Having gone to multiple escape room places around Orlando this was hands down my favorite place! From the moment you walk in you’re immersed in a story and the rooms are so creative, challenging and fun! You can tell a lot of thought and care went into these rooms and it’s such a fun change up from the normal beats of escape places. Will absolutely be coming back to do their other rooms and can’t recommend this place enough! (Also very friendly!)

We had a wonderful experience at The Bureau. We heard about it on Instagram and we were not disappointed. Their attention to detail is phenomenal and the puzzles were challenging without being overbearing. I would definitely recommend this experience.

We were so blown away by our experience here. I’ve done a half dozen other escape rooms in the area, all more traditional, between four to twelve people. This one was a completely different experience and absolutely incredible. So much more immersive, it really made us feel like we were in the presented scenario, rather than in a room with a bunch of locks in it. I didn’t realize what I’d been missing with regular escape rooms but I can wait to come back here and try another of theirs.

Best Escape Room in Orlando! The rooms are so different and while theyre challenging, the game masters are helpful and always happy to give as many clues as needed. We had a blast and cant wait to try out more rooms as they open!

Very unique and set apart from other escape rooms. Not keys or locks makes it harder and more challenging but more fun as well. Just to get into the place there is a bit of a challenge that you face but prepares you for the type of rooms and puzzles that you will face. Amazing place and cannot wait to see if they add more rooms so I can come back and play again. Great staff and experience overall and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Kind of eerie when you first walk in, if you haven’t been there before, but WOW it was awesome. I’ve done a couple escape rooms in the past in other states and they weren’t even close in comparison to how high tech and fun this was!! Loved it!

This was the best atmosphere of any of the 50 escape rooms weve ever done. This was the most immersive story and feeling as well. Coolest overall experience. The room itself is not very challenging, but the adventure your team gets to participate in was amazing. Seriously, doldricks, T-E-G, escape goat....bureau is right there with them.

The best escape room I’ve ever been to. I really enjoyed how tech based it was. From the moment you’re even outside of the location, it’s a very unique experience. I played both games, and they were both so much fun. It’s a great experience to do with a group of people! I can’t wait to see what they do next.

The absolute next level of escape rooms! We are by no means escape room experts but we have become interested in escape rooms over the past year. The Bureau Escape Rooms start at the moment you enter. We were greeted by our game host Rex who explained the room and overall rules. He always provided us gentle clues but never gave away what we should do. The hour went by so quickly and we were able to escape. Currently they have two games but will be expanding to more games soon. We are already looking to come back next weekend. I cant recommend this place enough.

Wow. What an escape room game changer. My boyfriend and I have done over 100 rooms and we can truly say this was a one of a kind experience. From the minute you pull into the parking lot and enter the front door, it’s on. Highly recommend. The game masters were awesome as well.

We had such a great time here tonight. First timers so walking in the lobby was cool. A little unnerving because we were expecting the usual set up but didn’t know that figuring out the lobby was part of the experience. The experience start to finish was so immersive and the employees so nice. We did Loch Ness and it was so cool to do a game with no traditional locks or anything. All the tech and puzzles were very fun and cool! Definitely would recommend this place and will be returning ASAP.

The Bureau is an Escape Game experience, and its an experience from start to finish! Having played both of their available games, all I can say is I eagerly await the next one! Dress as if you were in Man From Uncle if you really want to feel immersed.

After working in the themed entertainment industry and participating in dozens of escape games, it takes a lot to make me say, “WOW!” The Bureau, however, transcends the clunky lock-and-key escape experience by adding a unique blend of technology, immersive environments, and intricate over-arching storylines to deliver a total “WOW” factor!We recently tried The Bureau’s new remote offering, Paranormal Panic. The game seamlessly integrates all components, including a live game host to answer questions, into a single browser that can be accessed from anywhere.This was our first virtual escape game, so we weren’t familiar with the process. Our only feedback comes from the lack of information available prior to the game. It would have been nice to have detailed instructions in a confirmation email after booking. For example, we didn’t realize that two devices were required to play. The promotional video showcases one character using a single iPad. Luckily, we had an iPad and MacBook in our home... but I can imagine that some households may only have one device (outside of using a smart phone, which I don’t feel would be a great experience). We also didn’t receive a link via email to access our game, but the team was able to contact us via text message to get started.After working out some slight logistical kinks, The Bureau’s remote mission will be truly exceptional! It was fun and engaging. Although nothing beats physically being immersed in one of The Bureau’s fabulous environments, the virtual version will offer a new level of accessibility to operatives around the globe.If you’re looking for a unique experience, in the REAL or VIRTUAL worlds, that will delight even the greatest escape game enthusiast... The Bureau has a mission for you! We can’t wait for the next adventure!!!

My husband and I have done about 50 escape rooms all over the country. The Bureau brings the classic escape room concept to the next level. Say goodbye to keys and combinations that don’t fit the story line. This is like walking into a real life simulator with cohesive theming all the way through. The adventure even starts with the lobby and figuring your way through the “facade”. If you want to jump right into a movie and live out the action then The Bureau is your place to be!

Dr. Braingood was our 68th room and it did not disappoint. We previously went to The Bureau to do Lockness, and that too was an awesome game. Easily, the Bureau ranks among the top escape rooms in Central Florida. Whether you are a beginner or enthusiast this place a must.A word of advice when going her for the 1st time. Trust Google Maps, The Bureau is exactly where it says it is. This may not make sense at the moment, but you will soon understand once you arrive. I have seen this set up only 1 other time in the 68 rooms I have done. No spoilers, but they did an excellent job in the set up from when you step into their doors, to their game.

The experience was nothing short of amazing. We only had 3 people for a 8 person room and we still were able to complete the course. I would absolutely recommend this to any group size cause it works for all group sizes.

You type the address into your GPS. You look around confused. You check the website to be sure. Yes, this is the place. A series of tentative, investigative steps forward and you find yourself in the lobby of The Bureau. You are briefed and given a chance to place your belongings into a locker, take a last-minute trip to the little agents room, and take in the fantastic atmosphere around you before you’re taken to your booked room.To call these experiences escape rooms does a disservice to the creativity that has gone into making such amazing events. I would rather refer to them as “Missions” because the goal is not to escape so much as to perform certain actions with a goal in mind.If you choose the Loch Ness mission you’re working with your friends trying to save a mythical creature. If you choose Dr. Braingood’s mission, you’re trying to stop a comically evil madman from destroying the world. Both experiences have amazing and brain-teasing puzzles and obstacles that require clever insight and quick thinking, but don’t require you to fiddle with number sequence locks and keep track of numerical codes, relying more on elaborate sequences of events transpiring across the rooms you’re in. The experience was fresh and inventive, the puzzles and solutions were pleasing, and the resolutions, acting, and atmosphere were immersing and enjoyable.My party eagerly awaits the next time we get to step into The Bureau, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a fun experience like no other.

Absolutely amazing, this place feels and looks like a movie set! This place is definitely for enthusiasts. We had to do 2 rooms in one day! The rooms are all so high tech and the staff was so kind and informative. They even answered questions about how some of the props work! And the entrance even felt like an escape room. And the lobby made us feel like we were in old Hollywood! Definitely can’t wait for the new room

Did Dr. Braingood, was both hilarious and super fun! Me and my family have done 56 escape rooms now and this might be the highest quality one we’ve done, and it’s certainly in the top 5! Can’t recommend enough!

As an enthusiast, this place is outstanding! Incredibly themed, very unique, awesome set designs, and a fantastic experience from the moment you approach the door. They have just raised the bar into the stratosphere! As the other half of an escape room owner, I am thrilled to see what the future holds for the Bureau. Best escape room Ive ever been to, hands down! Went with a small group of friends and had the BEST time. Ended up doing another adventure while we were there and we couldnt decide which we liked better, they were both awesome! We will definitely be back. This experience is highly recommended! Super fun and interactive escape room! The experience was very thoughtful from beginning to end. I really appreciate all the props used and the logical sequence of the puzzles. We did the Loch Ness room and it was super fun and our Game Master was very attentive as well! Highly recommend supporting this local business.

My partner and I played the current available rooms at Bureau today. The owner was very accommodating with our schedule and was able to open outside of normal operating hours to fit us in. Very high tech rooms and amazing experience of an escape room from the moment you walk in the door. Our host and Game Master, Triston, was very friendly, patient, and not to mention helpful with us and guiding us to successful.

Escape room 2.0. This feels more like a video game than a typical escape room. Much more immersive than the typical type of game.

Ive experienced almost all the Central Florida escape rooms, and there are a lot of great ones!The Bureau keeps a consistent theme from the exterior through the last step of the adventures themselves.Probably the best thing about the place: no conventional locks or puzzle mechanisms are in their rooms! Everything is specifically designed to fit within the story of the room.Really happy to be a FOTB and looking forward to their next room!

Wow! As an escape room enthusiast I am beyond impressed! I have experienced 25+ escape rooms in Raleigh, Columbia, Charleston, Savannah, Atlanta, and Orlando and this is by far the best I have ever seen. The entry way gets you excited for the game before you even step foot in your room. The method of asking for hints is unique and forward thinking. The rooms use technology to upgrade from the traditional code entering/lock and key type of escape room. The Bureau Adventure Game sets a new standard for escape rooms!

This was confusing and made absolutely no sense, and I do lots of escape rooms. They also ended our experience early, which in hindsight might have been a blessing as the whole experience was mind boggling. Avoid!!!!

It feels so great to have a new escape room venue in Orlando! From the set design to the all-around immersion, I could not ask for more! I have done over 130 escape rooms and to date, this place has my all-time favorite puzzle! Both Games available will surely keep you entertained! Cannot wait for more of their games to open.

The Bureau was a great esca— travel agency. Tristan and William were amazing game master— i mean travel agents. They gave us great trips to an evil mansion and even a trip to scotland. A lot to do at both of those destinations and more on the way!

As a fan of escape rooms from all over the country, The Bureau is NOT TO BE MISSED! What an incredibly thought out experience. The adventure starts from the moment you arrive and takes a delightful turn from other escape rooms. Instead of watching the clock or fumbling with different number, key, and directional locks, this technologically advanced company is in a league of their own. I can’t wait to see what else they cook up in their expansive space and am so looking forward to my next visit!

My son and I are big escape games buffs, we’ve done 100s of rooms all over the country. The two games here are some of the most unique we have ever seen! They are very much manual manipulation based and we are more logic/puzzle gamers most of the time but the setup here is so awesome, interactive and fun! Highly recommend to all!!!

If you are a fan of escape rooms this is a must see! The experience is immersive from the time you enter the venue until you complete your missions. If you are new to escape or adventure games this is an amazing jumping off point, there are unlimited hints to help you if you are stuck or need a nudge in the right direction. If you’ve been to escape rooms before the puzzles will give you a unique experience from the traditional searching for numbers and letters to unlock multiple locks. I can’t wait to see their other games and hope they open many more. As someone who has done over 20 rooms in the Orlando area I can honestly say this is among the best Venues in the area.

The games they provide are unique and unconventional! From the moment you walk into their lobby its a puzzle itself!Super fun puzzles and storylines. The staff is really helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to just chat with in general! Pretty much everything up to the actual games themselves is completely hands free, making it a very clean and safe experience. They offer face masks if you dont have one and hand sanitizer. There are restrooms, water fountains and lockers to hold your belongings, all cleaned and sanitized regularly. I highly recommend this locally owned small business 100%!

With our first experience Traveling with the Bureau, we found the experience incredibly immersive from the second we stepped in the front door. Wonderful atmosphere, direction, and room design led to this being the best escape room experience me and my girlfriend have had to date. Were pretty enthusiastic escapers and found how everything incredibly well put together. We look forward to trying the other experiences (some yet to open) as soon as we can. Complete immersion as soon as you book your mission. Walking through the doors, you feel warped back to the 70s, themed from head to toe. The game itself was well done, feeling like steps in logic, rather than trying to piece together a word puzzle that doesnt feel like it doesnt belong in this environment. The Dr. Braingood mission felt like an introduction into how this type of escape room acts, what it wants from you, as you can easily blast through the room without realizing it. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and will be back for more secret missions - thank you for the experience.10/10 theme, excitement, accessibility

Rooms were so SO much fun. As an acid escape room player I love that it’s in theme as SOON as you walk through the door, theming is HUUUUUGE for me. I loved the puzzles it’s so much fun not having to use locks to open everything. The game masters were awesome and talked with us & I cannot wait for them to add more, I recommend this highly and will definitely be back!

Very unique experience...... I do not want to ruin the experience. It is semi escape room but more of adventure room. Great stories. Just go and experience it. It’s very immersive and very smart. It fits a different niche in Orlando. No time limit... Story driven events.

We are truly escape room junkies who love every aspect of the experience and the rooms. The Bureau absolutely ranked in the top 5 for us. The whole experience was awesome! From finding the building, the lobby adventure and each detail that was so carefully thought out this was one of the best escape rooms we have done. This was our first room we have ever done that didn’t involve a single lock of any kind. It was very unique and fun. I am a big fan of when you can feel the passion of the GM and you can tell they really love their job and have a zest for making the experience fully immersive. We can’t wait to go back and do the next room when it opens.

Just did lock ness and it was really fun. My wife and I love doing escape rooms for date night and this was perfect for the 2 of us. The whole experience from the minute you walking is just amazingly immersive. We can not wait to go back in 2 weeks for their second room. Just a great time for everyone. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience, I went with my boyfriend and we did the lochness room and we never experienced a room like it was very unique and well thought out and very fun . Highly recommend visiting if you ever get the chance, we had a blast and will remember our visit for a long time!

Nicely set up! If you think youre in the wrong entrance for the place, think again. Will say you may need 4-8 people for this room! .. we had 7 people and got out within 30 minutes!

From the moment you walk into the building you are immersed in theming and it’s truly amazing.
