They had the friendliest and accommodating ushers and usherettes. They politely guide the kids and seniors to their seats! The place is clean and tidy. It is our go-to whenever we wanted to watch a movie. And it was located near our place, so its accessible.

Private Watch Party to view ELF. Love that they have so many movies to choose. There were several groups that were doing similar. If you have enough people, its super easy & doesnt cost more than if you didnt get to choose.

Beautiful theater, terribly managed. I was sent to the wrong theater, then our movie stated 19 minutes late, in the middle of the movie! So we didnt get to see the beginning at all. At the end the lights never came back out so people were stinking out in the dark. Worst of all the way they have the concessions set up you end up pinned in the checkout area with a huge crowd! No effort at all to social distance, one cashier trying to serve everyone, I ended up with more than 10 people in the little 10x8 concession area! Its a shame as the theater itself is beautiful, great seats great screens, if properly managed it would be great!

I love this theater have been coming since I was little. Always clean and the tickets are at a good price. I did try the new XD room since the advertisement in other movies sounds like a better room with surround system. I tried it for the showing of The Lion King, and I was disappointed, because the sound was very low, it took all the excitement away from intense scenes and the music. The screen was very big though. Will stick to the normal.

This is my first time at this theatre and we bought our tickets on the Atoms app. When we got there, we still have to get in line to redeem a physical ticket even though we already have a digital copy, which is a waste of time and not environmentally friendly. Then they informed us that we had to pay for a child ticket because my child is 22 months old. She’s not going to be occupying a seat, nor is she watching the movie, so it’s ridiculous to have to pay for a ticket for a child who’s under two. We can’t get a refund because we bought it on the atoms app, and it’s too late for the atom app because we need to cancel 30minutes before the movie starts. They also don’t allow backpacks unless you have a baby. It’s now trendy for people to not carry a fashion backpack for safety reason. If it’s safety, check the backpacks, not out right bannned it, that’s ridiculous. This is definitely my first and last time here. The seats are great, but downtown Disney has the better movie theatre.

The interior is a lush and gorgeous setting for any theatrical presentation. Theyve done a wonderful job keeping up this favorite Hollywood venue. I just saw an amazing performance by the lead actress in Waitress, but my guest marveled at the theater.

My favorite theater just got better! It has the best price compared to AMC or Edwards. Seating is assigned at the the of booking, avoiding having to get in line for good seats. The assigned reclining stadium seating is heated and newly remodel. Very spacious and comfortable. Theres also a swing table to rest your drink and popcorn or any other food!

If you have not been here, you should go if you enjoy going to the movies. All the seats are recliner and comfortable. They even have a seat warmer. Yes in every single theater at the location. As far as price, they beat all the major theater change. You wont be disappointed

They’re finally open due to the whole pandemic & the fact they don’t have anywhere on the site that they’re only serving maybe 40% of the menu is BS! No pretzels, no cheese, no pizza, no icee. All they have right now is popcorn, hotdogs and candy. They also don’t mention they aren’t accepting cash either.

The movie was good. There was only one person selling tickets and there was over 20 people in line. Then when we went to buy popcorn there was only 1 checker and again the line was long. This is not the 1st time Ive run into that at this theater. They really should do something about it.

I actually really like this theater!It has great legroom space in its theaters. There are recliners too :D The sound quality during their movies is great too! The food stands have a variety of food, and are not too highly priced!

The theater is amazing, the reclining seats are comfortable and they have a heating option. The place has many seats to choose from and the snacks are not expensive. Parking is not a problem. Plenty of parking.

The theaters were renovated! The seats are amazing now. They can recline, there’s a small table for dining, cup holders, and an installed HEATER. You can even adjust the heat however you want it! Tickets are still at great prices too with discount Tuesdays!

The leather seats offered a great comfort, which helped since the movie started even later than youd expect. I didnt like that there were commercials sprinkled between trailers, so if you need extra time to get to the movies, I guess this will help.Concessions were designed with more self-service in mind, so getting through felt pretty quick.

The theater has a grandeur appearance. Seating is great with reclining seats, table to order food/eat, and seat warmers (I didnt try this out so cant attest to how good it is). Matinee shows are the best bag for buck at around $7 for student and $6 for seniors.

Just watched a movie at this place. Very nice location, clean environment, and nice staff. Theres a lot of other restaurants and shopping stored in the same plaza, so it feels like a good place to hang out with friends. Attached its a picture of whats in front of the theaters at night.

We went to go see Joker and it was an overall good time. the snack bar was a bit confusing as it is like a cafeteria sort of thing theyve got going on. they put a TON of butter on the popcorn so keep an eye on that (we noticed a bit late) nonetheless, the seats were comfortable and the recliner is great. i just suggest the working crew to clean a little more thorough between movie screenings

Most of the time I love this movie theater, the popcorn always good. The new reclining seats that are heated are fantastic, so you feel like you are at home watching tv and relaxing. The only thing that was a let down was there was only one person in the ticket booth and the line was all the way out to the drive way. Only until I went inside to tell someone he needed help, did he get it. This was even at 1:00 in the afternoon, no crowds like the night time. They may need to hire more people for earlier shifts.

This movie theater is so close to Disneyland and its very inexpensive as well! $9.15 for adults and $8.15 for students.Its a much larger theater with I believe 25 auditoriums for your viewing pleasure. With that being said, youll definitely be able to catch more than your Friday blockbusters. I was very surprised to see quite a few international and indie films here and if youre a movie buff, youll surely enjoy that.On a regular day its not too crowded which is nice, however if you go towards peak times like Friday nights be prepared to wait in line for a while.Pro tip: you can also buy your tickets inside rather than outside in the general line.

Paid for the xd seats. They were pretty comfortable and reclined. The entire buying ticket process thru atom and entrance was super easy and fast. only negative thing was that the first 4-5 preview trailers had no sound. Only 1 of previews had any sound. No problems with movie.

A group of friends and I go there several times a month. We love this theater. Well located, good selection, good prices. We hope prices do not go up much after rebuilding is completed.

It is a nice theater with two XD theaters and over 20 others. Half of it is newly remodeled with the luxury loungers. Those loungers are comfortable but do not leave much walking space requiring you to lower your leg rest is someone needs past (This is the case in every Cinemark theater with these loungers I have been in). The staff are respectful and polite. The one big issue I ran into was that there was only one side of the central concessions opened on the opening weekend of the new Spider-man movie. This caused long waits and appears to be poor planning. I did learn after this though that there are satellite concessions at the end of each hallway. There are less drink options but if you just want a Coke (or diet) and popcorn ask the ticket taker if that one is open and use it. Less of a wait.

I have just re-posted what another has said about this theater. Love this theater. $5 movies every Tuesday, and different discounts other days of the week. Even their full price is cheap compared to other theaters. While this is not a luxury theater with recliners, seats are comfortable with plenty of legroom. Theater is clean and well maintained.The theater has all the new movies, but they also have many of the small limited view movies not shown elsewhere. Its not usually crowded so there is rarely a line to buy tickets. On our last visit, we noticed that concessions were cheaper than at our neighborhood Regal.I definitely recommend this theater. Its lovely sitting in those comfy recliners, but sometimes you just want a cheap no frills movie. And this place is perfect for that.

Heated recliner seats and reasonably priced food as far as movie theaters are concerned. They also sell some merch for movies there if you are into that kind of stuff. I saw It chapter 2 and got a free poster. Very clean and they even have a cafe thing with ice cream.

Love this theater! I have been coming here for years and rarely had a bad experience. They are usually busy on the nights and weekends so get there early for tickets and concessions. The XD part of the theater was a great addition. And the prices are very reasonable, especially with Matinee pricing and specials they run.

Worst experience I have ever had!! This was my first time here. Got here a hour early and played games in the arcade until it was time to go to our theater. Decided to buy some snacks and drinks. While giving the water bottle to a friend who wasnt paying attention, it happened to fall and break and get water everywhere. Upon purchasing these items, we were asked to leave due to making a mess. This is so messed up and uncalled for. Yes we were able to get a refund on our tickets but not on what else was already bought. Dont go here unless you just want to watch a movie! And please dont drop anything or they will kick you out.

I went to a screening here and found it to be a very large complex. It is very clean and there seems to be a person picking up trash around every corner. Plenty of parking however, depending on how busy the theater is you could end up walking a bit. It is wheelchair accessible but the ramps going up to the actual area the film will be shown have a pretty difficult incline. The lowest youll pay for a junior popcorn is 5.95 and the highest is 9.95. The drinks are definitely over priced, 4.95 for a small cup. The theater I was in was full to capacity leaving only the front roll open, from that row you have to constantly look up to view the film making the picture quality poor. Seats were standard, nothing special and not as comfortable as in some theaters. The sound quality was poor but the fact I was sitting 5 from the front speakers would explain that. Climate was perfect even with a packed room. Handicap parking is too far from entrance. Not my first choice for theaters but all around a pleasant experience.

Worst refund exchange policy. Wasted our time and money. My husband and I missed the show time for jumanji for December 27 because we had an emergency and had to go out of town and we barely got the chance to come and try to see if we could get a refund or exchange the ticket and the associate said we couldn’t give us a refund. Said she couldn’t help us so she only gave us a number to call. Which we did and spoke to a Laure I explained the situation to her and she said that they don’t do refunds or exchange unless a disaster occurred. Are you serious!? Like are we supposed to be dead or have a really bad accident so we can get an exchange or a refund!? This would never happen at an AMC. Never coming back here. They should have a little more consideration to their customers, we are the ones that give them our money for what!? So at the end they won’t care about our situation!? Going to AMC from now on.

I prepurchased tickets, and had my phone ready, but not once did anyone ask to see if I had tix. Nor did they make any comment about the soda cups I brought in. Husband said the bathroom was awful and worse the second time he went in when he left. They have the reclining seats but the are uncomfortable for someone with short legs sitting upright cant reach the seat back. Movie and sound were fine. Just felt like I could have just gone in free.

If you know Saturdays is the busiest day for movies, why wouldnt you have more than one ticket kiosk open? A reoccurring issue that had not been dealt with. You will have one less customer standing in this 50+ line.

I go often because I live nearby. The seats are really starting to feel... well loved. Some are pretty noisy, I can usually feel the springs, and I dont leave feeling quite as comfortable and rested as Id like. They do have drinks, ice cream sundaes, and some upgraded theaters.

This is my favorite movie theater. The seats are comfty. They are not oversized but they recline and have a tray for snacks. Their pretzels are always cold and a little stale. The snacks are overprized as with many movie theaters.
