Undergoing a major restoration that may be nice in the future, but for now its a big challenge to shop there. Went to consider a few puppies... I cant get my head around their pricing, clearly something like take the highest breeder pricing times four. Basic breeds are $3k+, with bull dogs at $10-12k.
Very misleading and disappointing. We expressed our interest in a puppy. The staff set up an appointment for our family to meet her. The pricing sheet indicated the puppy cost was $1200 with training and service enhancements you could add additionally (at most $2100). $1200 was the higher end of what we had researched the cost being for this breed of dog. After our family met the dog and fell in love she told us it would be $7000! So absurd, completely false advertising and heart breaking for our kids. I would not recommend coming here unless you expect to leave disappointed.
I would not hesitate to look at Petland OP. This place is wonderful. We worked with Miranda and Jimmy to help us find our forever friends. They were so very helpful, knowlegable and super to work with. These two made sure that we were fully prepared before we walked out the door and had the puppies best interest at heart. We cannot say enough great things about the top-notch service, dedication and friendliness that we were given. All the employees have been so helpful including the owner who had worked with us on a situation on our end. We could not be more thrilled and give this a 10 star rating overall. You will not be disappointed!
This place definitely sources from puppy mills. This poor shiba inu looked completely emaciated and had a pot belly. Had explosive diarrhea while we were handling it. It also turned aggressive when I tried to get a towel away from it and bit me hard enough to bleed. This poor boa was ON THE FLOOR of the store with children and dogs running around. It was in a screen top enclosure with zero humidity control, which probably led to what appears to be a respiratory infection. RIs cause fluid to drain from the mouth, which led to substrate getting stuck around the mouth and nose. They claimed they got it from a reptile show yesterday. Both of these animals need veterinary attention. They ask $450 for this boa. For that price you could get a healthy snake from a reputable breeder shipped to you. What extra you may pay in shipping, youd be saving yourself in vet fees, time, hassle, and disposal when this poor snake inevitably succumbs to whatever it is suffering from.
I was very happy with the customer support in this place they were sincere and helpful. We already got a puppy but wanted to get multiple things. I was a little disappointed with them I had the receipt in everything I did not expect that type of hassle For a $6 item
I absolutely loved my experience at the Petland in Overland Park. I worked with Miranda and she was very knowledgable about the Golden-doodle I purchased and was sweet and helpful through the whole process. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Next time I need any kind of pet items or purchase a new animal, I will absolutely be contacting her. I wish customer service reps were always as amazing as she was!
I would rate it less if I could. Do not go here to puchase a puppy. I feel this place is a scam. You can view puppies that are for sale online however you must go in the store to find out about pricing. When I called I was told they do not discuss pricing over the phone. So I made an appointment and drove an hour to their store with my kids to see the puppy they were wanting in person. They were able to pet and play with it in a small enclose area. I was ready to purchase and expecting to pay $800 - $1000 at most. When I asked the price I was told $5000.00 and I could finance it. Shut the front door! Thanks for wasting my time plus a two hour round trip drive and breaking my kids heart. Worst experience ever.
The staff was great! Lori assisted me with the most beautiful puppy, Bailey assisted me with shopping for products for/with my new fur baby, and because I financed her, Jimmy assisted with explaining the paperwork. They were all knowledgeable and worked as a team. I would be very confident in recommending this Petland location and especially this yeam!Lori even assisted with naming my Nugget !
My husband and I went in just to see what puppies they had. We fell in love with a silver lab but our jaws hit the floor when they said he was $1,200! They kept giving us the pitch of “these sell super fast, he’ll be gone tomorrow, you could always finance.” If we have to finance A PUPPY, it’s too expensive. Also makes me nervous we don’t know where the heck they come from. Who knows how healthy they are? Their cages were also dirty, three pups in one cage all stepping on each other’s poop. I felt bad for them :( for sure a fine place to go if you’re looking around at different breeds and wanting to interact, but I would not feel comfortable buying from there. There’s a reason they are constantly at capacity with puppies
Crazy prices. baught a dog there 2 years ago with many stomachs issues never been paid for the expenses. Thought about bringing a friend cause she wanted a puppie, but they overpriced now in a crazy way. How a husky sepost to be cost 5200 if I baught mine for way way less at the same location. They tried to talk us about the quality of the dog and horrible sales speech about financing options. Anyway this place is bad, not like it used to be, felt for me more like a car dealership than a pet store.
2 years ago I bought my husky for $700,Today they offered me an husky for $5,200.All the other puppies as well were extremely over priced.Somebody lost his mind over there, those prices are ridiculous, seems like they care more about their pocket than the puppies will have a new home.
Our family is beyond thrilled extremely impressed by the care and knowledge we received at the OP Petland. We began our journey looking for older rescue dogs as that’s what we have always had. We were not finding what we wanted or the ones that would work for us were already gone. On a whim, we made an appointment at Petland with Miranda to meet a Pomsky. Of course the puppy was adorable and was coming home with us, however, that was not the deciding factor. It was the knowledge, helpfulness and teamwork of the staff. Miranda started us off by walking us through everything and anything we needed and needed to know. Jimmy rung us up and walked us through all the paperwork. The most impressive thing to us was that they were not pushy and were only there to give us the best experience possible. The puppy “package” comes with so many items to help with training but we walked around, by my request, to purchase anything else that would make everyone’s life easier. Trust us, we are prepared to open our home now!The OP Petland is a wonderful place to find your forever friend! We are sold on it now. In fact, within 2 days we went back and found 2 more furry friends! There was a timing issue on our end and the owner very generously worked with us to make sure that we would be taking all three of them home. We cannot say enough great things about this adoption process and HIGHLY recommend Petland OP, Miranda and Jimmy!
Terrible experience. The owners and people who purchase from them should be ashamed. Pushy and overly sweet “sales” people. When finally asked to see a puppy they immediately got him and then hovered over us as if we where buying a car. And yes with how much they charge for a puppy you could buy a car. Not to mention they pushed and pushed financing even though we told them we didn’t want too. And that says it all right there. They make a lot on the front of the sale and more on the back with the interest rate. We ended leaving because we felt uncomfortable and when trying to leave the old sales pitch “He might not be here tomorrow”. We have decided to adopt and give a dog a home that needs one. Not a dog that is more commodity than a puppy...
The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable about ball pythons, and friendly. I am grateful there is a closer store to pick up hopper mice for Kaa.
Completely awful. Just left the store and never once got greeted or asked if we wanted to see a dog. We are trying to add a puppy to our family but wont be doing that at petland.
Went here to look for a new puppy. My younger sister, boyfriend, and I got out the Frenchie. The staff was very rude and not willing to do their job. They told us that we could only get out one puppy per visit. I asked how she expected us to find the puppy we wanted to take home if we can only get one out per visit? I don’t think she expected us to purchase a puppy, although we have purchased three of our dogs from Petland. We asked if there was a discount for returning customers, and they said only if the dog was purchased within a year. I don’t recommend this location. The staff should also cut the sales pitch, “He might not be here tomorrow”. It’s ingenious.
Not bad place at all just a little pricey. I love looking at the pups when I go in to buy my pet stuff.
I work at a group home and the residents love to go and play with puppies. The staff are always welcoming to that.
Puppy mill, look up the breeder info on it own time. Its really sad
Expensive cute dog but really
If you have snakes, this place always has nice/rats. Great pricing and customer service!
Marvelous pet store. Great selection and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Got a goldfish here. Died within 2 hours. I gave him some water too.
$6,100 for a Husky... Just absolutely ridiculous.
The staff was amazing!! We made an appointment for a dog and they got us in right away. We found the perfect great dane puppy!! The staff walked us around the store and told us exactly what we were going to need and how to use it. Great store!
I absolutely adore this place. Kim was the best associate they have. Super sweet and caring. Was very attentive to what we were looking at and helped every step along the way. Also, the manager was fantastic! He was super sweet as well and helped answer any questions I had!
Jimmy was so helpful and knowledgeable about puppies! He was instrumental in linking us to our Labrador....Samson! We honestly recommend Petland Overland .
Great clean store. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Great pet choosing experience. We could tell they really care about animals.
We love going to Petland! Not a huge selection of animals but the staff is friendly and you can touch and pick up animals, which is nice. The reptiles could use more attention besides being in a corner and kinda secluded.
I LOVE my puppy but he was sick when I got him with kennel cough he coughed a few times and was very calm when I had him in the store but I didn’t know something was wrong until I got him home and the coughing was still happening. I had never seen or heard of it before but once I took him home someone else who knew of kennel cough mentioned it immediately and I googled it and knew right away he had it. I took him to the vet the next day and he was put on antibiotics for ten days. I cannot believe they didn’t notice this and sold me a sick puppy I will not go back there and spend my money again but i am glad I saved my baby because they sure weren’t helping him!
Having read some of the reviews for Petland, I almost didnt visit. Plus, I was bringing my daughter along, so was worried about exposing her to a pet store horror show. But the store is close, and I figured it couldnt be quite as bad as some suggested. In short, the place is/was fine. The dogs seemed happy and healthy--at least, as happy as one can be cooped up in a cage for 23 hours per day. (Overall, Im not a fan of getting dogs or cats from chain--or chain-like--pet stores.)Yes, the place was chaotic. There seemed to be plenty of staff, but they were poorly organized such that the register was left unattended when I wanted to checkout. The rooms where people can meet their prospective dogs are tiny. Theyre more like small cubicles. SMALLFor a pet store, the whole store is small. I say this because selection was slim. I asked about cat litter (we have both a cat and a dog), and was directed to an area hosting a single brand of cat litter. My daughter, however, loved her visit to Petland--because the small pet tanks are open-lidded. This adds to the chaos, but there were about twenty kids (from 8 to teenager) reaching in and picking up hamsters, mice, guinea pigs, etc. None seemed overtly mistreated, but there was no staff supervision either. In summary, if I have a dog toy or treat emergency, I wouldnt hesitate to make a run to Petland. Otherwise, I wont make a point of visiting again.
We are from North Carolina and my wife and I walked in just to look around and left with a golden! He’s the best! Thank you to all at pet land that helped us!
Got my kitten from here. She came home with me already having kennel cough and i called the store and they ref me to Stanley Vet, covered the costs to help her sickness. Very disappointed to know that most of the animals in there are sick. I went to the vet they ref me for a checkup and I asked how much would the visit be and it was over $100 for the visit alone. hell no. I left and went to ASPCA and they charged me $40 for everything.
We went in to find a puppy for my sister in law and loved one we played with. She submitted an application and got approved and took the night to think about it. Returned today to see the pup again and the guy was very pushy and kept telling us to “just buy him” “just get him already”. Then my brother wanted to visit with an English bulldog and he told him he would only get him out if He was serious about buying him because he costs $8,000. His body language and attitude was a huge turn off for the buying experience! We didn’t even want to work with them because the guy was so rude. Very disappointing! Our family has purchased multiple dogs from here and we are returning customers! But won’t be again after that experience!
I love this place. Petland really takes great care of these pups until they find their forever homes. Not to mention, the wonderful staff and the amazingly easy process to purchase your fur baby! I will refer everyone over and over to Petland. Thabk you Kimberly and Russell...you both are amazing! Petland Rocks!! This new management has really created a positive vibe.
My pet had an accident and she was bleeding from her feet. There was no petstore open in my area, from where i could get first aid help. I called them and asked, whether they have the first aid kit. They did have one, but they were closing that day in 9 mins. I requested them that it was emergency and they waited for my pet for half an hour after the closing time and did the first aid help. I really appreciate the help of the staff members and would recommend this to everyone for an extremely friendly and helpful staff.5 stars no doubt
Went there for a heat light for our bearded dragon, but was not able to get a small exercise ball for our dwarf hamster. Did get a new name tag for our kitten. Not impressed with their supplies. They had dog and cat food, quite a few puppies, nothing compared to the one in Olathe.
I believe his name was Jimmy but when I requested to see a puppy he was rude and reluctant even though there were only about 2 other people there so it was not busy.
Love it. Mouse card is the best deal around for feeders. Half the price of the bigger chains.
New ownership has really turned this pet store around. They have pets that are friendly enough to hold - exp. cocktails are beautiful and friendly. Earlier this year we bought two, and they are a wonderful addition to our family. God bless.
Love love love this place. Shout out to Dean who helped me to buy my puppy. He answered every question and guided me through the supplies, and paperwork. He definitely earned his commission. The place is clean and well stocked. Plenty of staff to help assist every customer.
Isnt it about time people stopped buying dogs at stores? There are perfectly great dogs dying in shelters every day. Shame!
It was heartbreaking to see the condition some of the smaller animals were in. One sweet rabbit had a large wound under his right eye that was clearly infected. There was also bedding lodged in his eye and wound, which had to be uncomfortable. We informed staff of his condition just in case they were unaware, but they said they knew and continued to walk by, so I used a baby wipe to clean out his eye and wound before putting him back in the pen. It absolutely broke my heart to see such a sweet animal so uncared for.
It is an awesome place that has puppies you can pet in the birds crawl on your shoulders!!! Such an awesome place!!! Staff is super friendly t0 also!!!
I will only go if they have pugs for sale over there
Had a good # of puppies to choose from. BUT disgustingly over priced. You will pay 3-4x more than what you would pay if you looked in the paper. And these are typically puppy mill puppies. And fyi, they call mutts hybrid now. Lol. Its a mutt
So cute service
Super aggressive, friendly clerks. Im sure its important to put a puppy in your customers hands in order to make a sale, but sometimes I just want to browse. Also, posting live animal pricing on the glass would be helpful.
The girl there was kinda rude lol
Scammers! Said due to quarantine prices increase. 6000 for a pom! Ive bought 3 before from them for 2500 and under. Go somewhere eles like the breeders then self
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. DO NOT BE BLINDED BY THE FACADE THEY PORTRAY. My friend bought a puppy from them 3 days ago. Come to find out, her puppy is gravely ill with multiple diseases. Her veterinarian even validated he got these diseases while in Petlands care. ON TOP of this, she went back to speak about the issue and they did not want to give her any money back and told her if the puppy does die theyll give her a new one. WHAT?!
A dog you can get anywhere else for $800 youre going to pay $4000 or more at Petland.
Maycen helped us pick out a hamster and all the gear we’d need for him. He was very helpful and kind!
New ownership!!! Very good store! I found everything I needed! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely be back!
I never review places, especially bad reviews. But I just visited this location and its obviously not very taken care of. Everything was unorganized with stuff all over the floor in the toy section. There were even spills of stuff sitting on counters. Poop all over the little animals cages. And the most worrisome part was a dog, that I think was a bulldog, was definitely sick. She wasnt breathing well and she was constantly shaking. I told one of the workers and she said she would check but the dog wasnt moved or anything. Shes in a cage with a husky so that dog could catch it also. And kids are always running rampant in the store and grabbing the animals and dropping them over and over. But no one does anything about it. I just left feeling really sad for those animals.
Really wish I could leave 0 stars. This place has THE WORST customer service EVER!! I had applied for the credit to purchase a puppy and had asked for them to put a hold on the puppy Until Tuesday and that I was going to go back to my bank Monday morning and apply for a personal loan for the rest. This morning I go to my bank and get approved for the loan and they tell me they had already sold the puppy! I had already become attached to the puppy, picked out a name, really fought for her and was so excited to get her, but THEY SOLD THE PUPPY I HAD PUT ON HOLD. Now I have a loan and applied for credit that I don’t even need now. I called the manager, Russell, who claims to be the owner of the store and he was completely unprofessional and couldn’t even say anything but apologize because he knows he messed up. I really hope people read these reviews before they go in and have to deal with such awful customer service.
Everyone in the store was helpful and extremely kind we will love our new fur baby to the moon and back !!! Welcome to our family Vergo
Dont go here! There was only one person working in the entire store and she seemed completely clueless as to what to do. Like many people did, I just left my purchase on the counter after waiting 15 minutes and went to another store.
Clean shop. Friendly employees. Cute puppies
Fun and very Friendly staff highly recommend to go there to get you next pet
Dirtiest pet store I’ve ever been to. Teenagers working the place and dirty dog cages. Young kids were leaning over the bird cages, practically in them, terrorizing the birds. And the top it off a fairly large husky behind the glass looking for a home. He’s so old and already pretty grown they should be giving the poor thing away. This place needs some major help.
Terriblely overpriced I was shocked
Not a big selection of items, the ones there were pricy. looks like a puppy mill. Quite expensive.
Shoutout to Karen who helped me find and buy my new Ethiopian child!! Will definitely be shopping here again.
Great to go see and visit the puppies but the staff was very immature. There was one guy that helped us but the rest were all flirting with other employees...
This place looks like Puppy dog hell! Those poor puppies sit in their kennel all day, poop and pee right in their kennel and it just falls through the kennel grates underneath them. They even get their water out of a guinea pig water bottle thingy attached to the outside of the kennel, and sit in their own pee and poo all day! As if that alone isnt enough to make this place look like utter hell...Their entire staff that day consisted of all teenage kids who were just letting anyone and everyone handle these tiny little puppies... they werent making the kids wash their hands in between pups. Anyone who knows anything about puppies knows that you dont cross contaminate between liters.... and its bad to get the pups all worked up if there isnt a serious buyer. These kids didnt have a parent w/ them so clearly they were not serious buyers - I dont know many 15 year olds that could afford 3k for a puppy. They even had a German Shepherd there that had been there for 5 weeks and he was at the point where he was too large for the kennel they had him sitting in with another puppy! Poor guy, he looked utterly miserable.... I wanted to buy him just to get him out of that place... they wanted $3,200 for him and he knew nothing of where he came from - what his parents looked like - he literally looked at me and said hes cute - you want him? Really? What I wanted was actual information and he had nothing to contribute. Needless to say we decided to go w/ a local breeder that had the parents on site and lived on a farm w/ plenty of room for the pups to run and grow outside of a kennel.
Great customer service. Freindly and helpful employees. Huge selection of puppies and other animals. Lots of variety in merchandise. Fun place to shop and look around.
Staff are pushy and animals are way over priced.
Service is not of the top tier. People are young in the evening and only social with thier peers that come to visit while they work. Animal selection and quality is top notch.
This place is a horrible puppy mill and the staff is lazy and the manager just sits in his office doing NOTHING! I went to purchase some items there, was being checked out at the counter when another customer came in the employee knew and he had the nerve to STOP mid way in my transaction to ring her up AND bagged her item. Then he turns to finish my transaction, handed ME a bag to put my items in. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said be was busy but, you could clearly see his lazy a## sitting in the office on his cell phone. I purchased a puppy before I knew how much old a liar Petland was. When I purchased my puppy, they said they were taking him in back to be checked out, came back and said everything checked out fine. Took him to the Vet the next day as day, he had severe ear mite and worms
People of greater johnson county--buyer be ware petland -dont buy from them-l did and brought home a sick dog plus making my other two dogs sick! I paid big money-and looks to be more bills to come!
I was very impressed with the service I received and the kindness of the employees. Very clean, organized store.
Stay away! Parasites galore. Puppies are sourced from puppy mills, many from the Amish in Missouri and Indiana. Many are not properly weaned either. “Puppy Counselors “ are poorly trained teenyboppers. Look up giardiasis- I would bet almost all their puppies have it. Now you’ll get to read their cut and pasted response about sourcing from “the top 5% of USDA blah blah - meaningless. Adopt from a shelter instead and save two lives!
Disrespectful and disheartening customer service
Any pet store that lets you play with dogs and has little areas for you to do so gets high marks! Plus, the employees there are super nice and helpful.
I recently purchased a puppy and he came with 2 parasites. After looking through the reviews (after I got the puppy) the store knows it’s puppies have them and is not informing the people getting the puppies! I learned my lesson and will be checking reviews. One of my puppies’s parasites can be transmitted to humans. The store is dirty and should be shut down until it is cleaned. I feel like I rescued my puppy even thought I bought him.If you purchase a dog through this store expect and plan for a parasite or 2. Thank god I didn’t have the puppy use the bathroom where my other 2 dogs go.
Very kind and receptive to Familys and teens who want to hold snakes, puppies and all. Staff attentive and Helped me find my cat food quickly
The dogs are great but they should really make the price reasonable one of the dogs was 2800 they besides that everything else is great
The staff was friendly enough but when I asked how much a puppy was instead of just telling me I got a 10 minute talk on their super expensive puppy package. It might be worth the money but I just wanted to know about the dog. All the animals seemed healthy. Store was pretty run down inside and out.
PUPPY MILL SOURCING. Yup, what youve heard and read is true. I have personal experience with Petland; last year I mistakenly thought lets go to Petland, I only want to pet some puppies. These dogs will steal your heart...but make no mistake, you are paying thousands of dollars for puppy mill sourced animals that do not receive the care and treatment Petland claims they deserve. I walked out that day with an adorable Siberian Husky puppy that fell asleep in my arms the moment I held her. I didnt care she cost almost $4000. I just wanted to never let go. But over the next two months, I learned just how difficult that would be. Like most of Petlands puppies, Kida (as I came to name her) had giardia as well as a host of other issues. I worked two jobs at the time, so on top of a 60 hour work week I was rushing her to and from the veterinarian (Petlands veterinarian, which you are contractually obligated to take your Petland purchase to if and when you ever need one...talk about sketchy). Kida spent weeks of the mere two months I owned her at the vets office, which Petland makes it seem is inclusive, but theyll throw every hoop at you to try to avoid covering your bill. Not only that, but when you purchase a puppy here, they guarantee their health but then try to say oh theres nothing wrong with this dog when you bring them to the vet, or say something ridiculous like well that must have happened after you adopted her so we arent responsible for that. Kida was on 20+ medications that I had to administer in a variety of ways; some pills, some chews, some serums, some powders, and all of them ineffective. Make no mistake people, giardia is a condition known to afflict PUPPY MILL DOGS. I finally decided I had had enough. I didnt have the time to nurse Kida back to health and was appalled Petland could make me pay $3500 for a dog that was so badly sick. (As much as I wouldve loved to just stay home and take care of her, if I had worked any less hours I wouldnt be able to afford making the payments I owed for her in the first place.) So I went back to Petland and said I love this dog, but you guaranteed her health when I bought her, and your vet keeps saying shes fine and will get over it, when she is clearly a seriously unhealthy dog. So either lower the price, or take her back. That is the story of how I had to part with this precious dog, who had nothing wrong with her except for the terrible circumstances she was born into...if I had all the money in the world I wouldve saved her and all the other puppies from Petlands horrendous business practices and lack of ethics. Alas, I am not made of money, and so I had to return my baby. Please, PLEASE dont help Petland continue their practice. Its a shame I had to find out the hard way how truly horrible they are. I have included pictures of my beautiful girl and I, as well as a photo of just SOME of the medications she had been on all at one point. People, SOMETHING must be done about Petland, but probably the biggest thing we can do is to STOP THEM FROM EARNING OUR MONEY. Please listen to my story and dont fall for their tactics. (Lastly, I gave this review five stars in the hopes that it wont get filtered out of sight like the other one star reviews. Believe me, Petland doesnt even deserve the one star were forced to give it at minimum.)
This place really needs a makeover in its employees. Having a bunch of “teens” working is horrible. You need a mixture of ADULT people! First, the teens care more about how “HOT” the manager is, or spending more time gossiping with one another. Next, they are lazy about getting puppies out. I asked 3 times and was completely ignored. Finally went up to another employee and he acted like I didn’t exist. I was willing to buy one dog, as I was highly interested. Instead I was ignored and blown off.
Visited this store and every dog that was for sale looked so sad and upset. A sales woman seen me looking at the puppy and came and handed me her. I asked how much she was and she stated the puppy was 2500. She was a mixed breed Chihuahua and Pomeranian. I cant believe they are selling mutts for that amount ! Clearly puppy mill dogs.
Worse experience ever, wont recommend this place
Zero stars! Please dont shop here. It is heartbreaking. Behind every puppy are the parents, suffering beyond belief for their entire life, back in their deplorable puppy mill . You would not, I repeat NOT be rescuing a puppy. Rather, you will be perpetuating the suffering of innocent creatures and rewarding cold-hearted, evil greed. Please, please do not contribute to this sad cycle. These businesses are evil and do not care about animals. Its cruel.
We too have been cheated by Petland in Overland Park! This place does not care about these animals. God knows where they get them from. Our $3,600 dog came with a parasite - that took 2 weeks of meds to treat! And he has had 2 broken bones in the 5 months since we have owned him! We have spent over $10K in hospital bills. I called and spoke to Brock and he said he’s unsure why this all happened. The best part is that one of their employees told us that we got a “lemon”Read the YELP reviews they are True - I wish we would have so we would have never stepped foot in this store!! Do NOT BUY FROM PETLAND!
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
The staff were very standoffish and some were even pretty rude.
Hello. I am looking for a bird with the face of a pig and the tail of a triceratops. It is a big bird with teeth. He can STOMP. Do you has this bird?
Fun place to go with the kids to look at the puppies, staff good, puppies are $$$, but the package they have is good. I went to PetCo and the dogs are very aggressive. The staff isnt as helpful there. So, this place is way better. It can get pretty busy.
They only let me play with one dog, how are you supposed to pick the perfect pet for you when you only get to experience one?
Adorable pets here but the idea of paying thousands of dollars for a kennel animal is outrageous. I could hear the young workers explaining to vunerable customers that they may be alot of money but they can finance a payment of 150 dollars a month. Just crazy. Please visit your local adoption agency or find a breeder that will have a much more reasonable price.
I like it because it sells my pet food of choice, Science Diet, and have a great selection. Its hard seeing puppies in cages though.
Love this ️ pet store. Very friendly staff
The puppy counselors were amazing and helped us look for a dog that would best fit us!
Wow! They have the best selection of puppies in the Overland Park area, with a great starter package for families getting a dog for the first time. Really nice staff that is knowledgeable about their dogs!
June waited on me she was wonderful dont lose that girl, keep her at that location.
