The manager and his wife are the nicest people ever. They work hard to try and keep the tailor park looking good and in a good running order.

I understand the roads can not be fixed at this time due to winter but it has been this way for many years before i moved in and i have lived here 4 years. The pot holes collect water where the masquitos accumulate. It gets really bad especially by the park where the kids play. Some of the driveways are not excessable when the watter feels in some of the wholes. In the past year we have received a lot of notices for repairs on the exterior of the trailors and have made vast improvements. However, like you said we would have to wait till spring to have the roads fixed i beleive 60 day warnings to repair what you feel necessary or receive eviction is a little unfair. Most of us who live here are low income familys, that work hard to make ends meet. Spending hundreds of dollars on repairs in such short notice in winter or be threatened with eviction is unreasonable.

I love this place is safe and the location is very secluded and all the people who live there are very few and welcoming, its like theyre all one big family and they make you feel the same
