Ive never had an issue at this location, no problems going there. Every one Ive encountered as been nice, social distancing had been cool. The waitress needs to pay more attention to who orders what instead of adding other people orders together. The parties involved had to fix things amongst themselves but it was all good

Hot good food. Clean bathrooms. Great customer service. Variety of games. Decent prices. Military discount. Social distancing observed. Menus are digital (take a picture and it takes you directly to their menu). MASK REQUIRED. They have them for sale for $1. Nice to get out of the house for a little and still feel fairly safe. Would definitely visit again. Be sure to download the app.

Came here with my son and we had a blast. I havent been to a Dave and Busters in awhile but Im glad we chose to go there today. Lots of fun, food was great and we won a Sonic doll. Staff was pleasant and the two at the cash in area for games, worked well together to solve a problem for me, which is always pleasant to see!

Came here the other night with the family for dinner and some arcades. Fun atmosphere and definitely dont have to worry about the kids bothering other guests. Got the token and meal which is recommended if you planning to play. The pasta steak and shrimp dish was good.

Took our cousins to it for first time and we all had a good time. Good food, fun games, just hate that Covid prohibited us from playing some of the games.

The food here has not disappointed and the service is good. Ordered delivery for the first time and today and the family was happy. Until the dairy kicked in. That was the only negative we had other than that all the sliders tasted great.Lol

The food was really good. I had the vegetarian burger and it was great. The French fries were nice and firm and hot. The only thing I didnt like was it was very noisy. They had games all over the place. If you had kids Im sure they would like it very much.

My wife and I came here for date night. First time here and probably won’t be repeat customers. While the food was decent, the waiter was beyond sub par. While there were less than 10 tables total with people at them, we were only checked on 1 time after we got our food. I wasn’t even able to get a refill on my $3 coke. After dropping the bill off, it took another almost 10 minutes before he came back to actually get it and process the card. I’m not one to be hard on waiters/waitresses normally but this is absolutely ridiculous. If you want to have decent over priced food but poor service, this is the place to come.

Family and I went to Dave & Buster’s on July 24, 2020. First time we have been to the one at this location. The food was amazing. The games were great. We had a blast. We will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend Dave & Buster’s in Overland Park, Kansas.

Boatload of fun and food and drink that wont kill you! Im not there to eat so its okay that Im not that impressed with their food. And the drinks can get you drunk so thats pretty cool. I enjoy the basketball connect-four the most of all their games. Clean and VERY nice looking place, huge so its impressive that they maintain it so well. The staff is great and Ive never had any problems in about 10 visits. Thanks guys!

The interaction I had with management was great. My only complaint is the technology. It seems they have a lot of difficulty with the cards and ensuring access to what you are paying for.

Great place. Followed social distancing, and everyone had a mask. Saw an employee walking around and sanitizing while I was there. A good time in these dark times.

The games were fun, but the meals were a bit pricey

I was extremely disappointed with the service and staff my first time visiting here this past weekend. It was my birthday and we thought we would do something fun. We were originally going to go somewhere else for dinner, but saw this place had food so decided we would do everything at one place. It was busy, but not overly busy, around 8:30pm. We decided to sit at the bar, the bartenders were completely ignoring us and mostly talking to each other, it took about 25 minutes before we even got someone to get drinks for us, we were about to just leave. My friend ordered the chips and salsa appetizer and they forgot her chips, so when she asked for them the guy gave a little scuff noise like it was an inconvenience. No one ever checked on us to ask how our food was, and again it took 20-25 minutes to get their attention so we could pay our bill. Overall it took over an hour and a half just for us to order, eat food, and pay. I dont like going to a place where the workers make you feel like such an inconvenience.

If it wasnt for the covid pandemic, I would give this place 4 stars. Due to covid Im rating a 2 out of 5 stars because they really dont have any procedures in place for what is going on. Yes, there is a bottle of hand sanitizer on a table but other than that nothing. No one is wiping down equipment or games. No one is cleaning tables after guest dine. People are allowed to not wear mask. Its a mess.Follow up:I am aware of what the site says about covid procedures. However, they are not being followed.

I spent good money for steak for fathers day. Not only did I have to repeat my order twice, the waiter didnt bring what I ordered. Then the steak was so rare I couldnt barely eat it, annnnnnd I know if I have it cooked more itll actually ruin a good steak so I plowed on with the butter knife I was given to eat with instead of a steak knife. The steak also had no flavor, this was absolutely not a new York strip. I spent over 500 this month round abouts with my Daughter and after todayIm honestly going to either a different location or honestly find something else to spend my money on from now on

The manager refused to enforce the mask order. The place was filled with maskless people everywhere. If youre one of the people that believes against mask wearing-this is the place for you. You can spread all sorts of deadly diseases til your hearts content. If youre someone that doesnt want deadly diseases-stay far away. Dont even tease your kids.

Im glad theyre open during this, albeit with precautions. Go on Wednesdays so you get half off games, and be a decent member of society as well by wearing a mask and using gloves or sanitizer often.

The variety and quality of the games is great. We had a lot of fun on the game floor.The food leaves a little to be desired. I guess I expected it to be Chilis quality of food. The smokehouse ribs that came with the bar sliders tasted like packaged food. The sliders were ok. My daughter did like her avocado lettuce wraps.Its a cool place and could be great. Food quality just needs improvement.

My wife and I love bringing our 1 and 4 year old sons here on Wednesdays. Why Wednesdays? They have half priced games all day! I would have given them 5 stars for cleanness, which they are, and friendly which they definitely are too. But they lose a because every single time they have a promotion in the app it will never allow the transaction to go through. The first one they had when I downloaded the app was great. But all other promotions failed to process. Still a great place to have fun!

I went to Dave&Busters for the first time ever in my life and had a blast! Not only was the customer service great, the food was too! They have all types of games and cool things to do! There is also a Jurassic World VR experience game that was pretty awesome and crazy real... Well to me it was like a 4D movie where you feel like you are really there! If you have not been here you should go! Definitely will be returning!

Love this place....always fun for the whole family. Costs about $50 to $70 to really have fun for a while but its one of our favorite spots to go when its cold out and you are bored

We like to have our birthday parties here. Dollar for dollar its a really good deal and its been the most affordable place to have a party. The staff is really nice too. I highly recommend it. Weve also gone for normal daily play and weve done some company parties there and it has always been really nice.

One of my favorite places to go for great food and fun times with family and friends. The games are switched out often so it mixes it up, they always have the game on for different teams playing so I don’t miss out of the current baseball, basketball or football game! I do wish they had specials sometimes because it’s not cheap but I enjoy it anyway lol

Service was good and Food, But it took a little bit longer for the food to be taken to us but overall it was great!

D&Bs is a great family place for kids and adults alike. There are games for every skill level. The reason I give them a mid level rating is because the service is so hit and miss.

Fun games, enjoy the atmosphere and high prices. Not the best value for your money.

We had a great time tonight. The $20 free play option allowed me to play almost everything in the building. It was great!

We had a great time for my daughters 10th birthday! The food and the staff were awesome. Our waitress Briana was so patient and we had another person wait on us who may have been a manager and unfortunately I did not get his name but he was also amazing! Looking forward to going back!

I went here for a birthday party. I really enjoyed the food everything I tried was really good. I would have given Dave & Busters 5 stars but the prices were way too high. The arcade part was pretty clean and had a large variety of games to choose from. I would recommend for a party or fun get together. However your wallet might be a little sore afterwards.

We did the eat and play combo. The service at the restaurant was great, the food was awesome, and the games were super fun. Oh and there was plenty of sanitizer stations! Big plus.

We always have a good time here, close to the house, and if we need to eat the food is better than main event. Affordable fun for sure.

Menu is great for food/drinks. The unlimited play is a bit misleading. Only covers half of the games. If anything, they should just disable the ticket winnings for unlimited play, so the little kids can actually utilize this special, and have fun.

I love this location! The staff was nice & accommodating the manager even jumped in our pic which I didnt mind at all...

The Food and drinks were not only way Overpriced but also got my girlfriend and I sick just hours after. Workers were severely Understaffed and adolescent. Also having zero hand washing stations everything we touched had a greasy, slimy feeling. This location deserves less than a star. However the location by the RaceTrack is still up to par. If i ever want to go to a D&Bs again it will be there.. Highly disappointed.

Hadnt been in a D&B for a few years. Lots have changed and it was a ton of fun. New games all over. Perfect for family and friends.

Foods not bad the wings are super SALTY wont order them again. Buffalo Wild Wings is much much better for wings but the other items are great. The game play is fun!! Make sure to sign up for there emails they always sending tons of coupons!!! Lots and lots of Tvs to watch games on!

The game section was great, actually worth the money spent. The ticket cash out ratio is poor, but thats standard for these types of environments. The dining section was not so great. The service was slow. The food, outside of the cheese curds, was lackluster. The server missed one add-on item when taking our order and the requested change to another item was poorly executed by the cook staff.

I had a pretty great time with my loved ones. They have old school games of skill, the newest VR ride, and everything in between. The drinks are great too

Went on Friday night. Place was under staffed, the server ignored us and I had to go to the front desk to be seated. Once I was seated I waited 10 minutes before anyone even came to check on me. They only had 6 tables seated so it just seemed like no one knew what customer service was. I walked out. I like Dave and Busters but would recommend going to the one in Legends. The one in Overland is awful.

My daughter turned 6 and she wanted to go to chuck e cheese, but her brother and I talked her into going here instead. Its located near my home. Its a large inviting space. An elevator is available if needed. Also a family/unisex bathroom. Tons of games for all ages. We went on a Wednesday where we got half price games. Make sure to keep your gaming card bc youll pay a $2 fee for activating it, but its a one time fee per card. Tickets are loaded on your card as well. We were charged twice for one game, but they quickly handled it. Staff are all very friendly, visible all over, and knowledgeable. There was one staff member in the prize section that especially sweet. We will definitely go there again! No need to drive to the legends any more.8/31/17Had to update my rating. Ate at the restaurant for lunch and was disappointed. My daughter had kids meal of 3 tiny chicken fingers and a few fries $6.95 and it DID NOT come with a drink. I ordered mountain of nachos and you can see in the pic where there were so many chips left bc of lack of toppings...$12.95. We also got a slice of cake to share $6 and it was tiny. Definitely NOT a place to eat.

Never been in before but glad I finally came. I went to the one over on Metcalf. Super clean and gives me a chance to release the inner child in me. Also recommend to buy through the app because you get free points - no brainer. Didn’t eat from the food but enjoyed a nice beer and NBA game between free throws. If you haven’t checked it out I would give it a shot at least once . Pun intended

I’ve taken the kids here twice. So much fun! I haven’t been on a weekend, so it’s never been crowded which is nice. Staff are super friendly, food is great, and there are a ton of games. I love that they currently have an unlimited game card for an hour, or if you purchase with a meal for the entire evening. It’s limited to only games with a blue card reader, so it does tend to cut out a lot of the good games. But for the price you can’t beat the card.

Food was bad. Order was wrong. Server was attentive and helpful. Many games were broken without a sign so you waste your money not knowing it doesnt work. Beer selection wasnt great. I wouldnt eat here again.

This is place is fun and very clean I had an issue here and they have fixed it for me and very friendly me and family have already started to come here regularly.

My partner and I came to take advantage of Half-Price Wednesday. We had a BLAST. It was the perfect amount of not crowded and with the games being reasonably priced, a little went a long way. I also liked how clean and for the most part, accessible, everything was . We will definitely come back again.

The games on Wednesday are half price which makes it much more affordable & fun! The food & service however is very mediocre. Id advise eating somewhere else & going there for games & fun.*updated to 4 stars on 3/2/19 food is much better

Had an awesome night here! The girl in the prize area and the gentleman in the interactive arcade ride were awesome! Both had people ask them the same questions 10,000 times and didn’t once get angry or short! They kept the same positive attitude. This was on October 19th at 730pm for help with identifying who they are! They definitely deserve something special! Thanks for making my sons night great!

Super fun place. Great specials, food is great (one time they messed up my steak but fixed it immediately without even being asked) and such a fun place day or night. Safe feeling and clean, and every employee we encountered, every time, was super attentive, helpful and friendly. Great place for everyone: little or big kids, Adults or teens.

My family and I went for my sons 10th birthday, and had an amazing time. I spent $124 my which was reasonable for 4 kids, which allowed them to play for 4 hours.

We took my son here for a couple of hours on his birthday last weekend. He had a great time, but there were some games that were out of order and some did not work after taking our credits.

We enjoyed the movie.However, we were assigned the incorrect move that we asked for. They rectified their mistakes, and were very apologetic. They offered to give us free movie tickets to the next viewing of the correct movie.Thankfully we we not bound to any time constraints; because the new movie started 2.5 hours from when were reassigned.....Hey, at least we got in same day ;)Concessions are insanely expensive. I suggest buying a Stubbs membership, if you and your family frequently go to this theatre.

Second time here and again terrible service. He came to our table more when we were waiting for our friends to join us then when we were all sat at the table. And I do understand that it’s a play and eat kind of place but I was absolutely crazy that we paid almost 40$ (with small tip- due to lack of service and not the best when he was there) for two people to have an appetizer and two drinks from the bar. Probably not going to eat here when visiting again.

This is a pretty fun place! Be prepared to pay like 25-30 dollars each tho. They have a cool prize section and the staff was pretty nice! One guy even gave my friends and I some helpful tips on a game

Very nice establishment! Server was very nice and helpful. Food was good. We went on a weekday evening so it wasn’t busy at all, we could play pretty much any of the games we wanted. Half price games after 9pm was an added bonus! We’ll be back, for sure.

Had a great time. Hadnt been to Dave & Busters in a long time. This location was a bit darker in the arcade area than Im used to. Took my son to a pre noon half price morning. He had a lot of fun and so did I. Have not tried the food at this location yet but Dave and Busters normally has great bar type of food.
