Love to walk here, especially at sunset. walking the neighborhood to coffee bean with my grandma and her dog is always nice. Also, there is no skateboarding.. please respect the neighborhood rules while visiting. A skateboarder injured a woman on the path recently.

This place is amazing! As you walk along the sidewalk next to the water you forget that your next to a major street traveling through town. Its very peaceful & relaxing. You can rent watercraft & they have a couple places for you to launch your own watercraft. Lots of space to walk & enjoy the area. Respect the residents in the area. Great place to enjoy the scenery while supporting the restaurants close by.

Sam. Sara (captains wife) and Jeff went out of theyre way to teach me how to fish. Obtain a basic understanding of the Ocean and make my familys fishing trip one if the best days in our life

My daily walk 3 miles from Hemlock to around the island and back. Wonderful air, I can breath without car fumes.Only if your a walker, runner, etc. the two public toilets on the path are maintained by the City of Oxnard and for some reason are not very hygienic. Urinals dont flush, go uncleaned, overflow. Sometimes one side is open the other is closed. I dont see many vagrants in this area so why is City Maintenance or City Corps making such a disgraceful mark on this beautiful island walk?

Seabridge Marina is a great place to relax, take a stroll and admire the boats/homes or even exercise. Ive used the wide pathways to go for 5k runs. The scenery is amazing as youre constantly looking at nice boats, yachts and homes. Ive spotted wildlife here as well such as herons and jellyfish. Beautiful area!

The clean, open walking area and space gives peaceful vibes. The boats neatly parked is a nice view too. The whole place is honestly a cool location. Yolandas mexican restaurant is there too, in my opinion, their food is pretty yummy.

The gondola ride, always super fun, during summer we tried to rent a small boat but I did not get the hang of it fast enough and our captain opted for safety over else, my hat off to you, will be back.

Best Marina Ever I wish I had a few Boats to dock here. You have to see how nice it really is shopping is a Dingy ride under the Sea Bridge and Restaurants everywhere even a park for the kids with the pirate theme going on 2 wishing wells with Disney like characters telling a story as you walk around the waterfront a pedestrians heaven including a ped only bridge as mentioned above.

Its a beautiful and serene place to picnic and take a walk in. The view is beautiful! You can ride along the harbor on a boat, kayak or get q ride on a gandola

This is a great place to go for a walk or run with or without your dog. You can rent kayaks or electric boats here as well from noon till dusk. Coffee Bean or Starbucks (in Vons), a juice place and restaurants, Anaba Sushi being an excellent one. I live here but folks come from LA to spend the day and enjoy.

Doug at Seabridge Marina is exceptional, his customer service, speed of responses, and overall friendliness makes him a joy to speak with. This Marina is visually stunning and has so much to offer.

Beautiful marina closest to the Channel Islands, great weather, many walking/biking paths and parks, clean, uncrowded, wide beaches, easy parking.

Great area for running/walking along the Marina. There is a relaxing/calming feeling. The walkways are wide and there are workout areas along the route. You will also find a picnic and childrens play area side by side. There are also restaurants, coffee, juice, yogurt, 24 hour fitness, and a grocery store within the complex.

Amenities have been reduced to nothing but the price is a little lower that others in the areaDont dock your boat there. The website is far outdated and you get NOTHING but a dock. No facilities, poor maintenance, no security and parking is bad and a long way from your boat. Not nearly as good as when we first brought our boat there

Best Marina in Channel Islands. The lounge is like a boutique hotel with a big TV room and a free laundry with new, front loading washers. The baths include huge, private showering rooms and solid surface counters. Restaurants, coffee bars and a grocery store are all within walking distance. They have a bunch of full-time spots open, but the only downside is that your vessel has to fit under the bridge to get there. As a power boat owner, that means I dont have to listen to the clang of sailboat riggings.

Dont Moor your boat there. It is not what is promised at all on the web sight. You do not get what they list and they raised the price recently. All that were promised have been greatly reduced at the same time the proces went up 15%Also, changes take place with NO notice. As well, trying to get any updates from the management on what is happening, impossibleVery very disappointing.SH
