I live here. Its clean, well lit, efficiently run and very quiet. The management carefully screens all applicants and enforces park rules so that is not trashy or scary. The residents are mostly older folks or families and everyone is very nice, although i dont see them much. I call it Mr. Rodgers Trailer Park.

I tried to use this place as a short cut while walking. Theres no one outside but you feel like theres someone watching you the whole time your in this place curtains rustling blinds flickering.
