I absolutely love Classic Fun Center (especially the skating)!! There are activities for all ages. When you are skating there is fun music, great employees, and really good food. Me and my friends come here all the time. Memberships are way worth it. Overall, I would give Classic Fun Center a 6 out of 5 stars.

Took 5 kids from ages 6-15. Younger kids loved everything (arcade, bounce house, laser tag and skating.) Older kids preferred the skating. So In the future I’m only going to get my older kids the skate pass. I went around noon. The DJ takes suggestions for music. Kids loved that. The only thing that could be better is more games and activities on the skate floor.

They were very nice when my husband fell on his back. They gave us a full refund which was awesome! The place looks like it has asbestos though....

During the covid outbreak when it first started The skate shop where you buy skates at classic they shut it down so I couldnt find skates anywhere My daughter has a big foot even though shes 12 anyway Sandy classic has a big selection of skates and they also give you 10 tickets for free entrance and I asked the guy if it was okay if I used them in Orem he said I could use them in one any of the three locations but Orem will not accept the coupons no big deal still the same fun place I used to go to I guess

Skate Rentals are not included with admission. So its a little pricey unless you have your own skates. Food is not allowed to be brought in which sucks for my son who is diabetic and gets low blood sugar when he exercises so he needs to bring juice and snacks with him to have periodically when he exercises. Also the last time we stopped in we decided not to stay since they were not enforcing masks (they had a sign but didnt tell guests to put them back on if they took them off) and didnt really have a way to assure us that the crowd size would be limited.

I had only been to the Sandy location (which is bigger), but this location really makes the best out of every square inch. An employee saved me $20 by encouraging us (2 couples) to buy a family pass instead of each person getting a separate package. We skated, bounced, and climbed to our hearts content. Not to mention the 1 free pizza and Liter or soda from the family pass.

Why are scooters allowed? They are extremely dangerous, I fractured my sternum at this location because of one going the opposite direction. I’ve seen countless other incidents too involving scooters, but nothing is done to address the issue. Wait never mind, after my accident they started having people sign waivers. There are specialty nights just for adults, but those get jammed packed. They don’t set a reasonable limit for people allowed on the floor, the floor gets so full, you might as well be at a rave instead. This place is just a cash grab now, I understand they need to make money, but there is no regard for local skaters, or general safety. I’ve skated here for years, because it’s the closest rink to me, but I’m done going here unless they invoke real change.

Loved the experience we had last night!The bouncy houses are huge! I loved that they had a young lady there making sure the kids were being safe. The staff at the entrance and at the skating ring very friendly and nice. Oh, I also loved that they include 10 credits for the arcade games with the admission pass.

I’ve been going to this place since I was a young kid. Now I’m all grown up and have kids of my own that I take here, whether it’s just for fun, having a party or my kids school is having a family skate night, we always have a fun and good time! My kids are big fans of the bounce houses and the arcade games that they have here. The only downfall is parking, the parking lot gets full fast, especially on the nights where the school has family skate night it’s like a madhouse but other than that this place is awesome and I will continue to come here with my kids and do parties and just have a fun time :)

Classic Fun is just that, super dang fun! There is a large skating rink, bounce houses, arcade and laser tag. We rented out a room for a birthday party the lowest package and got the room fully decorated for 2 hours. It was the rainbow room by the skating rink. It had 2 tire swings painted to look like doughnuts hanging from the ceiling. Two tables and tons of bar stool seating. Along with a little vintage fridge to keep our cake cool in. They set up the room and cleaned up when we were done. The package came with ice cream and drinks, skate/scooter rental for 8 kids and discounted rates for anything on top of that. They gave each of your guests a card with 6 credits on them and the birthday guest got to spin the wheel and go in the air funnel and catch papers for credits. All in all it was a pretty great deal for just around $100.

This place is cool. The bouncing, climbing, skating, and arcade are all fun!I cant speak for their laser tag, as Ive never played it. This location isnt quite as good as the Sandy location, but thats kind of an unfair comparison. ;) Coming here is a great time.

Great kid/family venue with new updated entertainment options plus the tries and true skating rink. The rink has been somewhat updated, but still is the classic oval that I grew up going to (love it). The skates and roller blades are in good working condition (laces on the skates could use a refresh, but that is more of a minor annoyance than problem). My kids love going here and the whole family can go without breaking the bank.

We love going to Classic skate! Its a fun and safe environment for kids and teens to play. We especially come here often in the winter when its too cold outside to get our without. We love Heather special discounts on different days, so its a great deal for our family.

I have loved classic skating since I was a kid and now love to take my kids there. They have so many fun things to do and allow your kids to ride their scooter if skating is not for them or if they want to do them bothThey have a fun bounce house area and a lot of fun games all ages of kids can enjoy plus more. I wish they had a couple more locations especially with all the growth in Utah county. They have times where it gets super crowded and busy, so I think it would be great if they had at least one other location close by.

We enjoyed being able to eat and play in the same location. It is nice to be able to bring our own scooters in. I wish the price of the skate rental and the rental of the skate equipment to help the younger kids was included in the pass. The large inflatable slide Wasn’t available during our visit but the kids had fun on the other toys.

The kids love this place. I purchased their family of 4 pack on black Friday and used it the same day. My complaint is the website said I receive an email with my order details and still havent received the email. The person at the counter was able to help us but I still would like to receive the email because it is my only form of a receipt. The black Friday deal has tons of value for a very reasonable price. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Everyone had a good time. As a mom I liked the helpful and kind staff. I also really liked watching them disinfect the bounce house area.

My kids love the bouncing area. It’s a good exercise time for them. There are other three areas and an arcade area as well. Plus they have a food court with pizzas and snacks for purchase. Overall, a good place to take your kids to spend a fun night.

Ive been going here since I was a little kid. Theyve updated it and added some good arcade games. Affordable, especially if you just skate. I think the arcade games are comparable in price to Chuck E. Cheese. So theyre not gonna be nearly as cheap as Nickel City, but you really go for the skating.

Always a fun place to go. Havent ever done any of the arcade stuff, but the roller skating rink is very nice. Theyre always playing some pretty good music. Good place to go with family or friends.

I am only reviewing the skating portion of the fun center. This location does not do a good job at promoting a safe environment for people to skate, scooter, or blade. To start, this rink was remodelled about a year ago and has already fallen to pieces. There are chunks missing from the floor and a giant crack that runs across the center of the floor. This should not occur and is a safety hazard for those skating.The overall flow of rollerskating here promotes very fast and reckless skating amongst a growing crowd of regular teen/adult skaters. The rink is set up to allow people to enter and exit the floor at any point which means at any time people are cutting across others to enter/exit the floor.The staff does not promote safety and hardly ever has employees on the skate floor enforce safety (every rink I have been to since I was a young child had skate guards on the floor making sure people were safe).When you arrive to the rink, you will sign a liability waiver showing that you accept the risks of skating there. What you may not know is how dangerous skating can really be, especially when people are being unsafe.Little kids are left unattended cutting across the floor in front of people who can be going very fast. Fast skaters will cut through inexperienced skaters or young children causing them to fall. Kids will be going the wrong way on the skating floor with little understanding of the correct flow.The employees are mostly teens and young college students, who may be friendly, but wont step up to educate and enforce safe skating in the rink. This negligence increases the risk of people getting hurt.If you can make the drive, I have found the rink in Sandy to be far safer and better maintained. However, many dont have the time or luxury, so they come here. All of these issues are fixable, so hopefully we see a shift for the better at some point.

I’ve been here multiple times and usually they just let you pay to do the activities a la cart. Apparently now, because it’s thanksgiving break, they are making you pay to do EVERYTHING. The girl at the front desk had no idea what was going on, couldn’t answer any questions about why I couldn’t just pay to do the bouncy house, and was apathetic about the whole thing. Won’t be going back.

This was a great place to take my younger sister for New years Eve! She had such a fun time! And I also had a wonderful time watching her smile as I attempted to skate again for the the first time in over 13 years!! We will go back!

Loved this place as a kid and now my kids love it. Great pricing and lots of fun options. Skating, lazer tag, arcade games, etc. Family fun for hours and hours. You can bring your own skates/blades, or rent. Also you can bring scooters to use in the rink. They have skating guides to hold for kids learning to skate.

My kids love coming here! Its affordable for families and there are a variety of things to do. The arcade games arent my favorite. They are expensive and the machines arent always working. But my kids LOVE the bounce house area. The obstacle course bounce house is really fun. King of the Hill is great for bigger kids. Keep an eye on your little ones in the bounce house area. We were there on a busy night and there were a bunch of bigger kids jumping in the under 5 area where the toddlers were. There werent any workers patrolling the bounce house area to tell them to stop.The laser tag is a blast as well. Its great for big and little kids alike. Then theres the skating. I really like that they let you bring your own scooters (parents can even push strollers on the rink). I have two boys who dont ever want to rent skates but they love to cruise around the rink on their scooters. Theres also a DJ who runs fun games on the rink.They sell food there, but like most places like this, it is things like low quality pizza, nachos, corn dogs, etc.

Kids love this place. We are not from Utah but come nearly every visit. Staff and fun and engaging for our little kids. Place is always busy but not too crowded.

Classic Skating is the best! They definitely get busy on the weekends and when they have events. Fun place to go with friends or family! Their skates are getting pretty worn out, so if you go often I’d suggest bringing your own pair!

Its a great place, and the 3 dollar student discount for skating is nice. Facilities are well kept and there is plenty to do if you dont feel like skating. If youre a student have your student ID card for the discount ready.

A lot of family fun. The skating is always a guy with us, especially since you can use roller blades, regular skates or scooters and you can bring your own. The bounce house was a lot of fun and adults can play on it too. The arcade area wasnt the best one over ever been too but my kids had fun. The laser tag was a lot of fun and all of my kids were able to go, even thr five year old. It is a lot of fun for the whole family.

This is a worst place for having a birthday party with a host. The facility is great. However, I am very disappointed with the service of the host. The company needs to train its host to be a proactive and organized host. I assumed that the host party will help me throughout the party, instead, it is me who kept asking this and that. She stayed behind the register most of the time. I chose this place because my daughters school went there for roller skating and we thought its a great place as its very close to our home.I arrived half an hour before the party. I was hoping that I can meet the host, talk to her what to expect etc, and hoping she can give me like a rundown how the party would be. She arrived in a hurry 5 minutes prior to the party, prepare the table (my 1 guest already arrived), and I had no clue how the party is going to be. I told her please do how usually you do at a birthday party. If I can handle the party by my own, I wouldnt book this place with the host. I knew from the beginning it would be hard to gather 20 kids for like cake time, or pizza time or picture group especially at the place like this one (kids can be anywhere). Thats why I hope the host can help me with that. Instead, she asked me to gather the kids. I got angry by her reply and I complained to her. I was lucky that there was a parent stayed throughout the party. He voluntarily helped me from gathering the kids, getting the initiative helping them with scooter, roller skate, opening presents etc. The host practically didnt do the work to make the party organized. I even had to ask her to help me direct the kids singing happy birthday (as I needed to take the picture). She replied to me that she thought I want to do it my own way. Even if I want to do it my own way, she should have asked me how I wanted it to be.I reminded her of the prize/ticket box, group photo, laser tag game. Actually, it was my daughter that reminded me about the ticket box and group photo as she wanted to do it so bad. The bottom line is all initiatives came from my side. This was not a fun experience for me. I got the stress and so tired during the party at this place, not like their motto Stress free birthday party. Its a stressful party. Oh one more thing, they charged me $12 for pizza instead of $10. How great that was?!!FYI, we didnt get the balloon bouquet either.

My Kids love this place. In reality its just a big bouncy house with some arcade games and a place to skate. However my kids could spend hours here. Price seems high but other than that.

We came for our 7 year olds birthday and were super impressed with how they take care of you. They cater to you the whole time to make sure you have everything you need. They even gave the birthday girl a big card with prizes and a group picture on it to keep. There’s so much do, all of our kids had a blast coming. Will definitely be back.

The skating area was nice but it gets crowded quick. The floor in the jumper area was sticky, dirty and not very well-kept. I’d go again for the skate area, but not for anything else.

I went on family night and got hit by two year olds on skooters every time I turned.Also, it would be nice to switch directions every half an hour or something because I got really dizzy.Otherwise, I had a ton of fun. Really nice skates, fun music, good skaters. Lots of fun.

After I unknowingly booked a party reservation for the wrong location in Sandy, the staff at the Orem location were really great to jump into action and accommodate us for my sons birthday party. They had a table and a host ready for us quickly and most importantly, the kids had an excellent time. I have been coming to this place for over 20 years and it is still providing great family entertainment. I think that says something. The only thing I would recommend is, they add a little more clarity as to which location was booked in the reservation confirmation email to avoid these mishaps.

My kids absolutely loved going here (ages 8 and younger). In fact, theyve asked for roller skates most days since. Admittedly, not the cheapest, but theres tons to do (bounce house, climbing area, arcades, and of course skating)!

Ive been here a few times for school field trips. Arcade, roller skating, bouncy building type amusements, and laser tag. There are a couple of younger child oriented activities, including dedicated bouncy-structure and climbing area. The arcade offers coupon prizes. The laser tag area is surprisingly large, with many walls, corners, and rooms. There is a snack counter with junk food options and vending machines. Plenty of tables near bouncy area or adjacent to skating rink.My only complaints are cosmetic: everything looks worn and tired. Is this an homage to classic motif? It looks more run down than intentionally nostalgic.The middle school students with whom I go seem to enjoy the experience and split their time between activities at will. Laser tag costs extra, as do roller blades and scooters.

If you happen to be a college student and reading this review chances are you aren’t from around here. If you are around on a Saturday night come to disco skate! This is one of the main places college student come on weekends to have fun and get to meet new people. Disco is not really a place where adults come for a date night away from the kids, not going lie. You can be a complete novice or a pro at skating and have a great time. Here’s a few things to know if it’s your first time: First if you dress up on Saturday nights you get a few dollars off the 12 buck emission. Don’t dress with neon and leg warmers bc that’s 80s and you may or may not look like a dingus. Also when you are exiting the skate floor do not just make a sharp turn to the right and cut people off, just merge off like a freeway. You can easily get plowed by Ed who tears up the outside and wears a Dunder Mufflin shirt. it’s great time, see u there and at in n out afterwards.

The kids really do have fun. My only issue us that Ckassic Skating has been basically rebranded for more children activities. Yet, there are not any diaper changing stations? There should be one in the female and the male restrooms. Theres plenty of room make it happen!

Great place to take a date or family. Its run well. The prices are very reasonable for an entertainment venue. With a play ground, bounce houses, arcade area, laser tag, and of course roller skating there are plenty of options for every one in your group. The music is always family friendly in the skate area. Great way to have fun. I take my family around twice a year.

We had a great time. I think they are a little too expensive relative to the competition, and it is complicated to keep little ones out of areas we hadnt paid for. Since the last time we went they upgraded the bouncy houses a lot and my kids were super happy about that.

Under no circumstances should you sign up for the monthly bouncing plan. I have tried canceling over the phone and in person for three months now, and they assure me the plan is canceled only be charged again and again each month.
