It almost seems that Disney wants Epcot to go away. In need of a major overhaul and redesign. I f your like nostalgia its great. I remember the first time i went on this and it was 1987. Its now 2019 and nothing changed really. On the other side what can you really change? The best thing about this now is when it is 100 degrees out and you finally make it in you wont wanna get off.

Love it although it probably needs a re-do. If it ever gets an upgrade I hope they dont stray too far from the original flavor. Been on it countless times and always look forward to it. It is the anchor attraction for Future World and the icon for EPCOT.

This was a very interesting ride! Gives a general history of some of Earths people over the years. Is a chill, slow ride. Great to just relax and escape that Florida heat. Extremely enjoyable to be inside that big ball you see all day while walking around the park. Would definitely ride again!

From Sydney Australia. Went to the states in 2017 and this was the first ride we went on at Epcot. Man, what a first impression. The ride is unbelievable. Loved it! Probably my favourite ride at the park. Makes our theme parks here in Australia look completely pathetic. Pretty incredible to think that this ride is using technology from the 80s to do most of the animatronics to. It was recently closed permanently and is under major refurbishment. Will be very interesting to see whats it like when I do get back over there one day.

The most iconic ride of Epcot, not the most exciting, but the line can get pretty long because it is the closest one to the entrance. It explores life through the beginning of time with innovations from the stone age to our modern day digital age. This is a very informative ride to just sit and relax while learning.

I enjoyed the visit. You need to have a reservation to go to the park so be sure you do that ahead of time. There were very few people on the day that I went during the food and wine festival in August. The picture is a view of main entrance looking from the lack back toward Spaceship Earth. It was very empty. There were no trams running from the parking lot but they also weret parking any farther back than the front two lots. You are screened for temperature in one set of tents and then pass through security. After that you pass through the entry using your magic band or pass. It was wonderfully efficient. The center fountain and innovention east and west are closed. We walked right onto Soaring, the boat ride and the movie inside the landNot everything is open in the countries but the ice cream place in France and the Japanese restaurant were both open. We saw a show in the American outdoor theater, and went on the Mexican boat ride (walked on again). On the way out we walked right onto Spaceship Earth. Overall it was a very pleasant visit. This is the time to go see the park.

I just went to Epcot last week Oct 17th 2020, it was the same as years before except: No, Chinese acrobats, no, learning station activites, no, coke soda from around the World. And, you must make eeservations to go to the fine dinning areas prices in Italy f a 10 pizza are $21.95 lg is $50 toppings are extra. Germany is $59.95 f one per f buffet. And, there are stands that sell food a bit more affordable like the German Boutworst f $5 looked like a long sauage from mc donalds no saurcrout. The rides had extra long lines, but still educational attractions. My favorite ride is Sour inwhich is in the Land. Sour, is a tour of all the countries land scapes. And, my favorit country in Epcot is China there is a simulator ride that gives y a tour of China and the people along w their hobbies and careers. No, firer works at the end of the night and most stores where closed.

Love to take this mission to space. Interactive rides are one of my favorites. It gets a little bumpy, and you will feel some Gs like a real astronaut. I prefer the less intense ride, but for those up to feel realistically like a pilot, go for the more intense! The interactive part is easy and fun. Push a few buttons and youre good to go.

Well it broke down about 2 minutes in, enveloped in darkness and listening to the same 2 recordings about staying seated in the ride for 15 minutes. After viewing the ride I understand why it broke down, its extremely dated. Please understand, this isnt a negative review. The animatronics are really neat and leaves you feeling like you are visiting a vintage theme park. The air conditioning was nice but the games at the end left me in wonder how far weve come. Once was enough for me.

The most nostalgic of the rides at Epcot. Its fun for all ages. Its a slow moving ride through time and the history of communication but its done so well the animatronics are so well done. They look really realistic. Please dont worry if the ride slows down its most likely an elderly or handicapped person getting on or off. This is a ride that rarely breaks down. I always recommend wait til the evening to ride it for the shortest lines. But the line moves very quickly.

It was good to begin with it is great now that the right is sponsored by Siemens and his been updated in many ways. there are now interactive touch-screen monitors in the cars and the end of the ride is updated for modern times. Ive done a few reviews now for Orlandos big park rides. When visiting in 2018 I genuinely couldnt remember the ride from previous visits so went on it. Oh boy (as Buddy Holly once said) I now remember why id forgotten it so well. Its fine for the young ones, it will seem amazing to them, but when youve done some more sophisticated rides this has to be the slowest slow motion sleep inducing ride Ive been on (and to think I had to queue). Its a history lesson on communication through time, the first time I went on it I thought it was great, but that was 20 years ago....

Classic ride for the Epcot theme park. Disney has made efforts over the years to upgrade the ride itself but still mostly Remains the original ride from when the park opened. The theme of the ride is to take you through a journey through time, you get to see the beginning of human civilization all the way up to Modern time and predictions of what it will look like in the future. It is a slow-moving ride and definitely safe for small children, I take my three-year-old on there all the time. At the end of the ride the last few questions and then make a customized video which is always fun to watch and then theyll show pictures on a big screen once you get off the ride of you and your family. If you use the kiosk you can get the photos email to you.
