Infrastructure never built for the current or future load.Please ask, how many guest vs visitors entrances/departures a day. $$$ going to visitors. Our $$ for outsiders.Please query the last food inspection report. Sept. 2020. Not even a current food service certification.. Not good!! when you out source you never know what you will get. Or do they.Now they are signing up non residents for golf memberships. I have been contacted by several outsiders. What is going on?No longer a private club for residents.Just put the house up for sale, been waiting until we felt comfortable with people in the house.Statistics and real news will tell you the mega developments are on decline.Not just PBCC, Latitude Margaritaville has canceled 2nd phase.Time time to move on.

I am renting a townhome in Plantation Bay. A few days after moving in I noticed that my clothes and sheets had black stains on them. It was determined that the washer was dirty with grease and needed to be professionally cleaned. I was told by the property management office that they would not help me and that I would need to purchase my own washer. How can you tell a tenant that and not help them resolve the matter? I would highly recommend looking elsewhere whether its renting or owning.

Like Mosaic and Chelsea Place better.My pool guy told me the water in Plantation Bay is nasty and you have every store around you in the other two ICI homes.

At Plantation Bay in Ormond Beach. Twenty-seven hole course in excellent condition. Not open to the public. Good shop staff and rangers.

We had a great time there. Good atmosphere and food was excellent. A couple of us at the table wanted to take home the brown mushroom gravy it was that delicious.

Played Tennis here and they have 10 really nice courts. Looks like a great place to play golf too. Was looking to buy here at one time but decided to stay put

We won a gift certificate to plantation bay and looked forward to playing the Club De Bonmont course for several weeks. When I called the pro shop to set up the foursome, the person on the phone became less than helpful, once they found out that I was not a member and would be coming out with a gift certificate. I was told that the tee time was available but with the recent amount of rain in the area, they werent sure what the weekend would bring and would need my phone # to call if there was an issue. After driving an hour to get to the course we were told that the course closed at 11:00(our tee time was 11:30) but no attempt was made to call me and we would have to play the lesser/Prestwick course or nothing. After driving to the second course, we were told that we would have to hurry, because there was a members tournament starting in 30 minutes. We had a good round on the prestwick course, but it wasnt what we drove an hour to play and we felt as though we were not really welcome. Score cards also have to pictures of the holes and carts have no GPS, so you have to guess when you drive the ball. The whole place is set up for members and if you arent one, they will be happy to remind you! I would NEVER waste my time going to this course again!

Plantation bay is a beautiful neighborhood clubhouse burgers and sandwiches are great

Dining room is small, dated and noisy. Older people have difficulty carrying on with conversation.
