no longer needed. The area fell to ruin and many of the settlers moved to neighboring cities. In 1974, the area was named Paine Falls and was dedicated as a park by Lake Metroparks.View the beautiful waterfall from an overlook along the trail. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go down the bottom of the falls.

Not much space for walking but a very nice waterfall and peaceful vantage point when its not crowded.

Nice park with bathrooms, easily accessible and the view is great. Would like to return in the fall to see the colors. A must see if you are in the Cleveland area. It’s free and it’s a nice place to make a pit stop.

Used to be one of the best places in Lake County to hang out

Used to be able to jump off the falls in the late 90s, but like everything else, some non-athletic jerk couldnt make the jump and got hurt. Now you can only look at them. Still awesome.

I went here with high hopes because of the great reviews but was extremely disappointed. There is an extremely small trail that you cant even slightly consider to be a nature walk because it is seriously that short, you cant go anywhere near the water, no handicap access, you have to walk down a long set of steps just to walk 20 feet more to the sitting place to see the tiny waterfall and then thats literally it. We wasted an hour all together driving there then driving back because of how disappointing it was. We spent about 10 minutes here maybe even less. I reccomend going to the Chagrin River Park instead. There isnt a waterfall there but there is a much better nature walk and you can actually go to the water.

Quick short scenic visit.

Small park - just North East of Cleveland of I-90. A good place to take a quick break if youre on I-90 traveling between East Coast and Chicago. Rest rooms, benches, picnic area, and short rails offer an easy and quiet break.

Grandkids loved it. Played in pool at bottom of falls & so did a beaver.

You cant get down to the falls or the stream or anything its really a worthless Park

Its a really beautiful spot to visit and maybe picnic. There are restrooms and a nice pavillion with tables. There is a grill for charcoal cooking. There is a real nice stairway down to view the river but there is no allowable access to the water. It is a shame but understandable.
