Wasnt what we expected. No paved walking paths, but there were paths with mulch through the woods. Path is short (about 1 mile from parking lot and back). Nice pavilion that should be reserved either grills. Huge firepit with seating. Playground for younger children too.
Quiet little park. Hidden gem for hiking and relaxing.
Very nice park with a playground and pavilion. There are also some short trails to enjoy.
Great place that no one seems to know about. Definitely off the beaten path. Separate picnic area, fire pit area, and an elaborate playground area for the kids. There is also a portable toilet that was very clean. Somewhat of a limited parking area but not to bad. Pretty sure you need to reserve the park. We were there as a huge group so Im not sure. The only thing that would make this place perfect would be a power source. If you plan on being there after dark bring a light source, it will get pretty dark. Overall a great place. Kids loved it.
Pleadent clean and peaceful .. What more could you ask for from a park
Great place to go camping.
They are not taking care of the park. The trails used to have mulch on them. NOW just muddy paths. They arent even mowing the paths now, sad....But when the park closes you can ride your snow mobile if you live bordering the park. Thats ok.
Its a nice clean park with a small Pavilion and porta potties
Great little or of the way park. Nice for quiet strolls through the woods.
