This place is always busy but always delicious! The Tea Leaf Salad with no shrimp, coconut rice and a spicy tofu are a great combo...especially for vegan peeps.

They always have the best popcorn candy and drinks they have the best seats and movies go there

This theater is nice and all the people that work here are super friendly. I am used to the nicer more comfier seats that recline from the theater by my house but these are ok. And unlike most other theaters, they do give military discount here but you have to buy your tickets inside at the counter.

Pretty clean facilities and wide variety of snacks. I like going here for my movie nights. Staff are friendly enough while the set up is easy to navigate.

This is a great theater with the best picture and sound quality. Only complaint is the seats are a little smooshed together and getting the back of your seat kicked on busy movie premiers is a possibility.

They have many, many, movies. I wish they had reclining chairs. I also wish they had more Indie movies. They mostly play the big blockbuster movies . They have a huge and diverse snack bar. I am happy to say the theaters and bathrooms are usually very clean. We enjoy watching a movie there.

Only the 2nd time Ive been as of tonight to see Sonic The Hedgehog but this theater is as impressive as the 1st time I was there. Ticket system and self-serve concession stand are state of the art and top notch. XD theater is as advertised. A most excellent place to see a movie.

Went to this movie theater with our grandkids. The movie theatre is actually quite nice. The main thing that prevented me from leaving a 5 star review is the lack of reclining seats. The snack bar is quite large with a huge assortment of snack items.Seating is assigned, which I thought was a nice feature. There is one large Imax theatre that I have seen movies in before, which is very nice.

Watched incredible 2 in 3d. Parking structure is nice. Reserve seating is nice. Seems like leather seats. No complaint.

The Century Riverpark 16 and XD is an amazing theater that like the previous location at Johnson Drive it presents an amazing and relaxing experience while being able to enjoy the movies. I would give this theater a 9/10 because even though it has great seating and a variety of unique and interesting ways to see movies. There prices for films and concussions are a little steep in this economy. I would recommend coming to the Century when you have enough to go for a nice night at the movies.

Went to Frozen 2. Pretty good. Most people must not remember that marshmallow was at the end of the first one. Theres a little more after the credits on this one too.

The theater was nice with good seats that reclined a bit. It was pretty clean. The movie started a full 25 minutes after the published time and after a boatload of repetitive advertising and 4 or 5 previews. People in the audience were groaning each time yet another ad was shown. It really detracted from the experience.

Very good movie if you like My hero academia take it from a 13 year old who loves anime.

A beautiful shopping mall. Very large, spread out and open air style mall. No floors of closed in walls here. Has a Target and a Whole Foods Market. Many up scale shopping stores. Men and Women. One of the best food courts Ive ever seen. I go there just for the food court. Also way too many bars and restaurants to mention. A fantastic movie theater. I use for many of my movie days. Plenty of parking, but on weekends and major Holidays can be a challenge. A drive around the back side by the movie theater is best. Pass the Target and first two entrances to take the last road to the mall. I highly recommend this location. During Xmas season I usually go to movies at Venture theater downtown. Although parking can be a challenge there also.

I had a horrible experience here. All I can say is the person who was suppose to be helping me was more like a rude annoying manager named Kally. She was horribly rude and super unhelpful. It’s like her job was to create the worst possible experience. Do they just have anyone as a manager at this theater because she definitely should not be one.

Parking is quite a distance from the theatre. There are long, long lines to purchase tickets( what happened to opening up more than one window?) A very busy concession stand with one cashier and more long lines! In general, it is a crowded, poorly organized theatre with the loudest hand dryers I have ever experienced!!

Great facility and movie selection. Glad theyre pretty up to day on seating and online ticket purchases. Always had nice encounters with staff when getting food. I have had lots of problems here with people on their phones frequently during movies. Attented an early screening of Onward last weekend. Someone in the very front row was on and off their phone most the movie and scrolling facebook once for honestly 20 minutes straight. All while a staff member was standing at the stairs the entire movie and never asked them to put up their phone. One, people please dont be rude, especially at an early screening. And the silence your phones message definitely needs to be played right before the movie kicks, NOT before the 24-27 minutes of commercials.Oo, and yes. Theatres are on a rough trend of playing 20-30 minutes of trailers before movies these days. And this one is especially bad about it. By the time the movie starts I forget what Im there to see. I honestly recommend coming no earlier than 10 minutes AFTER the posted time. Unless you dont mind waiting a long time for the movie to start.

Nice theatre, has standard seats not the big recliners, but comfortable. Nice employees. Restaurants right there but are expensive.

Nice Rock music, good atmosphere, friendly staff, reasonably happy hour food prices.

Popcorn is good plus they also have kettle corn. I get half N half Large popcorn and tell them to put regular popcorn on the bottom and kettle corn on the top. I have TMobile and service is like non-existent Deadzone Is imminent

I am a active duty Navy Sailor. Visiting Oxnard pulling in from sea for a day and wanted just go see a movie and I go to buy a ticket and the ticket person says I am not going to be able to sale you a ticket because you have a back pack. We have a no bag policy. I told her maam my back pack is empty I carry it because Im not from here on travel and I dont have a car to store it. Do you have a place to store it or just check it. She calls her manager to ask if its ok for me to come in with the empty back pack. And he is like no. I told I fight for my country with a back pack on my back but not see a movie. Wow this theater get two thumbs down. This policy needs to change or they need storage for people.

We always like this place because they do the unique things....opera, ballet and old movies. We take grandma to the opera, the dancer to the ballet and all of just saw True Grit on the big screen. If you sign up for their announcements you get coupons for free popcorn and discounts.

I really like this place. So many choices to pick from.

The best movies theater in Oxnard clean and great customer service

Great theater! So clean and neat! The staff was okay! But the biggest problem was the lack of information on their website about the dates, times, and closed captioned!The cashier and the other people did not tell us about a device for four deaf kids I came in from YMCA where I volunteered today!We thought the movie would show the words on the screen like weve seen on TV!And I wasnt the only one who complained about it. I saw an old man complained about it at the counter and asked for a refund.Obviously these young employees do not know to communicate and sell in public!They just sit around and do nothing like a bunch of little mice!My deaf kids are more outspoken than them!Embarrassing!!

I had the your purse is too large experience just now. After paying for tickets, drinks, etc. Was told to put it in the car. The same purse Ive been taking in that very same theatre for the past 4 months. Even offered to let them search it. All the idiot manager would say was theres nothing I can do. Repeatedly. Im sorry but an expensive purse with credit cards etc. in the car at Christmas time in Oxnard. I think not. We left and I do not plan to return. They lost my repeat business.

Theater was filthy, and my gf was spoken to rudely about having a back pack and how she couldnt take it in the theater. Then the manager gitninvolved and he wasnt any nicer than the rude lady taking tickets. Will not return. EVER!

I love this theater its confterble!

The staff here is so friendly! Especially the short haired Asian girl who is in their little cafe area. Their espresso machine seemed to be out of service, but she provided alternatives which truly seemed like she cared about making us happy. The person with lime green nails was also nice in providing us with extra on our drinks. Thanks for a memorable experience!

I forgot why we quit going there until today, the bag policy is unacceptable, especially when you see the rules dont apply for everyone. This was the second and last time we plan on attending movies there.

Love seeing movies here! The theater is big and clean, and the prices are reasonable. Not any different from what youd pay at another theater, really. Plus, they have ways to save with discount days and their movie club. The location is great too! Plenty of restaurants around for food and drinks before or after the show.

My go to place for a movie, the staff is always cleaning and they feature a wide variety of commercialized movies. I wish the would have documentaries and foriegn films.The junk food selection is very typical for a movie theater.

The theater is nice but needs to be upgraded like the Roxy theater in Camarillo. Their XD is big and keeps everyone entertained.. not a bad place to see a flick.. but needs to be cleaned up a bit..

This a beautiful and well run theater compared to a few others in Oxnard/Ventura. The food is always fresh and made right in front of you. Also, the people ranting about the “bag policy” obviously had such a big purse that it was against their safety violations. They know you’re sneaking in food and they don’t care. Take it inside, Tonya, and leave that fake Gucci bag in the car. The bag policy has been established for over a year now and most of the time they’re lenient about it if you’re cool. Flipping out on them isn’t gonna make them take your side.I digress. Good theater in a safe neighborhood. 10/10 recommendation

Clean & well maintained. Unfortunately the are discontinuing $7 Tuesdays unless you buy a membership to their movie club with a $9.99 monthly.

This friday, will be there to caught some fantastic movie. Maybe abominable, or Adams family or else. Saturday the 19, the aftermath of our outing. Well it was ABOMINABLE, just what I really wanted to watch, the right ingredients, we all loved it, violin playing, sweet, hard work, dreams fulfilled a cute couple. The innocence of a child and the prospects of the unimaginable. Great, actually only a handful of children, teenagers and up in there. I am asking my older teenager he gave it an 8, Niko gave it a 7, I think, Derek says a 7 and I did not ask Ligaya. I will give it an 8. We had a blast, my private setting worked perfectly, no reclining seats but I think only cause I requested L row front and center, if I remember correctly attendant mentioned if I wanted this or that I could have recliners but front and center was more important at the moment, the teenagers brough it up but did not complain one bit. So overall, our experience again was MAGNIFIC, the parking superb, we had plenty of popcorn and candy, I used my common sense and we did not buy sodas, I provided small bottles of coke. Although, I avoid superpack places, I almost could say, this one is worth it 200%.

Pretty relaxing just make sure you go around noon when no ones there you can enjoy it even more

The century theater here is actually quite nice and its very new with quite plush seats. The prices are usual with a theater so noting to new but its a good new addition.

It does exactly what a movie theater needs to do.

The concession stand can use a differnet organizational method for patrons.. Otherwise our family visits and loves this theatre!

Usually clean with very courteous staff.

Went to go see Hobbs and Shaw last week. And 45 minutes into the movie the projector turned off and we the people in the auditorium waited for 10 minutes before the projector turned on again. I understand that it was just technical difficulties, but the staff was so chill that the soda and the popcorn refills were on them. I like that their customer service cared for the needs of the people watching the movies

Large theater, has a small arcade. Prices are a little higher than your average theater, but it has all the latest in what you would expect from a theater. This said, I havent yet seen a movie there in a theater with lounge seating (I do not know for sure if they do it do not have one.

Clean and well maintained. Excellent snack selection well priced. Staff is friendly and well trained. They show Fathom Events. There was a problem with the speakers in Auditorium 9, asked the ticket taker, she got the manager, got an apology & a speaker adjustment & a refund. Great service.

We love this movie theater. The assigned seating takes the pressure and hassle off of seating and you don’t need to show up half and hour early to secure ‘good spots’. Movie picture and sound are always high quality. The seats are comfy enough and the theaters always seem pretty clean. The concessions are great and they have a real Starbucks station. We drive here from Simi because we love the theater and the area. Will keep coming back here as long as we live close enough!

I like this movie theater because they have comfortable seats, its in a nice area, safe and its clean. Plus it has a huge selection of snacks or food . They have pizza, nachos, hot dogs, and ice cream .

Big open area as you walk in with a mini arcade area on the left. Ticket price is normal. On Sunday and Tuesday the tickets are $5. But they changed it to were you have to choose seating when you buy your tickets. It does get busy these days so be sure to order tickets earlier. Wonderful staff. Clean and modern.

Wont allow backpacks even if you offer them to search and hold it. if youre active duty visiting Port Hueneme dont bring a bag if you want to see a movie here.

Great movie theater, the best one around actually since the other two that I know of are very old. Fresh popcorn, ice cream, even a small Starbucks inside if you like it. Only thing I dont like are the jalapeños for the nachos... Its the only thing that tastes bad. Besides that, great place to hangout with friends/family!

This place used to be on the other side of the bridge called Century 16 till they moved into their new location here a couple of years ago. The XD is a little pricier but well worth it. All the in this theater seats are always clean and super comfortable in my experience. Overall a very nice modern movie theater with shopping / restaurants nearby. Great place for tourist or a date.
