I am about to sign my 8 year-old son with this agency. We met CEO Ray the same week we inquired about his agency - loved his quick response!When in Rays office for my sons interview, Ray had many pictures of himself with successful models, along with magazine covers which featured Ray - super cool! My son is about to have his photos taken by a recommended professional tomorrow morning, and Ray will be present to guide the process, which I appreciate. Ray was up front about the costs of the shoot and about putting my son on his website; I appreciate that there are no hidden costs which most agencies have. I am hopeful Ray will promote my son in the modeling industry. Ray seems passionate and he is very knowledgeable due to his plethora of experiences. I am excited about where this process could lead.

I have started my collaboration with career images not too long ago (about 2 months), and have already done my first photo-shoot and fashion show! The first time I got talk to Ray(owner) was over the phone and he amazed me with his personality! He is very kind, generous, and open hearted human! Working with him you dont only get an agent but also get a friend. During my interview(in person) I felt like he was putting a lot of effort into understanding me, my goals, my needs and I am very greatful for that. I’ve been a contracted model with Ray for over a year now and I’m so glad I made the decision to go with him and his agency, Ray is not only an agent but he genuinely cares about everyone he meets and wants to make a connection with you that’s lasting. Raymond is a honest and hard working agent. when my husband and I went to my interview we were both so nervous, but once we met Ray we quickly felt at home. So my experience with Career Images has been short so far, but excellent. Raymond called me directly, in my opinion, showing real devotion to his business and his models, and asked to meet for an interview. Thank you for taking the time to read this review of Career Images and Raymond.First and foremost, Without a doubt, in my opinion, God is working through Raymond and it is amazing!One evening, we (Myself and Family) attended a house party with friends. Which includes Raymond, well, our 12 year old daughter had not met Raymond and all she knew was that he was in modeling. Well, as Raymond was leaving, Skyler took it upon herself to stop him and ask him to look at her designs. Since then, Raymond has put so much time and energy into supporting her and giving her a Hand up to launch her into the fashion design industry including being able to see her designs walk in a runway show.As her parents, yes, we scrambled to get her designs created and doing what we had to do to ensure this would happen. But, Skyler had to do majority of everything and she was involved in every step so that she can really understand every aspect of whats involved and with the continuing support and encouragement from Raymond and us, her level of confidence, focus, self-esteem and most importantly, her gratitude have truly soared!!All of this because one, very creative 12 year old had enough belief and respect to ask one simple question, Would you like to look at my designs?We have had the opportunity to see Raymond in action at a show and get to know him much better and when I say that he is a good person and lets God guide him, I mean it. God timed this perfectly, as a pre-teen in Junior High, she was beginning to struggle with some self-esteem and confidence issues. When I was trying to find an agency that would accept me with open arms and the knowledge to share about this industry, I found zero luck.I found scams, money hungry agnecies packed with unfulfilled promises and all in all just disappointment was my take away from it all. My search for even finding a true person who I could connect with and most importantly a person I could rely on was seeming to be a waste of my time. Then I met Raymond. I set up an appointment with Raymond after completing a phone interview. We scheduled during my 1hr break at work and I let him know I would check how far his office is from my work to confirm. After checking, I called Raymond to reschedule the appointment due to his office being 40 min from my work. I left a message twice and he emailed me to call on the following Monday to reschedule. When I called, Raymond told me we are no longer compatible due to me not showing up to the appointment. I explained it was not a no show as I gave multiple days notice and had a legitimate reason for needing rescheduled. However he stated that no shows to the appointment are an early sign that a person wont show up to bookings. I found this to be very unprofessional and absurd. I would understand if I was a legitimate no show without any notice and called days later asking to reschedule. However that is not what happened. Im not missing out - this agency is. Soo good luck **EDIT** I have included the photos to show the communication I had with Raymond to support my claims. He blatantly lied in his response to my review. There was no accommodating my difficult and changing schedule. This was literally my ONE and ONLY time asking to reschedule. We had only scheduled 1 appointment in which I gave multiple days inadvance a notice to needing to reschedule. Again, I called 3 days (11/14/18 Wednesday) before the appointment, then called the following day, and emailed Raymond after not receiving a call back. All of which was done BEFORE the day of the appointment. He emailed me back the same day (11/15/18 Thursday) and told me to call the following Monday to reschedule. Check my photos and the dates - cant make that up. Our appointment was for 11/16/18 Friday at 12pm.The friend he states I am friends with on Facebook, he refused to name when I asked. I asked because - IM NOT! Suggesting I am from a competing agency is absurd and absolutely ridiculous. The only thing I could possibly think of is if he is referring to friends of mine that are signed to Agencies. But why would I be at fault for being friends with models when I am wanting to pursue that path as well?? I would like to add that the call an 1 hour before appointment - NEVER happened. I didnt even call him Friday because I had already notified him days before.I was already nervous about this Agency due to the news article that was put out in March of 2018 but I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt. However, after this experience with Raymond, I will NEVER suggest this agency to anyone. Lying in response to a negative review shows the lack of integrity of Raymond and this agency.

From there, I meet Mr. Raymond LaPietra I was excited to meet my first agent. Told him I always wanted to model etc. I filled out an application with the agency, had my first phone interview with Raymond. We got to know each other.Then I had a open interview, in person at his office. He ask me what did I want to complete from modeling. Runway lol I said. he said, you are not quite tall for runway I was bum but it still didnt stop me. From then On I got So many Runway Auditions think the first couple I didnt get. From then on, I did my First Hair Show for, Paul Mitchell I WAS EXCITED!!! Meanwhile I also did a paid promotion for Automotive Performace I did other hair shows for more of his clients. Paul Mitchell more than once. Then I got into the Runway shows. I cant really count how many Ive done. I never thought I would be able, ever to do any runway show, due to my height. Later on I started doing print work which Im really good at. Never thought I could do print. I also got book short films. Now to the point Im actually starring in a MOVIE! So thrilled! Raymond got me that booking as well. The biggest I would say I have done is be in a Magazine. Also did a radio talk show. Where I was interview live on air, about my career how I started etc. Now I have a part time job with, this new App that got created In China. Where I live stream and brand myself for social media. This Agency absolutely gets a 5 star rating!
