Great experience, from top to bottom. Was very happy with the process of renting the dunk tank as well as the delivery/removal of the dunk tank. Chris was courteous and friendly and answered all my questions. You definitely have it all together! From questions I had, to booking, to confirmation, to delivery and removal, we had great time and a wonderful experience. I will definitely keep you all in mind for future events.

Sondra and her team were awesome at our recent Oktoberfest Event. She engaged the caterer, tables, and chairs - and went above and beyond when a last minute call to the County revealed rules had changed because of COVID. Her team came to the rescue, got the permit, and ensured we had what we needed. Excellent service, and ability to change on a dime. Thank you!

Ive worked with CC&E for probably in the neighborhood of 10 events in the past 5 years at the church where I work. Scheduling is a snap, online payment is a breeze and weve always been 110% impressed with the quality of equipment and set up (inflatables, waterslides) and the skill and range of talent among the guest artists weve brought in (traveling/slight of hand magician, face painter, caracature artist, airbrush tattoo artist). I cannot wait for restrictions to lift so I can have a big blowout bash with all of my church families and some amazing entertainment from CC&E!

We used Sondra and her team for a family birthday party. We rented the 36 obstacle course. It was great. Set up early, picked up right on time. Set Up Team was super friendly, equipment it great condition, and overall customer service amazing!

Ive worked with Creative carnivals for many years for corporate events. The price, service and variety of options for events are great. For the first time I hired a Santa through them. This guy was the real deal. Beautifully costumed, engaging and great with kids. Would highly recommend.

WOW! We have used CC&E for years and every year they are so accommodating. Whether it is communicating beforehand or how wonderfully organized they are at set up and clean up we were all so impressed. Even this past year, in the rain, they worked with us to the last minute to try to ensure we could have some inflatables and events for the event! Would use them every-time we had a large event!

I asked Creative Carnivals to organize a party for our company picnic. The staff brought their children and we had such a great time. Karen from CC&E brought us bounce houses for the children, picnic activities and several caricature artists. Everything went smoothly according to plan. We were able to bring employees and their families together, play with the children as well. All of this wouldnt have been possible without the services of the team at Creative Carnivals. We will definitely do this again after such a great experience.

My wife and I are extremely happy with Creative Carnivals. We rented chairs for our wedding and Sondra made it very easy and was very professional. With all of the things we had to worry about going right this was the least of our worries because of the exceptional service provided. The chairs were just what we wanted and they had no problem setting them up in the place we wanted them. The Gentleman that set up and tore down were very nice and showed up early and did not get in the way whatsoever. We shopped around for a while and they were the least expensive as well. All and all cannot express our gratitude enough. Thank you

I called to asked for prices, Not sure if owner was in a bad mood but was rude. My parents are having there 30 year anniversary and was looking forward in working with them she was not helpful and because i decided that for this occasion I only needed tables and chairs she hung up on me.Really unprofessional! !!We do have company events that we would had asked for there service. But no tks !!!! After she hung up i called back and she didnt want to speck with me she told one of her workers to tell me she was in another line to leave a message.
