Great fun and affordable place for a child’s birthday party! They recently remodeled and the design is very good for younger children who really enjoy it. I only give it four stars because they are notorious for having bad ticket prizes compared to a few other places. My daughter had a lot of tickets and she really enjoys picking out all the junk she gets from them, she doesn’t like that part as much here. However, we did buy a party pack providing her friends coins tickets pizza and everything and we had many parents come up to us saying the kids were having so much fun with so many tokens. we thought the package was very affordable and she has 12 friends come. Thanks everyone for helping Eva have a good birthday.

It is exactly what you would expect from a Chucky Cheese. The staff was friendly and the pizza was actually fairly good for Chucky Cheese. Minus 1 star because it could have been a little cleaner.

Geared for children under 10. Games are a little dated. Kids will enjoy the pizza but dont expect Minskys quality. The Macot made plenty of rounds and did a great job making sure every kid got a high five. Lines were slow as kids turned in their tickets for prizes. Fantastic area for Wheelchair access with good spacing around the tables and games. Kids will have a great time.

My son absolutely loves this Chuck E. Cheese. I have taken him to a few locations around the metro and this one is by far his favorite. He loves the TMNT game. The unlimited play cards are awesome as well. When we visited the last time I even noticed the employees walking around to all of the machines and swiping their free play cards allowing all the kids to get a few free games in. I would highly recommend this Chuck E. Cheese for any children between the ages of 2-12.

Generally over priced for food. Best bet is to eat before going there. This one has a salad bar, for $9. Its a basic salad bar. Not worth $9. Drink cups are pretty small, but you have unlimited refills. The little kid games are in their own corner which is nice because you dont have worry about them getting pushed around. We went early afternoon on a Sunday and it wasnt too busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bathrooms decent.

The lady working with my nephews party was amazing & the male game tech they had was phenomenal. Both helped to make up for the confusion with my nephews party. Would have been better if all the sodas were stocked & the salad bar wasnt so expensive... The pizzas were more for the kids & werent very appealing to the adults... Messing up my nephews party when the reservation was set in advance 2 months ago however was not cool in the slightest... Made sure the kids had fun but ALL the adults were upset... I will not be going back... Common sense is out the window there as well as communication... Sad times indeed that Chuck E. Cheese has changed into a negative impact on the way my kids look at things. Even my 12 yr old could cook & present better... O & they got to provide their own cake for the 300$ package my sister & brother purchased...

Originally went to this location all of my life but recently went back last March for my daughters birthday and it was very packed and cramped, went to another birthday on Friday and it was absolutely amazing the staff was great the manager was a great overall a wonderful experience for me and my kids.

Ive been lucky the few times my family and I have gone celebrating our kids birthdays. Our host each time was excellent. Other hosts not so much. It gets very busy in the later afternoon. Machine are often out of order as is the ticket turn in machines. While we were one of three families there, my daughter left her play pass card at a game machine and one of the other adults took it! Beware of customers. Location seems to attract bad crowds. Have heard other stories. Most adults are not watching their kids. Its the better one of two locations in my state for many miles. Would go to another location if there was one closer.

I thought I would hate it but I love it. The food is just terrible and all the games are covered in grease and boogers, however once we get past that it is fun. Its a video game arcade focused towards children. You can pay for number of games or time on games. My daughter and I love going here and playing 2 person games together. Wide variety of games for all ages.

I havent been to a Chuck E. Cheese since I was a youngster, and to be able to bring my toddler here for her experience just brings back memories...but also noticing that there has been many changes with the games, tickets, and not to mention - the new version of Chuck E Cheese(just to name a few) is just mind blowing... kids today will never understand how things work back in the 90s. Overall, it was a pretty good experience

The play card for an hour is a good value. Decent salad bar. Serve beer. If you havent gone her since they remodeled you should try this out again.

Cleanliness of this place is 1 star. Everything is just video games anymore. Call me an old soul but this just isnt the chuck e cheese I grew up with.

Its been years since I went to Chuck E Cheese with my kids. We took our grandson for his 7th birthday and man it sure had changed. A big menu of a variety of food and yes, even beer. And I LOVE the pay for the minutes way.. we put 20.00 on the card and all 3 of us played tons of games on that. It was crazy busy but the young ppl working there were still very friendly and helpful and seemingly unfazed by the madness.I would go back.

Chuck E. Cheese is a lot better than when I was a kid. Their customer service is great too. I thought their pizza was going to be horrible. I was wrong. It wasnt the greatist pizza I have ever had, but I didnt go here for the pizza. I went here for the games and they delivered on that. My kids had a great time and I will consider having my younger sons birthday parties here.

Overall had a nice time here- came for a friend of my daughters birthday. The kid’s all really enjoyed themselves.The reason I am giving two stars is because of some staff members attitudes towards the kids. A woman that seemed to be “leading” the three birthday celebrations that were going on was extremely brash and short with the kid’s. The birthday boy of the party we were attending is disabled, and non verbal. She asked him a question, and when he looked at her but didn’t answer she rolled her eyes, shook her head and stormed off. I was absolutely appalled. I don’t expect all Chuck E. Cheese employees to have training to know how to work with disabled kids, but this was simply a matter of being mean and short, to a child, for no reason.I understand that working with small kids can be tiring, but surely there has been some type of training on what is appropriate, what is not, etc. etc. This woman’s behavior even made my daughter uncomfortable and she kept leaving the dance floor/party area to come stand by me because she was scared of her. The two men leading the birthdays as well were quite nice and good with the kids.

Visited this Chuck E Cheese location about two weeks ago for my daughter and sons birthday. It was updated and looked so nice inside and the employees were very nice and entertaining towards the children. I like the option they give for play time now by purchasing minutes to play instead of the normal way. Overall my kids enjoyed their day there and we will definitely be back again. Also there was a very sweet woman by the name of Mahogany working there, she was very personable and made sure me and my kids had a good time and we were alright every chance she got! She deserves praise.

We had both of my granddaughters birthday parties her this year (2019). The kids loved it, the kids had the time of their little lives. That being said, the kids were satisfied that is why they are getting 3 stars not one. My complaint is not anything I think they could fix anyway. They had way too many parties going on at once and it was way too crowded for the adults to have any kind of fun.

We had a birthday party. The kids had fun but the manager was rude. The plates they brought out was in a nasty container. Its pretty gross that our utensils were in this. And whatever plates arent used at a party are brought back in back and then brought out for the next party without knowing how many kids touched them. Just doesnt seem sanitary.

The staff are all so kind, friendly and helpful. They are personable and they even clean the machines. Chuckie Cheeses himself if patient and kind to the children. The place is not too packed and the restrooms are clean and tended to very frequently. We are so happy with the OP Metcalf location!!

14.99 for an hour of endless play on Wednesday! Loved it. The kids loved it and they got some cool prizes at the end too. I was surprised at the cleanliness of the salad buffet as well. The dance party with the mouse was cute too and he tossed tickets so the kids could grab them

Ok i totally this place so much,so much fun things to do and (not to brag)...but the very last time I went there yesterday we saved other receipts and tickets and and even played games we knew we could win jackpots and when we added it all up we had 10,832tickets!!!

Horrible service. An employee made a comment that my children were going to end up on a milk carton. It took 4 different employees to cash in my niece and nephews tickets because they just kept walking off. Our party host was awesome though, thats why there is one star. If I could give this place less than one star, I would for sure. We went to a birthday party at this restaurant today, And needless to say this was by far, the most horrific, under serviced and disrespectful experience that I have ever had with customer service at a restaurant.The food is mediocre at best.I know Im referring to a childrens gaming restaurant, but there are still expectations that should be set for any type of establishment that make food and has people come in to be served.Onto the service. I cannot believe how poorly the employees at this establishment treat the customers. We were talked to extremely disrespectful, my friend was told that she was a bad mom and her kid was going end up on a milk carton. Three times while trying to redeem prizes for our children the waitstaff, while in the middle of saying what we wanted, just turned around and walked off. Now, this is not the same person that did it three times, this was three different people on individual occasions in the same visit.My son asked for a cup because his was thrown away by the waitstaff and they refused to fix their mistake by allowing him to have another one. They have it so hot in that restaurant, everyone was sweating, so to expect all these kids to be hot and uncomfortable while not being able to get a drink is a little bit unrealistic of an expectation.We were not treated at all with any type of respect. I can guarantee you that the 25 of us there probably will not be back at any point in the near or far future. Thank you present day Chuck E. Cheese for ruining my childhood memories of such a great pizza place.

If you are going there to eat, dont. I ordered a gluten free pizza crust and it tasted like cardboard. I got a salad also. The salad bar was questionable. Lettus was brown. I had some beets that were bad. I left there and my stomach was upset. Just play the games with your kid.Well organized bday parties.

Although Chuck E. Cheese has been at this location forever, they are still providing fun for the kids. Birthday parties and special get togethers, this place continues to serve pizza, fun and games. And Chuck E Cheese dances with the kids.

We love this place its great for kids and super safe! They are excellent at checking the parents and kids at the exit to make sure they belong to the right grown-ups. At entrance everyone in the group is marked with a special numbered stamp that matches each other. And they do not let you go if its not matching :)

Great day with 10 year old grandson who loved winning game tickets and 18 month old granddaughter who loved all the excitement, rides, pretty lights, noise in general, and Chuck E. Cheese himself. The food was delicious. Anxious for next visit.

Disappointed in our group visit. Pizza wasnt ready, soda machine was broken so the kids couldnt get their unlimited drinks, wasnt told that payment needed to be paid via check or in person and we do not have other options for our large groups so we had to drive 40 miles to make payment. Staff wasnt really helpful either during our time. We will not be returning with our summer camp.

A wonderful woman by the name of Marie was the BEST host and very professional for my daughters 3rd birthday last year. Because of her, we are going to be celebrating her 4th birthday on Sunday at this location! I hope to see Marie and the wonderful staff at this Chuck E. Cheese! I would recommend this location to anyone in Kansas City for their childs birthday party.

I was here for my nephews birthday party, and wow has it changed! There seemed to be a good amount of games to play, but Ill be honest, everyone was at the birthday table when I got there, pizza was being passed around and before I knew it Chuck E. was coming out the back door to greet the birthday kids, we had cake and the kids were off again. Im sure if you had kids and your kids like to have fun, this would be a pretty ideal place to take them.

I like how the remodeled the place and that they offer an unlimited card to play as many games as you want. Thats awesome! Some of the staff was a little standoffish, but nothing crazy. We enjoyed our time, some of the staff could be more friendly. Definitely recommend though!

It was a great experience with the kids. The only thing I didnt like is is they only put out the cinnamon pizza dessert on the buffet. I just thought the desert would be better. But overall had a great time.

This place would have been a 4 or even 5 star but the employee named Maire was extremely rude to us when redeeming the tickets for prizes. My sister, who was the birthday girl, got really scared and she cried because of the way we got treated. The employee threw money at my other sister and she got mad at my cousin for speaking another language. All of this hapenned because the party girl couldnt decide what she wanted. Why the hell work at a place for child entertainment if you are a bitter inpatient person?! Is this what Chuck E Cheeses wants to promote? A racist, rude, embarrassing experience for their customers? A truly disgusting and disappointing experience.

More age appropriate for younger kids than power play. Games that tailor to very young kids along with rides have a dedicated section.Without a doubt, my money went way further here when it comes to playing games than power play.Pizza was not bad. Facility was clean.
