Really good service! The service is always quick and the food is really pretty good. The seats are comfy and the table trays are large to put your food on there. Its so convenient to push a button and a server comes to you to place your order, and they also deliver your order. I love this Place. Im always going back here!

There are 30 movie theaters, all very well built, well isolated from each other, above average than any movie theater in Brazil, in the normal theaters, not to mention the IMAX and Dolby theaters.The Dolby room is all built to the standard set by Dolby itself, everything inside the room was designed by them, the entrance, the seating, the chairs themselves, the Dolby Vision projector and the Dolby Atmos sound system. Its impressive, Ive never seen anything like it, the screen is not as big as IMAXs, but the image quality and sound immersion are the highlight, as well as the comfort of the chairs. This is more of a 3.5 out of 5. Great place. I went to the IMAX, and the seats were clean and floors just as well. But I can’t say the same for the other auditoriums as I have not yet been in them. I will say the location of the theater amidst a shopping plaza is great for individuals and families to enjoy. Can’t say too much as this is my first experience but it’s pretty good here and I’m so glad to return to the theaters. If you wanna relieve that theater itch, this is a good place. There may be nitpicks you may have but, as always, AMC offers an overall satisfactory experience. It’s best to enjoy the return of cinema for now. Thank God AMC has returned.

Signage sucks for where to park and where the main entrance is.. but Once past that, its a nice theater.. but no refills in a 7 dollar soda is ridiculous. I know times are tough, but you can afford to give a new cup once maybe?

AMC Movie experience has always been the best. Now with lounge and a full fledged bar. You can sip your favorite wine and watch movies. Even better

Really thought with how nice and pretty they have it looking outside/in the lobby that the actual auditorium and seats would be just as nice, wow what an unpleasant surprise. All this time they had closed they should have definitely used for renovations. (At least install better seats) Sorry but never coming back as I’ve grown accustom to having recliner seats/a more comfortable experience and feel AMC should not be last with this feature.

The reopening of this cinema during COVID-19 is impressive and ambitious. I had a generally good experience with the restrictions. I like that they restrict people from sitting near others. My only issue was that the spacing requirements inside the cinema werent strictly enforced. I had a group of kids sit directly behind me and the staff didnt make them move.

Best theater for a screening. Social distancing was followed, adequate spacing, I felt safe and fully enjoyed the movie.

Very well set up for social distancing. I felt very safe, and soooooo glad to be getting out in the world again. Wearing masks is such a teeny inconvenience, to be able to get back to normal, and still keep people safe and healthy.

Its the first time visiting the theater in a long time. Its not as full as the precautions place every party within a one seat barrier from other people. Theres plenty of disinfectant wipes about for added peace of mind.

This movie house has been our go-to cinema whenever we wanted to watch a movie. It was near our place and located inside our favorite mall in the city. The place was huge and very tidy. The cleaners kept the whole place clean after each movie. Dont forget to have your popcorn and fries at their snack bar before watching!

The theater was very clean. The Dolby Cinema theater was really comfortable. There was a short interruption during the movie I saw but the staff was really nice and provided a free movie pass for the disturbance.

As expected I would give it 5 stars if consetions would be just a tiny bit cheaper

The atmosphere being strange is a given, but the staff there is handling it with enough precautions and precision that any fear youll have of COVID will be mitigated.In short, experience was dope. The IMAX theater slaps too.

COVID guidelines were followed responsibility during my recent visit. Guests were spread apart in the theater, hand sanitizer was widely available, and informative signs were left around the theater specifying all other rules (like no cash, etc). Four stars because I would have liked the masks rule to be enforced more strictly in the theater (two guests took theirs off immediately and no ushers came by to speak to them). Also, the IMAX room didn’t have the elevated experience I expected for the extra cost. It felt like I was watching my movie in a regular AMC room. Definitely wouldn’t suggest the IMAX experience here but I would come again.

I wish they had the recliner seats, but overall the service is great!

Im glad that this movie theater shows some excellent Chinese movies. I watched Jiang Ziya the other day, and Leap today. Somehow I arrived quite earlier but Leap turns out a great one which made me cry throughout the movie time. Three key matches with Japan, USA, and Brazil correspond to the 2016 election, Biden won over Sanders, and China wins over Biden & Trump. Theres same old fighting sprit of Chinese women volleyball deeply inside me and many people alike to free the people when they truly rise up all the way to the top. At the movie end, I cant help singing the Chinese National Anthem with those winners: Stand up, those who are unwilling to become slaves... Arise! Arise! Arise!..

This place keeps their theater clean. Usually when you walk in to a movie the floor is stick but this theater the floor was nice and clean plus great service.

I took a friend to watch The Nightmare Before Christmas. She had never watched it before. Its a classic CMON!!! Obviously she really liked it!

I had a great time watching Sonic with a friend. The lady at the ticket booth was very kind to us. My friend had some free AMC tickets that she won at her Christmas party recently. She had no one to go to the movies with, but decided to invite me as a kind gesture. We had no issues with validating the tickets. We ended up having a fun night celebrating her pre-birthday together. Thanks AMC Orange 30!

I give this theater high marks simply because there is always a great selection of films here with so many screens. Each year we always look forward to watching the Oscar nominated live-action and animated shorts here. There is also a pretty good selection of foreign films here as well. I think the only downsides would be that you have to park behind the theater and walk around to get to it, and that they do not have reclining seats but classic stadium seating. Otherwise, a great theater with a lot of convenient showtimes. Even easier if you have AMC Stubs.

Everything was perfect. The movie I watched was Weathering With You and it was beautiful masterpiece. The story was great, the art was breathtaking and overall made me cry from the story. If you want a great emotional film and you like anime I recommend this film for you. 10/10 Would watch over and over again

Big complex with at least 20 teathers, huge parking lot, there is a bar inside and appetizers, popcorn and so many things. Miss the comfy seats but otherwise everything is fine.

Nice to see a movie on the big screen. Nice to have reserved seats. Overall a nice experience but oy the line to get tickets was slow and long. I would jump the grenade and pay the convenience fee to buy online next time. We went to Market Broiler for dinner prior which was nice. Parking was a challenge as expected on a holiday weekend.

I like that this location. The AMC app lets you order food in advance, and you dont have to wait in line. Its just ready to grab from the Express pick up. One thing i missed was the recliners. Maybe they do have them, just not in the room I was in.

At 7:40PM tonights movie, in theater 12, the only man who sitting in row J kept coughing. But the most frightening thing is that after giving feedback to different theater employees, they did nothing, they dont have any effective reactions.In addition to talking that the ticket can be refunded, someone said that they cannot take that customers temperature. Basically, they didnt do anything correct... a movie theater that is not responsible for customers safety

The staff has always been kind and helpful. They are conscious of their food queues and proactively adjust them to make it easier on the movie-goers. I always see someone cleaning. Bathrooms are always in above average shape. Its centralized to the mall so, wherever you park, you can reach it easily. They dont use the side concession stands very often but I appreciate that they do keep the soda machines filled so you dont have to walk all the way to the center. They have a bar for adult beverages and about 10 (8 in center and 1 on each side) Coca-Cola freestyle machines. The soda area can get sticky and run out of syrup but they have SO MANY people come through there, I am impressed it is not in worse shape. Oh, and opening days or weekends with merch, because they are AMC, they have it! And with all of their theaters, as midnight showing theaters fill, they have opened more to allow more people to view.

I enjoy watching movies on the big screen, but when I go in, Im reminded that the seats are in need of an update (cushions and upholstery). Food is average for a movie theater and always over priced. Would enjoy healthier options, i.e. non-fried food. Service has been good every time I went in.

Not the best AMC Ive been to, but very good. Parking can be a pain most of the time. Parking, entrance seating and bathrooms are all accessible. Bathrooms in decent shape. Employees are usually nice and professional enough. Not had an issue with screens being out of focus at this location as yet, so happy with that. (Most locations you notify and they do nothing)

Its very expensive for the cheap seats we were given. The seats are small and dont recline.

Great AMC theater but not every one of their theater rooms have the updated red chairs. But overall, this is a great theater. This is also the location that is used for lots of previews for new movies coming out. So if you’re into watching movies before they come out, watch out for those people that give the papers out to watch screeners.

Always good fun! I love that I can go to this AMC and see a movie, but I can also shop and dine at the block. It’s the perfect little day out experience.

I take my grandson to the AMC Orange 30 Theater in Hollywood so often, that I would bore you if I reviewed them every time. It is just a marvelous theater to see a musical or band. All of the seats are good and some are great.

This theater is one of my favorite ones to go to! It is beautiful inside and all of the broadway shows that I have seen there have been excellent! I highly recommend catching a show there!

Being a paid member doesnt matter here. They called guest after guest until they finally saw me. Their line to get snacks is horrible. Always oddly looking jalapenos. If youre stuck watching a movie at the end of the theater and need a refill youll have a good 15 to 20 min walk there and back. They have reasonably closer concessions stands next to your movie but somehow always unused. The employees are helpful but with such an unorganized work environment, they cant do much. I love amc cinema. Sadly I avoid going here.

Small seats, if it wasnt the pandemic you would be sitting right on top of each other. The lines are long with 1 cashier and they look like theyve never done the job before.

Great find. We go to Disneyland all the time, but dont usually venture further than we can walk. Decided this trip to take in a movie. Didnt realize this Amazing shopping center was only one exit up. Great theater... with a bar! Looking forward to checking out the entire complex during the day on our next visit.

Extremely poorly managed operation. There was a 15 minute wait to buy concessions and then 1 theater over sold so they moved patrons to another theater and double assigned seats. I has purchased my seats 2 weeks ago only to find someone else seated. I spoke to a manager who apologized and said they are very busy on weekends. I get they are busy but if you know you will be busy then you need to plan ahead for that. I do not experience this issue at other local movie houses. Please improve your customer experience

6 for a matinee movie. Not bad. They had a movie for 1030 but there was no way to buy tickets. Eventaully they let us buy tickets but we barely made it on time for the start. Thankfully guest services gave us a free popcorn for our inconvenience.The theater itself was good. No issues with cleanliness, seats, or video or sound quality

There’s one seat distance between people, people sitting without the masks and staff can’t enforce them “while they’re eating through the movie”. Very dangerous and irresponsible. Don’t go!

Well, movie quality is amazing best Ive ever seen. But ticket costs are kind of high, I am a stubs member I get 5 dollar Tuesdays. It is 7 dollars for a pack of twizzlers. Super high prices for candy. Staff is usually nice. Seats are NOT ever recliner.

Self ticketing station worked only at a third attempt, but still there were no reason to stay in a big line. Not very expensive tickets, two small pop-corn bags there cost more than a ticket. Pop-corn sellers were not smiling and put some jolopenya corns inside a caramel pop-corn bag. Other than that everything was very well.

Theater is getting old, however is still far superior to other AMCs around. They are great at have a large variety of films to choose from. And even partake in a large number of special event showings. They have multiple concession areas and a large selection of Coke freestyle machines. Definitely worth the ticket price.

Whether youre a member or not I highly recommend making all your purchases through the app for tickets and food. The lines can get long inside and that will definitely help in feeling less frustrated. If you do need to use the app I would also recommend you screenshot your ticket so you dont have any issues loading it up when entering. The crew at the door, member services, and food counter are all very nice and efficient. This is my go to place for all movies since there is plenty of room and options!

We got there 15 minutes before the show started and got good seats. When we went in the bathroom, it was clean, but I noticed that the toilet paper was not put on tightly. The stall across from me was missing toilet paper. We were there at 1pm on a Saturday.

The line was huge, should of had more open. Had to wait 25 minutes to get food, missed a lot if previews. Had to send in most everyone else while I waited. I found out its better to order on the app 1/2 hour ahead of time. And get the Premiere Stubs Rewards for free upgrades, no $2 fee when reserving seats for the movie. People were having to sit in the front row for a 9:15 movie. The chicken fingers were a lot but not crispy, probably because they were trying to do so many and get them out fast. Popcorn was good, and the nachos (chips and cheese) was 2 big cheese cups and a big box of chips; twice as much as you get from Regal. All in all we will go back, just order ahead of time. Oh, and the 4 - 5 employees that I talked to were all nice and trying to do the best they could with so much going on.

Great and up to date theater. Parking was pooey and confusing. But i liked visiting this shopping center and had a good movie experience. Music was too loud in lobby though and when my movie was quiet i could hear it over my movie. :/

Attended a screening/private event and while event staff was superb, the staff working the concessions of the theater could use a pep talk. Also the decor is dated and ladies room needs a deep cleaning.

Last night Thursday 03/05/20 at 9:30pm waiting to watch Onward in Dolby Vision I had to sit through 40 minutes worth of trailers are you guys serious! Do Better!!

Pretty good theater but the lines at the concessions were exceedingly long. Seats a little tight. I prefer the Fullerton AMC

One because you can not give less.Went to the theater on Sunday before Memorial Day and they only had one concession stand open and long lines. I barely got to my movie on time. When I contacted the staff about the popcorn being hard as rocks, they said it was fresh. When I asked them if they were willing to try eating it themselves they refused. I told them the coke machine was giving out watered down sodas. I told them that this was not an event that I was willing to have paid $50 for, the teen age staff said tough luck old man.They were not offering anything of a refund or anything else. I asked what if anything do you want me to think about your service. Think anything you want.

This place is huge and on the weekends its packed usually a date kinda place or somewhere you wanna go with a big group great atmosphere for when youre done with your movie and you still wanna hang out with your friends or your date. Definitely not a place you want to go on an opening weekend for a big movie chances are it will be sold out.

This theater is huge, 30 screens. Took my cousin and her friends there to watch Little women I had them seated, because they are all handicappedWent back to buy them popcorn for a treat. Which was really very expensive they ask like$ 8,29 for a medium bag. On the contrary the tickets are very reasonable. But they still have the old fashioned red chairs, still comfortabel.I do love the recliners though, they give you a more comfy feeling.The girls didnt mind, they loved the movie and ofcourse the popcorn.

Movie theater isnt bad at all. It was pretty clean and fairly short lines for concessions at the theater. The cheesy popcorn with hot Cheetos were really tasty. However, the mall parking is absolutely terrible even on a Friday at noon. I ended up circling the entire mall 2 times before finding a spot while on my way to valet. Im not sure if I would come back because I dont want to deal with the horrible parking situation.

Lots of screens and decently kept but the theaters are not the upgraded stadiums seating with recliners like some other AMCs. Plus is they play movies for so long you can catch some here if they arent showing anymore at your normal theater.

Love this theater. BUT...the whole situation with trying to get popcorn was HORRIBLE! I hope they read this. No joke. You need better ORGANIZATION! So many people in line complaining about the havoc. 20min in line just to buy popcorn. Smh.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I got this location 45 minutes prior the movie start time. Only one concession stand was open. Only two people by the snacks and drinks. Took way too long to get my items. Cashier seemed like she was being forced to work. Movie start time was 4:30. Didnt get to my seat til 5:18. Ridiculous!!!

Nice theatre with beer on tap in the lobby. Lines can be long at the ticket booth.What ever you do dont attempt to use the self purchasing kiosks. They are awful and did not work well at all.

This is my go to stop. Its low key and has the reclining seats. They dont trip too much if you have some Starbucks either (and I often do).

Id love to give this place 5 stars but they really dont adhere to their Premier Customer policy. You could be standing at the Premier Special line, you pay for the Special Price and yet they call people from regular line still before they call you even though they can see you standing there waiting. Also they need two people at the Customer Service desk because the line gets really long and your movie is about to start and nobody come to help make the line go faster. In terms of cleanliness, the place is clean. I still like AMC better than Regal or Cinemark.

This movie spot is overly crowded and its not very clean. However, the popcorn and drinks are affordable and staff are courteous. If I had a choice, Id probably go to a different theater.
